My puppy loves Pet Play Place! They always send me great photos of my pet and keep me updated on how she is doing when she is there. Thank you!

My dog LOVES Pet Play Place! I've been taking her for about 9 months now. The staff treat her so well and she always comes home exhausted! 10/10 recommend.

My dogs love this place. Any day I don't take them here they pout and whine begging to be taken to daycare. The staff is amazing always so helpful friendly and supportive. I love my dogs and always worry if I have to leave or board them but I always trusted they were being cared for here.

My baby girl loves the place. She so tuckered out when she gets home she sleeps the rest if the day. All I have to says "do you want to see the doggies" and she runs to the door and sits by the car door to go.

We boarded our 4 year old pug at the location in Canton last year for the July 4th holiday weekend. When we came to get her, she had a cough and was filthy dirty, with dry eye boogers and gunk in her face rolls. This past week, after suffering from recurring respiratory infections since boarding her, she died of congestive heart failure. I decided to try the Kennesaw location a week ago, before our pug passed away, with our 9 month old Corgi because our usual place was full.

When I came to pick her up this weekend, she was acting scared and not like herself. Her bed she sleps on was saturated on urine and 4 teenage girls sat there and laughed about it. The one who supposedly gave her a bath didn't even know she was a female. She put a bowtie on her thinking she was a male. Now.she is acting like shes sick. Stay away from this.company.

They are a cesspool of actors and actresses who smile inyour face and neglect your dog while you're gone. My 6 year old and 10 year old are heart broken. This company is lucky I have those children.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front office always smells like weed and come to find out that the "manager" Alyssa is sleeping with peoples husbands in the back room. No sort of manager should act in that manner. How do you run a business like that? I have brought my dog there multiple times and every time I pick him up, he comes home and is sick or has some sort of infection.

I just had to spend $300 at the vet after a two night stay at Pet Play Place. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and I regret the people that I have referred to here. If you do continue to bring your dog here, make sure that your husband doesn't go pick up your dog.

The best daycare that we have found for our Husky-Shepherd mix Lana in her 5 year life with us! They have a large group of dogs, and she seems to have a pack with her energy level to play with. Comes home tired and happy every time.

We left our dog there for a week boarding. First it is almost impossible to contact them. Then their play ground camera almost never work or no dog is there. And finally when we picked our dog he smelled heavily urine and for days he had diarrhea and vomited. Also lost weight.

Disappointed is an understatement. We adore Christina and for the first year-we loved bringing our pup here and even prepaid for large packages because we planned to take him for years HOWEVER after some time we started to notice every time we picked him up, he reeked! Like, roll the windows down on the drive home stink! Despite speaking with staff, he continued to come home dirty.

Sometimes it was so bad, the staff would bathe him at the end of the day because we couldn't even take him in the car. We heard he plays in the water bowls but he smells like he rolled around in a landfill all day. We eventually stopped bringing him last summer because the front office began to smell as well. When we found out our remaining 11 visits expire next month, we decided to take him back to avoid losing our remaining visits.

First day back today, we picked him up and again, he reeks! His paws and face are black with dirt! He smells so bad, he is sleeping on the other side of the house until we can bathe him. He is a big fluffy dog so bathing him is a chore. We are kissing the last 10 visits goodbye and will find a new day care. It just isn't worth it anymore.

Most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful unfortunately there are a few who are extremely rude which makes me wonder how they are with my fur baby. They're very reluctant to share info. They made me feel like I was putting them out by asking questions. I went to pick up my pup this afternoon and the place was locked up and dark inside. When someone did come to the door I was told they closed at 2:00 and had already proceeding to board my dog.

No one said anything about closing early when I dropped him off. There were no notes on the doors or at the desk about early closing. I apologized over and over again but when the manager, I'm assuming, came out she told me she called me twice and when I said I never got the calls, , she got up and walked away. I want a place that's good to my dog, but customer service is a really close second and this place is lacking in that department!

