I highly don't recommend this place, we called and was quoted a price over the phone, and I verified twice before hanging up. When we arrived it was a totally different price that we did not expect to pay, i wish they would of broken everything down before scheduling the appointment, I don't feel like they are being far. I will not be returning to this place at all.

They are very nice, respectful, and friendly. Fixed up lucky's ear infection. Little high on the cost but, you got to take care of your 4 legged best friends.

My dog had a painful UTI. My regular Vet was closed and I was frantic to get him some relief. The staff worked us in. The doctor, Dr Christy was very kind and informative. She explained everything. Yes! I will go back to this clinic.

Called in the morning to get my dog's nails trimmed. They got us in same day, very minimal wait once we got there, friendly and patient service and a reasonable price too! What's not to love?

I took my dog to this clinic and compared with other affordable Vet Clinics. The service is good, but they can get you with overpriced medicines.

Due to an unfortunate situation, my fur-baby was trapped in a house filled with smoke for over 5 hours. Once I had my fur-baby in my arms, I rushed him to Powder Springs Animal Clinic for it was the closest. Without hesitation, the staff immediately took him in for an exam, xray, and observation as I was crying. They were fast, professional, caring, understanding, and extremely helpful.

I appreciate the sense of urgency they displayed. I appreciate how the veterinarian came and actually held me while I was sobbing. Needless to say, I'm changing to them, without a doubt. I've never been treated so wonderfully. Thank you, thank you so very much for helping my baby.

First Time Pet owner, so it's important for me to choose a reliable vet. I did my research and selected 5 vet locations to visit. I was originally pleased with this location and how the Tech addressed all my questions and concerns. I provided her with my 9 week old vaccination card, she advised me when the next set was due along with the estimated cost.

I called and scheduled an appt later that week. Fast forward: I go to my appointment today, go into the exam room only to be told he was not due for his vaccinations yet. If I can't rely on what the Tech told me then why would I bring my puppy back. As a first time pet owner, I'm leaning on them for accurate information. I don't want to second guess what I'm being told by the professionals. Either way I ran so quickly out the door and decide to go to Austell Animal Hospital which was overall the better choice.

They always take good care of my baby! Staff is always prompt and and attentive.

OMG. The place is awesome. The best staff. My babies had the best care. I recommend them. They know that our pets are family. Thanks to the entire staff.

Staff is very nice which my dog hate the vet a little less. Very good job grooming and fast prescription fills.

Miss Mattie is seeing a new vet at the clinic as Dr. Kahn has retired. Mattie is now under treatment of Dr. Hooper. I believe my dog will do well. This little dog is all the family I have, so I will watching her treatment closely. Very closely. I do not give out 5 star ratings without good reason. However, I feel Dr. Hooper and staff will earn it in short order. 10-13-2021 Update.

I had Mattie in for check-up and shots. We talked about her weight. She needs to drop a few pounds. I do as well. And no the doctor did not talk about my weight, just the dog. Good place to take your dog.

The first time my puppy came she was a little stand offish and the vet tech made her feel so comfortable in the end Aja was loving all on her. That made me feel good as a paw parent.

My relationship with PowderSprings Animal clinic is about to celebrate 25 years. That should speak volumes as to the care and service they give to their customers. In 25 years we've had 8 cats & 7 dogs, a couple we had to say go bye too soon, others were kept comfortable as they aged.

I went to this establishment because the current vet we were going to was not answering my questions related to why my dog needed surgery, they just handed me the estimate and sent me out the door. I came to Powder Springs Animal Clinic hoping for answers and I received so much more. Not only did they thoroughly explain everything to me, they went above and beyond to make sure me and my dog were comfortable, and got all the answers we were looking for and more. instead of treating me like an atm they treated me like the concerned dog mother I am. I can't express how grateful I am for Dr. Hooper and her team. Will definitely recommend them to anyone with a fur baby!

One of the hardest things you can do as a pet owner is make the decision to lay them to rest. Our family had to make the heart-wrenching decision to do the right thing by our elderly cat today. Powder Springs Animal Clinic made a horrible day as peaceful and wonderful as it could have been. They took the time to talk us through our decision to ensure we left, trusting me made the right one.

They were gentle, kind, and never rushed us. They genuinely cared. Thank you to Dr. Hooper and the entire PSAC team for your kindness, patience, and compassion today. You've made loyal clients out of us.

They are very caring and convenient. Our dog had an issue and we were told to bring her in right away. Our "old" vet couldn't see her for 3 days. We are very pleased with our "new" vet.

I just want to Thank you Guys so much for helping Reign Everytime I need you Guys. I was so Scared and worried when my pup went without peeing all day. I Called them and they got her in, In 30 mins. I didn't. Even Realize it would have been that Quick. The MA Justinea is really good and friendly. Thanks Again Guys so much for Helping my Pup Reign.

Currently treating my 15 yr old kitty who has an Upper Respiratory infection. They're super nice and I can't thank them enough for taking care of my furbaby!

I had my fur baby treated for heartworms and I searched alot of vets before deciding to trust Powder Springs Animal Clinic with her. Jayme has been by my side dealing with all my questions and paranoia and we just love her! This whole crew is really nice, patient and animal lovers who treated mine with tender loving care and rid my baby of the heartworms. She has been cleared! Love these people!

Very kind and professional staff. I'm so glad they were able to add me to their schedule on such short notice; I called at 8am and came in at 9am. They carefully treated my cat for an abscess. Not only were they quick but also inexpensive. Thankfully, they provided sedation, antibiotics, and the follow up visit was included in the cost! My sweet girl is now healing. We are very happy with our visit. I'll recommend this vet to all my friends and family!

I visited Powder Springs Animal Clinic for the first time today with all my weenies, Gilbert, Bud and Truly. What a nice experience! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They provided an itemized list of costs after we discussed what needed to be done, which I really liked. Plus, they are currently running a very nice Christmas Special. If you haven't checked them out, please do so. Or if your babies are due for their vaccines, etc., give them a call and find out about the special.

We had an emergency a few years back with our Maltese. The Vet and staff were great. We'd lived in the area and passed by it for years. We were missing out on a gem.
