Poopy Do Service

I wasn't able to do service with them, they won't provide a time or day they will come out unless you pay $5.00 more. If you do pay for the "same day a week" service, they still don't provide a time frame or time and only a confirmation text 10-20minutes when they could be out. They also explained their business model isn't based on customer service.

As someone that has dogs that I leave in my yard to run around and play on and off during the day. They are definitely not going to be ok with a stranger entering the yard. Also I would have to leave my yard unlocked for this person to show up whenever? Seems like a very weird business model and definitely wasn't a good fit. I wanted to save someone the time of setting up with them only to have to cancel, because their no customer service business Model. They did refund me right away and was easy to set up but like I mention above not knowing when random people coming into my yard was an absolute deal breaker.

I have to drop this to one star. Twice they missed coming and the second time I complained they cancelled me and said I didn't pay for the text feature. Although I know that, they were texting me anyways. So they refunded me for the last service that never happened and cancelled me even when I didn't ask to cancel. You all don't have the organization to run this business the way it should be.

Super disappointing. Taking my business else where. 5/20/2022 FURTHER, do not ever call me and try to attack the 1 star I rendered. You DID NOT try to make it right with this call tonight and because of how you handled that call with me I will be looking report this to the BBB. Next time you get a poor review try listening to your customer instead of becoming defensive. As you can see your response below is trying to downplay the experience I had. No one has ever called me to argue my review. Unbelievable.

Carl came out to the house and did an unbelievably great job. Not only did the job he do on picking up my dogs waste, he went above and beyond to make sure my yard was spotless. He picked up parts of toys that my dog Jaeger had shredded and also some fruits on the ground that my landscapers had missed. Carl is very accommodating and friendly. He spent some time playing fetch with my dog Jaeger as well.

I would highly recommend using Poopydoo as your pet waste clean up service. Provided are some pictures to show just how great of a job Carl did. Carl noticed that my patio tile and walls in my backyard were not properly being maintained by my landscapers. Carl came out to power wash them himself. I was thrilled by the great pricing he offered but also at the amount of high quality work he does in all aspects. Thanks Carl for being someone I can count on.

They did a fantastic job with my yard. I had been unable to keep up with my 2 dogs business for the past few months due to my schedule but these guys managed to show up and get me back to square one within 20 minutes. Texted me ahead, they sent before and after photos, and even left a treat for each of my pups. Great service, and I'm for sure considering just having them come out on the regular.

This company is great. My yard looks great. Effortless, and Matt was a breeze to work with. The price and responsiveness was excellent. Used for a one time cleanup and was a great experience. They were responsive, professional, and had the yard clean within a few days of calling. If you are looking for a one time cleanup like me or a recurring appointment I highly recommend!

Carl is great. We had a dispute and the service recovery was fantastic, Carl the owner listened, explained what he was willing to do to make it right. So we will continue the service and I'm confident that Carl put the things in place to ensure we have a great experience going forward.

Amazing service! As a full time nurse working these crazy COVID hours, I was so overwhelmed by the amount of dog poop my yard had collected over a month. Thankfully for this company, they save my sanity and my what little time I had at home, to help me with this chore. I continued with them for months because it was one less thing off my plate. Super reasonable pricing and super helpful. I would highly recommend this company to any one! This is such an easy worry free process.

Collecting our money, but never actually coming to the house to clean up our dogs mess. Very unprofessional when addressed the missing days. And nearly refused to give the refund of the paid weeks of no work actually being done. Will not be using them again

When they actually show up they do a good job, but so far this month they have been here once and charged for 3. I have reached out countless times. This is a consistent issue. I am finally fed up. I canceled.

Very good company, prompt and on time and very communicative. They text me before, during and after service. Did a great job cleaning & deodorizing and as they left they sanitized and wiped down everything they touched and then they sent me a text and pictures to notify me when they were done. Very happy with the their service.

So my tenants moved out and we found that they likely hadn't cleaned up after their dog for easily a month. I live out of town so immediately googled dog poop services. Not going to lie, at first I was drawn to the name. I mean PoopyDoo is just a really fun name. I soon learned that they are also a fun company that is awesome at customer service.

The guy who answered the phone (I think his name was Scott) was excellent. He was friendly, professional, explained my options and their prices were reasonable. I lucked out as they had a cancellation and were able to get me in later that day. Carl went to the house, took care of all the "business", sent me a pic and confirmed we were "all scooped".

