Cannot say enough good Feeling about the place. My pops love the place. Every time I bring her home she is so tired, and the pool is awesome

So thankful to have found Play Dog Play. My pup isn't the easiest to drop off and has some anxiety, but they are always so patient and understanding. Once he is settled, he seems to be happy and relaxed. They always update me once I pick him up. I trust them and we are so lucky to have place where we know he is in good hands.

We have been coming here for forever. My dog always gets exited to come. We joke that it is a doggy Disneyland. They treat our 3 year old golden retriever so well. I definitely love play dog play.

All in all, I'm happy with their services and love sending one of my dogs out to play weekly but I continue running into issues when it comes to payment. If I call in payment in the morning I'm still asked to pay in the evening because the workers don't mark it off yet they encourage payment at drop off and or pick up and say either is welcomes.

I no longer leave money on my account because when I last left $100 on the account I was told I owed before the amount should have been completely used and the worker could not explain where the funds went and why I owed the amount she was asking. Since then, I've never been contacted about that incident nor received an update of what amount was left from the original deposit.

The workers print out statements that don't make any sense because when I've asked them to explain what I'm looking they say they don't understand it either and will have management or the owner call but I've never received any additional follow up. I just wish they had a better system for checks and balances at the end of the day.

I cannot say enough great things about this facility or the staff! My sister referred me to their daycare for my two pups and I will never go anywhere else. Molly (owner) has been amazing with my boys. I have a rescue pointer mix that was never properly socialized with other dogs or men and her staff has done an amazing job and has made him so comfortable.

He loves going to daycare and can't wait to jump out of the car and run to the door when we arrive. My chihuahua tags along as well and usually is put into the senior/ smaller group of dogs to enjoy the sun and take it easier. I appreciate how they take each individual dog's needs into account and don't over populate their play groups.

I see Kira a lot up front and she always gives me a run down of their day which is always appreciated. I just recently boarded both dogs for 4+ days and it was so easy to set up with them. I have never boarded them before but felt comfortable leaving them and was sent daily photos keeping me reassured. The only issue I have run into here is with finances.

I have left money on my account and it seemed to continuously confuse one of the newer receptionists. It always was resolved by the next time I came in but I have been over charged a handful of times and feel I need to look at my invoices continuously to make sure I am being charged appropriately but their breakdowns are not the most user friendly.

I tried having one of the receptionists go over charges with me and she seemed more confused than I was. Regardless, I love the staff and when I see my boys after a full day of play they are out for the rest of the night. Highly recommend PDP!

I have been to multiple different dog daycares in San Rafael, Novato, and Petaluma and this one is by far the best. The staff is more than friendly and the facility is clean! I don't feel like I need to give my dog a bath when I pick her up! One of the old places I would go she would sometimes come back muddy and no one wants that in their car. If this place had longer hours I'd probably never have my dog cause she would be there constantly.

We've had our Shih Tzu Mango stay in the boarding several times, and have dropped him off for doggy daycare a couple times, too. We love it, but more importantly, he loves it! All we have to do is ask if he'd like to go to Play Dog Play and he immediately jumps up and starts excitedly wagging his tail. He knows there are doggy friends there as well as human friends who love on him (he's a sucker for attention). The entire staff is amazing, accommodating, and I trust them entirely with my little dude!

When the staff remembers your dog 2 years after she died, you know they really care about the animals and take a genuine interest in getting to know them. I was so moved by them remembering with all the dogs that have likely come and gone since then, it made me feel like part of their PDP family. I'm so excited to be back with our new puppy. I know she's in the very best hands for playdates and boarding. I love that Play Dog Play takes the health and safety of their humans and all the dogs seriously. This place is just wonderful.

What an amazing place! After getting a tour, I can see why Play Dog Play is filled to capacity. How very fortunate the people in Petaluma are to have this service available. I can only wish they would branch out to my part of Northern California.