This use to be my favorite place to bring my dog. I would drop my dog off 2-3 times a week. Here recently I have not been happy with Pet Play Place. They have shown me security footage of my dog being locked in a crate instead of playing with other dogs. My dog would come home with his nose covered in scratches with no explanation. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone if you have an emergency because that won't happen.

My final straw was when I went to drop my dog off at daycare like I do EVERY week on the SAME days because I work and they would not take him because I didn't make a reservation for something I do EVERY WEEK. So I will not be returning with my dog and I hope you take my advice and find another daycare that actually cares about your animals well being!

If you're looking for cat boarding, please don't board here! Tl;dr Boarded my 2 cats here for 3 nights, found them in their own filth with no food and extremely scared, found they lost weight while being under pets play place care. When I picked up my cats they were basically sitting in their own filth. One of their blankets was just laying in the litter box, which was filled underneath with poop and pee and was clearly not cleaned.

It was so bad that the whole blanket was also covered in poop and pee. They ask you to provide your own food if you'd like, which I did (wet, dry and food bowls). I also provided the amount of food they should get and explained that they eat through the day, so to please keep the bowls filled at all times. Not only did I find that none of the wet food was given, they had absolutely no dry food in their cage and the bowls that I brought were on top of the cage, unused.

One of the cats was so frightened that he was hidden in the back of the cage and was too afraid to move (there's also dogs right next door, so they can get scared from the constant loud barking and howling). Once we got home they ran to their dry food and started chowing it down, it took them a full day to get relaxed and they both lost weight in this short time, which has never happened even when they were in unfamiliar territory.

At this point I wonder if they actually got out of the cage in those days, as they told me forehand that they would let them roam as much as possible. The manager offered to refund the money, as she was extremely embarrassed over the situation. At that point I was hopeful this was just a one time situation gone wrong, she would follow up with me on how this could happen.

A week later and after reaching out multiple times with the promise I would be called back, I still haven't heard back. Last but not least, check the total at checkout and ask for the price per night! The prices online are outdated, when I mentioned this they said "uh, it's just wrong online " Second cat gets 25% off, they did not apply that until I pointed out that the price was too high. I've seen other reviewers say the same, their system seems to "forget" this every time.

Pet Play Place is fantastic. They offer lots of activities for my dog to join in, and she loves it there. She's also much cleaner after daycare here than in other centers she's gone to. Her allergies have improved since playing at this daycare - which is a BIG win for us.

I've brought my dog here for years. We haven't been coming during the pandemic. I dropped her off last week for a 1/2 day visit and the staff welcomed her by name as we walked through the door. I was surprised and delighted. They take extra care of senior dogs. Great place!

Excellent place! My dogs love going here and the entire staff k LES who they are and me. Very personal! I feel extremely comfortable leaving my pups here! And they are reasonable. Had one issue when my lab was being bullied and they handled it perfectly. It happens.they're dogs. But PPP made it better for all!

Unfortunately, my Husky was lost. Thank goodness he's back home, but it's because of those sweet caring angels that work at Pet Play. I wasn't left to find him all by myself they supported Simba and I in ways I would have never imagined. They are genuine, sweet, and they truly care about you and your pet. Simba and I are so blessed to have found them. They are family.

I brought my pups Ember and Vader a few weeks back for their temperament tests. We were greeted enthusiastically when we walked through the door. The lady who helped is was super friendly and knowledgeable. Ember is our hyper social butterfly working on her manners and is very vocal, but this didn't phase the woman one bit. ber loves it here and comes home wiped out.

Everyone we have had contact with has been great. Vader is my shy and timid boy and was very stressed he has not acclimated as well, but they were great with him, they put him up front so he could have some alone time to decompress. and they offered to let me bring him in a little at a time to try to get him to adjust. So we are going to try to ease him in a little at a time. I can't say enough good things about this place!

