I highly recommend Phil. She's been looking after our pets for numerous years. She's very attentive, and has always made sure our cat with special medication got it on time. She kept the boxes clean when we had three cats, and now she makes sure our last surviving cat is well taken care of. He's elderly, and has special feeding instructions. She was very kind and compassionate with each passing of our kitties. I can't stress enough how much I am happy with Phil's services, and will continue to use her.

I am so sorry Megan had a bad experience; that doesn't sound at all like her while I've been a client. Phil has been so professional and thorough with me - and most importantly, patient, because I've had a few terrible snags in my plans a couple of times - and other sitters have not been like that. She cleans up some of the accidents that happen to the best of her ability (one of my doggos is a 14-yo Aussie who's used to a doggie door) if she sees them.
She has never once forgotten any request I've had. She's willing to do a few other minor "out of town" things like check mail, put in packages, roll your trash to the street, water plants, etc. Don't know if there are extra charges for that; I haven't asked her to. But she checks my gate just to make sure the yard men didn't leave it open - AGAIN - and that's super-valuable in my opinion.
She introduced herself to my neighbors so they wouldn't be suspicious when she shows up. She has a super-secure way of labeling, securing, and carrying keys so that no discernible information is on the tags unless you know her system, and she seems to keep very in-depth records, including accommodations for pets. One of my dogs has a FitBit (yes, i know. LOL) and his stats show that some of his most active days are when I'm gone and Phil is here!
I will wrap this up by saying that not one time have I ever come home and been unhappy with the condition of my home or my dogs. I am well aware that messes with them are going to happen (unfortunately) but I have never come home and been negatively surprised. I have used Phil many, many times - sometimes for a week or so at a time - and I've always been soooo satisfied. You simply cannot beat her level of specialize service provided at anywhere NEAR her rates. 5-star rating MORE than earned.
