My dog loves going to "school" everyday and is so excited whenever we pull into the parking lot. All of the staff members are super fun and energetic. Makes me feel good to have somewhere that my dog loves and gets love back for all my long shifts.

Gracie is 7 months and had her first day of puppy day care! She had a blast. Came home and slept. I think she had the best puppy day ever. The staff was very friendly too. It's affordable and I felt like I was dropping off my kiddo on the first day of school, but seeing her when I picked her up, I knew she was happy.and exhausted.

Our puppy loves to go to Playtime Doggy Daycare and she comes homes exhausted. I enjoy that not only is she calm afterwards but she is learning good doggy social skills. My own complaint is she smells like urine when she comes home, so baths are needed.

I have mixed feelings about this place. My pup seemed overwhelmed after spending three hours there and he smells absolutely terrible (like I'm gagging with him in the car on the way home). The staff seemed nice, but I think this place is not very clean. The last time we brought our pup here, he got kennel cough. Maybe they have too many dogs in a space that is too small

Far exceeded my expectations. I was reluctant to bring Luna to any doggy daycare after the first one we went to, where they hardly payed any attention to her, and she walked around like an anxious pup all day. At playtime she got the attention and love she needed. She was all tail wags when we got there each day, and slept like a rock when we got home (and this girl has got serious energy). Thank you so much, Playtime staff! :)

We love playtime! My dog gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Staff welcome him by name when we walk through the door. It truly is amazing considering how many dogs come through their doors! We took our dog, Tucker, here for ~9 days while we took a trip out of the country. The staff was informative and sent pictures of my pup during his stay.

They also gave him a complimentary bath, so he was lookin good for pickup! I will definitely be using playtime for future boarding needs. Prices are great, staff is great, and love the pictures on Facebook! Thank you, playtime!

Very well run! They clearly love the dogs that they take in. Definitely recommend it to all my friends with pups.

Cannot recommend. I came in last year and asked for smallest package of half days available. Employee sold me a bigger package than I wanted because I hadn't checked online what packages were available before coming in. Shamel on me for thinking they would give me what I asked for. My dog has been attacked by another dog here and has gotten sick after being here. There have to be better options.

Can't give this place enough stars! I am so grateful for all the awesome workers and love how they post pictures through out the day. I have been going here since my dog was a puppy and since day one he smiles when I pull up to daycare. It makes me so happy we found this place! He has so much fun. Thank you for making my puppy tired and happy!

My dog stayed there while we were on vacation. She got sick with kennel cough & a UTI while she was there. ( my dog is used to being let out to pee at night, they have nobody there from 7pm to 6am) They were good at letting me know what was going on with her but it cost me a lot of money for medications to get rid of her kennel cough & urinary issues afterwards. It seems a lot of dogs get kennel cough from there according to thir Google reviews.

I'm new to the area and a pretty neurotic pet parent, so I was nervous to leave my dogs for a week while out of state. Playtime took SUCH good care of my dogs while I was away and they came home tired, clean, and happy. The staff is so sweet and caring and really listened to any worries I had about leaving my dogs. It's great to know they truly do care about your dogs while they are away from home.

We have used this boarding facility for our two dogs for years now, and have left them for several shorter stays as well as 2 longer stays (about 2 weeks each). Our dogs are getting older and they are slowing down a little bit, which the staff has noticed and they give them more breaks from playtime when they're boarding. They're able to share a kennel to sleep in while there so they can be with and comfort each other.

They also get a free bath when they're there for at least 5 days. We've never had any issues with this facility. The staff recognizes them when they come in and our dogs seem to get excited when we pull up which is nice to see. There are almost always a few dogs hanging out with the staff at the front desk getting attention (I think getting breaks from playtime or just more comfortable chilling with humans than the other dogs) when we get there to drop off or pick up, so they are getting lots of attention while there. The location is super convenient for us and we're even able to easily schedule their boarding online when we need to.

KENNEL COUGH! I brought my dogs here to be boarded four days, Thursday (10/30) evening through this Monday (11/2) morning. By Thursday (11/5) one of my dogs began coughing and yesterday the other started coughing. For two days, they have been coughing up white foamy phlegm all over the house every 15-30 minutes. It seems like they're choking and can't breathe.

Despite having been vaccinated, the vet diagnosed them both with kennel cough. I never realized how horrible this illness is, that it can last over three weeks, and that it can cause pneumonia. The vet explained that the vaccination is like the flu shot; it doesn't assure them protection, but can lessen the severity and the chance of them developing pneumonia from it.

Since my dogs haven't been around other dogs in over a month, they had to have contracted it while being boarded there. I called and explained to the manager that my dogs haven't been around other dogs for over a month except when being boarded, that they've contracted kennel cough, and the vet says the timing fits from when they were boarded.

