This is my favorite place to bored my cats when I'm on vacation. I know they will be well taken care of. I love the fact that they get lots of space and the staff lets them out of there 4 story tower to play and get pets during the day. The staff is always happy to give updates and photos of my animals.

Tracy and staff never dissappoint. We were one of the first customers way back when in Latham. They moved to Wolf Road. We went to someone a little closer. What a mistake. I didnt realize how much I missed Pet SPas until I returned. You should do the same. You will see like I did. There is a difference.

Great place to send your pet to for a spa appointment or a play day! Everyone who works there is extremely friendly, caring and professional. You can just tell - they love what they do and they love pets

My 2 dogs love coming here for doggy daycare. The staff is amazing and you can tell how much it is a labor of love for them. Highly recommend!

Such caring and professional staff. Its such a great place to bring my dog for grooming, knowing they take such good care of all the dogs left in their care. My dog is older with arthritis, and they are exceptionally kind to her.

Our puppy Benson absolutely loves going to Pet Spas to get groomed-he gets so excited when we pull into the lot! Tracy, the owner, is so accommodating and professional and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. Benson always looks so handsome when he's done! They really go above and beyond, I highly recommend Pet Spas!

I boarded my english bulldog here. They took great care of him - I loved the fact that I could see him over the webcam they had set up in each luxury suite. Great staff members, very responsive. I would definitely board my dog here again in the near future.

I recently boarded our pup Gus at Pet Spa and Suites. Early in the morning I checked the camera in his suite, he didn't seem to interested in eating his morning meal. The next thing I saw was one of the terrific staff members came in to his suite, sat on the floor and hand fed him his meal! The staff here have a pure love and kindness for all our fur babies. Honestly, there is no place I would consider having Gus go to for daycare, grooming and boarding than Pet Spas and Suites. They're simply the best.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Pet Spas & Suites! We boarded our dog June with them during the birth of our child- certainly not an easy ask, since babies ultimately decide when they come into the world! They were SO flexible with us, and made sure there was a spot for our pup over what ended up being a busy Easter weekend. Everyone (especially the manager, Christina!) completely understood that our rescue pup can be very anxious in new environments. We were so thankful that she was well taken care of during such a huge life transition. 100% recommend and we'll certainly be using their services in the future!

We do a monthly doggy daycare appointment for our dog. We usually add a grooming at the same time because the cost is just a little bit higher than daycare alone. We've also boarded our pup overnight. The daycare and suite cams are a nice touch. The staff is always very friendly, as well. They took the attached photo during a spa visit during the holiday season and emailed it to us free of charge!

Great owner and employees. They always took very good care of my two puppies. I never once felt concerned that they were not being cared for well, even during the occasional over night. I wish I had not moved out of the area or my pups would still be coming here. I always felt like the staff was well trained and cared.

My dog and I love this place! I have a rather large and rather anxious Irish Wolfhound and the staff is amazing with him! They know him by name and when he started to have some behavioral issues asked me about my training methods at home so they could continue it at daycare! They'll even trim his nails while he is at daycare so I don't have a to make a second trip. Love Pet Spas and the entire staff!

Very good home away from home for my mini Beagle. We have not been able to board her at Pet Spas & Suites, because it fills up fast, but she has attended doggie daycare a few times. She comes back happy, so I know that she is treated well. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. If you call up and the line is busy, just leave voicemail. They will call back. Sometimes in a couple of minutes. I kid you not!

I am a local petsitter and fellow rescuer so I also know Tracy personally. I have several of my own dogs groomed by Tracy and her staff. I Also boarded one of my 5 dogs that can't be left at home with my petsitter. I highly recommend!

I had a bad experience with another grooming place and decided to call Pet Spas. I explained my concerns to Tracy and she personally took the time to instruct the groomer what needed to be done. They did a fabulous job and where very professional and caring with my dog. The groomer even called a couple of days later to ensure I was happy with the service.

Ive brought one of my cats for boarding and both for grooming and am a happy customer. i have a long haired cat and her fur was getting in her face and making it impossible to drink without dipping an inch of fur into the water. they did an awesome job on the haircut. its shorter where it needs to be but she still looks like a long haired cat which is how i wanted it. A++ job on the grooming. ive boarded one of my cats here twice. both times were fine. it took her a couple days to eat and they called me with updates and even gave her tuna to tempt her which finally worked. this is the only place ill bring my cats for boarding and grooming. only reason its not 5 stars is because i hate the smell of dogs.

I never thought I'd be comfortable boarding my dogs, ever, however I had a situation come up and I had to. I brought my 2 dogs to Pet Spas where they were both treated like royalty. They stayed in one of their amazing suites, where I could watch them 24 hours a day on my phone and I couldn't believe the amazing care they received. Thank you Pet Spas! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Oh my goodness. I would not know where to start. I have been going to Pet Spas for over 24 years. The people that have worked there and are working now at the Spa are just the best you would be able to find in this line of work. The owner, Tracy, is a person that will go out of her way for you to make everything run smoothly for your pet. That goes for everyone that works at the Spa.

I have on many occasions called when my pup had an accident and they took him right away to clean him up. No questions, nothing, just bring him in. When my 1st dog was very ill, I took him in for a soothing bath. That was so special as I do not think you would find that in any other grooming facility. I have so many stories to tell about the Pet Spa, but due to a eye problem it is very hard for me to type. Just try it once, and it will be your place to take your Best Buddy FOREVER.

Tracy and her loving amazing staff at petspas are truly family! My two dogs Rebel and Sam are long time clients. Sam recently passed at the age of 16.a wonderful sweet labrador retriever. Rebel is a 6 year old rescue from Athens Georgia. Rebel and Sam were truly "joined at the hip". Tracy and everyone have been beyond accomodating to Sam as he aged.

Even allowing us to leave a 5x7 rug for "the boys" to have in their suite as it became difficult for Sam to stand up on the hard wood. Words cant describe the comfort we had whenever we could board them knowing fully that Sams extensive daily med routine would be handled with ease. The staff are wonderful and my 2 dogs, a Cairn and a Boxer, look great and love it. I recommend Pet Spas & Suites to all my friends. they love it as much as I do!

I have been boarding my dog Emmett with Tracy for 7 years and I adopted my cutie Chihuahua from Tracy last year who also enjoys going to Pet Spas and Suites. I don't trust any one other than the staff at Pet Spas and Suites to care for my babies. It is clean, safe and the staff has been there for years, which says a lot. It's nice to be greeted by the same people over the years who remember me and my dogs, even the dogs names. It give me great peace of mind. I wouldn't board my dogs any where else.

I called on Monday Jan. 23rd, left my name and number and no one has called back. Great business ethic. Guess they don't need my business! After talking with them, they told me they must have dialed the wrong number and apologized.

I love Pet Spas. My dogs go here for day care and boarding. They all love it. The staff is always courteous, professional, and caring. I will never go to another place. I referred to friends and family & they all love Pet Spas too!

We've tour dog groomed here and from time to time have him boarded. It's nice that they have the live pet cam so you guy spy on your dog from the comfort of your computer. They do a nice job grooming our dog, $60 for a small dog. It is hard to get a boarding spot unless you reserve it way ahead of time. I'm also a little disturbed by how much urine there appears to be in the doggie play areas. A little under staffed perhaps? We have another doggie babysitter we prefer who charges the same but watches fewer dogs and gives him an outdoor play area.