He also advised me that there was an issue with a leaking landscaping valve, which could have been a big issue if left unchecked, and sent pics of that as well. Can't thank him enough for doing that! I will totally use them again when needed and will recommend them to future tenants. What a great service and what a great company!

Carl at Poopy Doo is amazing. His services are fantastic and he has superb customer service. Everyone I have spoken to is friendly and extremely helpful! He is also extremely responsive to calls and texts, making it super easy to schedule service or change dates if needed! We have an 80lb dog who loves pooping all over our backyard and Carl ensures that it gets cleaned up on a weekly basis.

He arrives at the same time each week, scoops us quickly & efficiently and always sends us a text to let us know we have been scooped. Additionally, his prices are super reasonable for the service. I honestly cannot imagine our life without Carl and Poopy Doo! This service is definitely a game changer!

I hired them a while back to clean up after my poopy neglect and they did fantastic work! Very communicative, professional and hard working. I have now hired them to come once a week! Once again showed up and did a great job! I have two huskies myself and it creates a lot of poo on gravel, so I'd strongly recommend them if you don't want to or don't have the time to clean all the poo yourself. These Poofessionals are amazing! Showed up within days of signing up, cleared months of waste from the yard in minutes and we're so friendly with me and "their customer", my dog Chloe. I met the owner that day and observed his full inspection of the yard and identification of trouble areas. I'm so glad I've hired this company, and at such a low cost, to help maintain the yard since I travel so often. Thank you guys! If you're looking to save yourself the trouble of cleaning up behind your pets, I recommend them highly!

Just signed up over a week ago, and after having not attended to the yard in a while - Poopy Doo came and made quick and thorough work of our yard! And now with weekly service we have a clean and fresh yard always! I had always been skeptical about getting a service vs doing it myself but other priorities always got in the way. Now that we have service I can say it's definitely worth it! I'm especially looking forward to not having to do this myself in the warmer months to come.

Carl(the owner) goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure that your yard is spotless, and smells amazing after he picks up, throws away, then deodorizes your yard! Last week he went as far as to clean up all of my puppies toys, as well as to clean my puppy's dirty kennel from the night before that I had put in the backyard! Amazing service and genuinely friendly and helpful company! 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE

Poopy Do is, without a doubt, the BEST company (with the BEST service) EVER! They are extremely professional, wonderful, accommodating, responsive and all-around just SUPER DUPER GREAT! One of the things that makes them so AMAZING is the fact that all the employees are dog lovers and understand how to work with, and around, your pet while cleaning up the yard. Of all the things I spend my money on, I feel Poopy Do truly gives me the biggest bang for my buck!

I switched to Poopy Doo services after having a bad experience with another company in the valley and I have to say I am very satisfied with their services and the experience I've had with their front office/billing. I was especially pleased that Carl the GM, took the time to reassure me after his visit that everything went well, since I had expressed to him that I was worried about my dogs who can be protective of our home.

Poopy Do is an amazing service for those of us that don't want to bother with the hassle of cleaning up after our dog(s). I kept my daughter's little Morkie for 3 1/2 months while they were remodeling their new home, and when it came time for him to go home, I called Poopy Do and Carl came out and did such an amazing job of cleaning up my yard that you cannot even tell there was ever a dog here. I highly recommend them. Friendly, reasonably priced and very accommodating to my schedule. Thank you, Poopy Do!

I used them for a whole year and they are great. They were friendly to my dogs and very compensating when I didn't want them to come some weeks. Great business!

I had to contact customer support to end my service due to moving. They were kind enough to schedule a day to take care of the yard for final cleaning to ensure I received my deposit. Having them service my yard over the last year has been great.

This is a story about evil, redemption, and the hero who brought calm and order to the chaos which had claimed the land in an icy grip. The story begins with four bothers, each unique in their own right, but fearsome predators all the same. Under their claws and fangs fell couches, rolls of toilet paper, fluffy toys and tinsel from the Christmas Tree.

Every year by late spring, the brothers would have created a vast, dark army which dotted the land. At the very cusp of dawn, as the sun would reach long tendrils of light across the earth, our eyes would be met by a thousand, tinsel encrusted soldiers. Silent. Staring. Slowly. decomposing. Every week (or was it months?), we would sigh while donning gloves and a grimace, and go to do battle with the infinite army. Yet, we always seemed to struggle against the hordes which never seemed to relent.