She first asked if it might be weather related. (What?) I told her, no, the vet said it was from being boarded. Then (even though I already told her they weren't) she asked if said they have been around other dogs. I explained (again) that they haven't been, and that the dogs picked it up when being boarded there. She said she'd make a note of it.

While watching my dogs suffering so much, and knowing it will go on a long time yet, and also knowing they could potentially develop pneumonia, I didn't feel this was sufficient.

We are no longer going to be taking our puppy to Playtime. Unfortunately there are quite a few staff members (one of which being the manager) not wearing their masks or pulling them down their chin when working with customers even thought there is a state-wide mask mandate, including tonight when I was handed my puppy's leash by staff not wearing a mask.

I didn't say anything in the moment because I was panicked and just trying to get my pup and get out of there as soon as possible. I am pregnant and high risk and I shouldn't feel unsafe picking up and dropping off my puppy. Unfortunately this is nothing new. no one should be walking through or serving customers in the lobby area not wearing a mask correctly at all times.

That shouldn't be too much to ask. I have tried to stand outside and wave like the sign on the door says, but a lot of the times they don't see you especially if it's dark outside. So then people keep passing you up and you're basically never going to get a chance to pick up your dog unless you're going inside. It's the same case if I pop my head in and tell them I'm outside.

Usually they're busy and don't see me and I'm getting passed up. Regardless of MY efforts to try and stay safe, I don't care where you stand on the mask issue (I know it's unfortunately controversial when it shouldn't be) but when state mandates are being ignored by a public business and possibly putting staff and customers at risk, I have a big problem with that.

We also noticed the last time we brought our puppy, she has been pulling away and not wanting to go through the doors of the Doggy Daycare which is pretty concerning and out of character for her since she is always so happy go lucky. This wasn't the case in the beginning.

Been taking Jerry here since he was a tiny pup. He absolutely loves it and comes home tired after a good day of play and exercise! We've never had any problems with anything here! Staff is always nice!

My dog went here a few times Fall 2018. A few strange things occurred with him that I can't point direct to blame but could only assume possibly what was going on. My dog is extremely energetic and friendly. I thought it was strange that they would post pictures of the dogs playing during the day and he was never in any of them. I know my dog and he's usually front and center.

After the second time I dropped him off he was dreading going into the door, dragging his feet outside is super unlike him. When I picked him up, he would stink like pee, the workers always said he was a "good boy" when I asked. Never mentioned any bad behavior whatsoever. The final straw was when I put him in the car to go there and he must have sensed it and clawed at the windows in my car to get out when we reach the party night he had a full-blown panic attack so I just turned around and went home and he was fine.

Fast forward to recently, he began going to a new doggy daycare in the same city which is already 10 times more professional for a similar price. After his first day, The workers asked me to have a chat when I picked him up and they wondered if you'd ever been abused or kenneled for long periods of time. We have never kenneled him because he's a good boy.

The sense based on his behavior when they went near the kennels for naptime in his extreme apprehension and sudden change and moon that he showed signs of being traumatized in a kennel or left and one for long periods of time. Honestly that would explain exactly what was going on when I dropped him off at playtime doggy day care. Never in any photos, so where was he?

I know he's an energetic dog so I can only think maybe the workers got sick of him and would lock him up for the day. Maybe that's why he always smelled like urine too. He is thriving at his new doggy daycare and they are working on ways to help him feel more comfortable around the kennel when he goes in there for naptime and eating. Although I do not have concrete evidence of what might have happened to my dog up at Playtime- His apprehension and behavior or whenever I went to go drop him off tells me more than I need to know. Be careful of your dog is showing these signs when getting dropped off, or if his behavior is changing after.

Trying to use white privilege and save her job after not feeding my dog all day. Lied to my face. Yes call the police I don't play with mine! Up next Sengstock Law Office. Get ready! Cry Woof! You hired a dog abuser she won't abuse mine anymore. We will be contacting animal cruelty on you also. This isn't the first she's done this.

Just left West Allis police department wasn't arrested I went there willingly to give my report. I gave them the true Hollywood story. She cried victim when she was caught. If anything your saying was true they would arrested me on the spot. See you and that dog abuser in court!

Our family Loves to play here. We've tried several locations in Milwaukee & Waukesha and they are the only business that truly treats us like family. We've taken our boys there for years (both rescues). Recently our husky passed away leaving a huge void and causing our Golden to slip into a bit of depression. The team at Playtime Doggie Daycare has gone above and beyond to help comfort our Golden (and us).

We are all still mourning our loss but with the extra love and support from the crew at Playtime Doggie Daycare our Golden is getting his pep in his step back and starting to play again. Thank you everyone for all the Love. I don't think we could have made it through this without you.