My dog absolutely loves when he gets to go to Pet Plan Place. He's been to both locations, in Kennesaw and Canton, and is so happy when he arrives. He is so tired when I pick him up, I know he had an active day. Keep up the good work!

I love bringing my dog to PPP! The staff is amazing. She loves coming here! She did get a poosibl chemical burn on her abdomen. Her skin is red and blistered. IDK what happened but she obviously came into contact with something that she should not have. I am waiting for her to heal before I bring her back.

We are so glad to have a place like yours to leave our dog. Frost is happy with you and well cared for. She is getting a special vacation at the same time we do. The staff are very special people who love animals.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. The price is HORRIBLE they charge for EVERYTHING. And I had my dog board with them for a whole week. Monday through Monday. Because they wouldn't let me pick her up on Sunday. This was the VERY first time I have ever been separated or my dog was in someone's else cares besides mine. So I was trusting these people with my baby.

And I will NEVER EVER do this again and make my dog go through that again. When I first was getting all the information from the front desk lady, which mind you first impressions don't work very kindly with this place. None of the staff was wearing masks AT ALL, like you might not believe in Covid but at least wear mask to make the customers feel some what better like what the fuck.

That was strike one. Then someone's kid was just freely walking around like it was her house. It just seemed so unprofessional when I walked in. The front desk lady was super slow and not the nicest at all and coughing everywhere. And the other lady she looked like an older women took my leash out my hand and took my dog back there. So I tried to ask to look back there and see the condition of the play yard but they refused to let me. Isn't that very suspicious people?

They don't even have cameras is what the front desk lady said. And every night throughout the week I would check to see if my dog was eating or not through the app and nothing was being updated. So was she even fed? I would call and no one would answer. It seems like it to me that they don't have a big staff, and it looks even more suspicious when no one answers the phone after or near closing time.

The whole weekend I would call and check up on her and NO. ONE. WOULD. ANSWER. THE. PHONE. I'm not stupid. So Sunday afternoon I drove up there, mind you I live in Smyrna to go and check up on my dog. When I pulled up to the building I noticed NO CARS were in any of the parking spaces, it even seemed like the lights were out inside the building.

I was so shocked and so pissed off. Was even anyone there? This place is a JOKE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Finally Monday comes around and I go pick her up. I asked if she was bathed and they told me that no one got to it. So I was charged for nothing lol. My dog STUNK. She was SUPER dirty and filthy. And had scratches on her ear and leg. And no one informed me of any rough play. I hope something bad happens to this place so they can shut it down. You might as well give 200-300 dollars to the shelter or pound then take your dog here!

PPP is a great place for Simple to visit during the day and so convenient for me to drop her off and pickup between Cobb Parkway and Big Shanty Peach Pass! She is excited to go and tired out when I pick her up - yeah - she sleeps well during the night. The folks they are very pleasant and have great customer service. I like the fact that I can view her playtime on the internet link. Thanks for all you do for Simple Single Sock the PWD of PPP!

We left our 5 month old dog here for three nights. The whole weekend, we could barely get in contact with someone and when we did, they brushed us off and didn't seem to care to update us on how our dog was doing. When we picked her up, she had diarrhea down the back of her legs. She was also bleeding from her butt. She also had a bruise on her nose.

Her lips are also inflamed and swollen. They also didn't give her the ONE dose of medication she was supposed to get all weekend. On top of everything, there was a dab pen on the front countertop when we got there to pick her up which was discerning and showed an obvious lack of professionalism. They did give us two nights for free, but we are absolutely not satisfied with the care they gave our baby. We will not be returning.

THIS. PLACE. NEEDS. CAMERAS! I've said it once and will continue to say it. My dog came home from 3 days of boarding with a HUGE knot in his nose that's so tender to the touch he won't let me get near. Since there are no cameras, there is no way to know how this happened and it concerns me. Not placing blame. but spend the extra money and let people see what's going on!