Great place I take my puppy there and when I get her home man she's beat it's awesome : she gets all her puppy energy out and is typically tired the next day can't get any better than that

We have been going to Play Dog Play for almost a year now and our dog Koda loves it! She's a German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix so she has lots of energy to burn and this is the place to do it! She's made lots of friends and is so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always friendly and I love that they send me pictures of my pup playing! This is the place to go!

Let me start off by saying that if your looking for boarding or daycare for your fur baby this is the place to go. I was very impressed even before I could actually bring NormaJean here as I have worked at diffrent facilities in the past nothing comes close to this. Molly had given me a tour of the facility and while she was explaining what they do during the day I could feel and clearly see what love she has for her business.

After Normas first day of daycare she was happy and tired and I knew she needed that. I will recommend and continue to use there services as I would rather take my dog to a business that actually knows me and my dog the minute I walk thru the door then to a place that has no idea who my dog is and just puts her with other dogs.

My dog Oscar (very high energy Welsh Springer) loves it here. They are very caring, love the dogs, and it is a place they feel at home and have lots to do. This place is incredible. Great owners, fantastic team, if you already think its a dog's life wait until you see Play Dog Play. I might go tomorrow in a dog costume just so I can have as much fun as my fun as my dog!

This place is awesome! Your dog will be so happy to visit a place like Play Dog Play. Our dog Duke is our pride and joy and we only want the best to take care of him while we are out of town. Molly and John are caring and make my dog feel loved and special. They text a picture of my Duke each day to me to put my mind at ease. Thank you PDP for being a safe place for my Duke to be while I can't be with him. I highly recommend this place!

Second time with Samantha and so far so good she's having a good time. I'd like to bring up Ebony one more time and see how she does, she didn't fare so well the first time that she is a little bit older and not as adaptable.

5 stars-- yes, as good as it gets! Molly and John, the owners of Play Dog Play are the absolute best, and take such good care of the dogs in their care. They both took the time with our Shiba to help her become socialized with other canines and become part of the Play Dog Play pack. Our Shiba, Fia, is SO happy now, thanks to the kindness and care of Molly and John and staff! Thank you again!

My dog loves this place. When I worked in Petaluma I took her in 2 or 3 days a week and this is the only place I would board her when my husband and I travel. One of the things they offer is so much space (28k) and 10,000 feet of turf. My dog runs all day long and comes home a tired gal. For boarding they have a king size bed for dogs that are used to sleeping in a bed can do so when they are boarding.

No cages so my dog can socialize, play and she loves all her human companions too. I wish I can go more often and we do the 60 miles round trip just to board Haley when we are traveling. Molly, John and the team are like Haley's extended family. They love her as much as we do. And the daily pictures when we are traveling is something we look forward too as much as the sightseeing.

I contacted this place today, but they are currently full and unable to accept new pups. Also unable to accept pitbulls, due to insurance. But if they could, my little pup would be there in a heartbeat. This place looks awesome. I received an email back right away - great communication. Maybe a spot will open up for anyone else looking.

We finally have found the perfect place to board our boys (two Labs). The swimming pool is a nice feature as our Labs don't get enough chances to swim otherwise. This is such a safe, clean and positive environment so we have peace-of-mind with our loved ones having their own vacation when we are traveling. The care and attention that Molly, John and their great staff offer is unparalleled. We love the daily text messages with photos as we are reminded that our boys are happy and having a good time.

Best place ever for our four legged children to romp around and SWIM! My golden loves it there and they treat him with tender loving care. John, Molly and the rest of the staff are very conscientious and care deeply about our pets. Thank you for being here in our town!

I have been romping at PDP for over three years and just LOVE John, Molly and the entire pack. Swimming in the pool and running around all day with all my friends and new friends is heavenly. I feel so loved when I am here and don't even miss my mommy since I have so much fun. Pretty cushy to be able to sleep in bed with a few pals and a human every night when I am here too. Mommy loves seeing pictures of me romping every day that I am here.

If you want to romp to your hearts content with the coolest dogs and humans on the planet, then go to PDP. I am always tired when I come home. Did I mention the pool? OMG! It's the BEST!