My little Beagle always loved his trips to Playtime Doggy Daycare. I found the folks at Playtime to be warm, communicative, and always remembered my dog's name (in a sea of other Beagles). I feel that the group at Playtime really look after each dog and give each dog lots of time to play with the others (including time outdoors). Unfortunately, that is not always the case with other doggy daycare and boarding facilities. Also, if you are working at Froedtert or the Children's Hospital, it is easy to get to after work. I would still be taking my dog to Playtime each week, had I not relocated to the East Coast for work. The best doggy daycare in Milwaukee!

I can't say enough good things about Playtime. having never taken my dogs to any other daycares, I have nothing to gauge my rescue against, but I still say that my dog loves when I ask her if she wants to go to Playtime, and she leaves there very reluctantly when I pick her up. The staff knows her personality, let's get play with with the dogs that also like to play with, and they also take great daily (usually) photos of all the dogs at daycare, and post them on Facebook.

I do wish their package deals were a little better. We prepaid for 20 visits and only saved 2 dollars a visit for our loyalty. It's not a big deal, because we really do like that we can bring our dog for a half day or whole day of playtime with zero advanced notice.

I've been taking Minne to Playtime for both daycare and boarding since she was a puppy, and I recommend them to everyone I know. Now with 2 locations it's extra convenient! She was such a shy dog when she arrived and they took extra care to make sure she was comfortable and warm up. Now she runs out to play with the other dogs. Their Facebook is great and they post photos of the dogs almost daily.

I can't say how much I appreciate seeing photos of how much fun my dog had during her stay. The most recent one is attached. So cute! They also have no problem getting my girl the food and medicine she needs. And Playtime doesn't overcharge -- they're are reasonably $ priced for the services you receive. I'd say they're the best deal in town!

My dog and I love this place. Always quickly greeted when we arrive. The staff is friendly and my dog loves coming here, often pulling me through the door excited to play all day. We've been clients for nearly a year. The staff has always been respectful and helpful anytime I've had questions. PDD will be a hard match if I ever leave the city.

We took our very active golden doodle there for a play date and overnight stay instead of allowing him to jump on guests at a family party. They were able to fit us in without any of the ridiculous "trial" visits other places require. The dog was truly tired when he came home.

Nice people, reasonable rates but we've taken our dog there 3 times and she's gotten sick within 24 hours each time. We never toured the facility beforehand. Maybe we should have.

Run away from this place. Staff is rude, owner threatened to sue me for a negative review on Google (real nice aye?). This is the only daycare my dog was scared to go back to. Makes me wonder what was going on behind closed doors. From what others on here & on Google say, the facility (excluding the office) is filthy. There are so many other great day cares in the Milwaukee area.

Look elsewhere. Update: how the heck am I a competitor? Don't I have to have a job dealing with dogs for that to be possible? You're the owner & accusing me of being a competitor because I don't like your place because of what I know happens there? You sir, are classless. And an idiot. Further proof to STAY AWAY from this place.

Best daycare! My boxer loves it - as I drop him he does not even notice that I leave the place. The staff is extremely nice and very good with dogs I highly recommend this place. Because of frequent business travel I have to drop my boxer at least once a week and the service provided by the staff is unique and exceptional.

I had bought an online deal for grooming and had heard a friend say she liked PDD so I was going to check them out. I had never taken my pet in for grooming before so I really had no idea what to expect or anything to compare it to. Staff was friendly and making the appt was very easy. Easy to find, right off Hwy 100 after Hobo. PDD has much to offer for our four legged furry friends. Indoor and outdoor play areas that are huge, grooming services and doggy daycare. Brought my Samoyed in for a washing and brushing and they did a great job from what I can tell. She's a big baby and they said she did just fine and seemed to like being there when I came to get her. Based on this experience, I would definitely return and would keep them in mind for some daycare when needed.

We got our dog, Buddy a few months ago from a rescue and need to board him from time to time when we are out of town. We really love Playtime. Their prices are competitive and the facility is great. Our Buddy comes home happy and WORN OUT! :

Since our puppy (who is now 1 year old) really needs a chance to run off energy that our almost-14-year-old Husky doesn't keep up with, we spent a good day researching our options around town for doggie daycare facilities. These folks were the most helpful and cheapest option. For $20/day we have the peace of mind that Natasha is NOT destroying another book or piece of furniture at home (and not chewing on cables on the house or drowning in a downpour outside), but is instead well-integrated into a huge pack of dogs in a huge outdoor play space that boasts kiddie pools and ramps and other toys that let her burn off steam to her heart's content.

She comes home pooped out for a few days, but has learned that Tuesdays are *her* day for daycare, so bounces around and howls at us to make sure we get her there on time. Definitely worth the investment for over-active dogs. :)