We did battle in the heat of the day, under the white splendor of the full moon, with friends, neighbors, children at our side. But the four brothers were powerful and their army never was never vanquished. And then, from the far shores of the Camelback corridor came a warrior in a white truck, armed with little else but a bag, a scooper and the will to succeed.

Hearing our call, he gathered the hordes which had become the bane of our existence and banished them from the land. Gone was the glint of tinsel, the white flags of digested toilet paper, the Lego pieces encapsulated in shells of organic iron. This warrior named Carl, promised to revisit the kingdom every week, to keep the brothers in check, and to ensure that their armies of darkness would return no more to terrorize our waking hours, our dreams, our weekends.

And so he does. While the brothers continue to pillage both kibble and couch, we are free of the hoards that drained us of time, happiness and spirit. This story is at an end, but yours may just be beginning. If so, call Carl and gaze upon your army of darkness no more.

I pay for poo services every single week. It started out great and then the tech started missing visits VERY regularly. When I called him out of it, he got very defensive and said "I assure you I was there". When I told him that I had 4 cameras on the outside of my house that are motion sensor to record and I promised him he wasn't there he still kept lying.

Instead he tried to tell me that it's a bonus that I get text services with him and that he gets under shrubs which is usually not part of the package. Save yourself a headache. Find another company.

We moved to Gilbert a year ago leaving behind a great poo company, I figured it would be hard to find a NEW wonderful service! But low and behold we found Poopy Do and they have been perfect for our family! My poopy cleaner comes weekly, always on the same day and loves my Lab. I recently had a relative move in with us and she has a Blue Nose Pit Bull, which I figured he would be hesitant cleaning around. Turns out they have become great friends!

When the Pit Bull had a litter of 13 puppies he did everything in his power to get all of the poo (there was A LOT) including sanitizing to prevent spread of disease. Did I mention that the pit still loves him! LOL Some times I catch him in the back yard playing fetch with the adult dog, this makes my day! The owner of Poopy Do is helping us find great homes for our new puppies, free of charge because he loves Pit Bulls and believes they all need love. Any service that takes the time to play with our animals and care for them as much as we do, deserves raving reviews!

When I first found out about this service, I was totally excited. Newly pregnant at the time, I couldn't handle being anywhere near the backyard, so the deodorizing deal sealed it for me. Not having to wrestle my husband into cleaning up the backyard in 110+ degree heat also helped.;) I signed up, and for the first month, AMAZING. I told everyone I knew about the service.

Then the tech started skipping visits. I thought I was getting paranoid, that maybe I just thought more time had passed than actually had (since we only signed up for the twice a month service), but then it kept happening. Whenever I called to find out what was going on, I got the answering service, and never got a call back when I left voicemails.

I tried emailing, and that's when the owner got involved, basically calling me a liar, that he did my yard himself (hooray?), and had never missed. This past month, absolutely no one came out. The backyard got so bad (and we only have ONE dog), my husband finally broke down and did it himself because we couldn't stand it anymore, and you'll never guess who finally showed up an hour later after it was done. Yep. Poopy Do tech.

He just walked around my yard, shrugged when he couldn't find anything, and just left. IMPORTANT: If you read the FAQ page, them just showing up and doing nothing? Yep. I still have to pay for that. For my husband doing the other guy's job. Awesome. I emailed this morning to cancel, and the guy I had been talking to immediately forwarded my message onto the owner AGAIN, and I then received the worst email yet.

He emailed me and said that I had never called, they had "NO" records of any voicemail or emails (except I have every single one saved in my inbox), and that now that I had "ALL" the facts, maybe I should reconsider my decision. Written exactly like above, CAPS and everything. Why the heck would I stay on with a company with people who talk that way to their customers?

I make sure to always be polite to anyone I speak to. Working in the service industry SUCKS, and I have no interest in adding onto the crap these people have to deal with on a daily basis. I have no idea why he felt the need to light into me the way he did when I kept everything pleasant. Anyway, now that I see other people's reviews below saying their techs went MIA too, now I know for sure it wasn't just me. If you have this service, just make sure you keep an eye on what they're doing. Don't get screwed like we did.
