Pet Palace

We've been to Pet Palace twice now and each time they have treated our dogs with so much care. They do such great jobs, make the process extremely easy, and have excellent pricing. Thank you so much you guys for taking such good care of our babies!

We brought in our new rescue senior dog for a grooming and he left with a huge smile on this face + cleaner than ever! Cesar is amazing and I highly recommend Pet Palace. We will be back again soon!

Excellent customer service! The gentleman running the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful. We used the self service dog wash and it was quick and super easy to use. Only challenge was finding parking was a task, but worth it for great service. Thanks!

Of course your family includes pets. I like this place because your dogs don't come back with fleas, they smell good, clip their nails and groom nicely. I'll have to take better pics and post them later. I like the Teddy Bear face for our dog, and the smaller dog gets a good trim overhaul after my husband hijacked his look by trying to trim on his own. Hahaha (Hard to get these little ones to stay still for a photo!)

I am so glad Mz. Snow and I found pet palace. Javier and Cesar cannot be beat for excellent customer service. The shop is also bright and clean, they offer wonderful self serve pet wash as well. At this point I will never go anywhere else with my precious cat. I highly highly recommend pet palace

My dog, after another day at dog park didn't look good at all: she treated herself to a dirt&mud bath! It was late, so we went directly home. The next day Pet Palace cleaned her so that her brown coat was washed away.to her normal white! Pricing is reasonable. handlers are gracious and gentle with a good sense of humor.

My pup had spinal surgery about five months ago and hasn't been groomed since. I was nervous about leaving him with strangers because he still has weakness in his back legs. He was wayyyyy over due for a groom though, so I finally pulled the trigger. I could not be happier with Pet Palace. The staff was absolutely lovely. They were so kind and patient.

They did a fantastic job on his haircut, even though he still struggles to stand up. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. We will definitely be coming back!

The BEST groomer in San Diego. We've known Cesar for YEARS and is so loving & patient with our kids . THEY walk out beautiful & proud. Went to the show in Hillcrest with my sister, saw a cutie with her papa & recommended Pet Palace immediately. I believe he said he was from Ohio? You ALL that know this place will totally agree.
