Violet is wonderful! This was the first time we boarded our dog so we had some hesitations because he's very nervous in new environments and situations. All of our worries went away though because Violet knew exactly what she was doing. She knew exactly how to handle our dog's anxiety and reassured even us with her calm demeanor. She sent us updates over the four days that our dog stayed with her, which were very much appreciated. We'll definitely be coming back to Violet the next time we need boarding services!
