Set up and making arrangements was painless, Jennifer was very professional in going over details, took good care of my kitties while I was out of town, and had some good suggestions for future pet sitting. Definitely having peace of mind while I was out of town was huge. Looking forward to booking again.

Priority Pet Sitting is top notch. The owner is professional, very trustworthy and reliable. She truly cares about her clients and their needs for their furry/feathered family members. The fees for her services I find to be comparable for all that she does in caring your furry family members.

If I had just one word to describe how I feel about Priority Pet Sitting that word would be confidence! Yet there are other words I would also use like trustworthy - reliable - honest - caring - thoughtful. Yes Jen really cares about the fur babies she looks after. I leave town every now and then and it's always relieving to know that my beloved pets are in such great care. I will always use Priority Pet Sitting for those services I need.

We contacted Jennifer to set up drop in visits for our dogs while we went out of town for the weekend. We told her everything and she said great she would take care of them. She told us she would meet with us approx 4 days before we were leaving out of town. Well 4 days turned into 2, and once she arrived she saw that our dogs were crated. Suddenly she turned very snobby, I felt extremely judged, that we kept our dogs crated when we aren't home.

She turned her nose up and told us that she would not be able to do the job she agreed to, because our dogs would be in crates while we were not home, both are large breed dogs, a 170lb mastiff and a 100lb mutt We hired her to let them out run around, feed them, and let them out for the bathroom. So with 2 days until we were scheduled to leave we had to find a new pet sitter. Thanks for the unnecessary stress. If you crate your dogs, do not bother with this company.

Miss Jennifer took care of our two cockers, Halo and Bailey for years. Even when we called her last minute (because we traveled for work) she always came through. She was 100% trustworthy and it was obvious how much she loved and cared for our babies. They both needed meds daily as well as ear cleanings and she did that and more. She would even pop in to check on them when we were at work. And the part I loved? She left us report cards on how our babies did while we were gone! If you're looking for a person to take care of your fur kids, Jennifer is the BEST!

The peace of mind Jennifer provides is priceless! She has been our pet sitter for over 10 years and continues to amaze me with the care and dedication she gives to her clients. Jennifer recently took care of my two cats for 2 weeks while my husband and I were in Europe. Not only did Jennifer give me great advice before we left on making my nervous female cat more comfortable while we were away but Jennifer also noticed a couple of plants we'd forgotten about and ensured they were watered. Jennifer truly understands how stressful it can be to leave your home and pets and goes above and beyond to make things easier for you.

Jennifer is the best! We have had her care for our pets for many years. She is amazing at personalizing care and adapting to each pets' needs. Our newest baby was not treated right and it takes him a while to trust anyone. Jennifer did everything perfectly to allow him to set the amount of contact and time needed. All of our babies love her! Knowing that Jennifer is taking the best care of our babies allows us to be gone and have peace of mind. She is always professional, courteous and dependable. I will always refer her to everyone that needs pet care.

Jennifer is the best pet sitter ever. We've been using her for over 10 years and we always come home to well-cared for and happy furry babies. When our Shiba Inu was aging, Jennifer did a great job of calming my concerns about leaving her, since I knew Jennifer had a background in veterinary care and would take great care of her. She also provided great suggestions on what to feed her when she became very finicky about her food. I wouldn't trade Jennifer for the world.

There are not enough good things to say about Jennifer! She is absolutely dedicated to our sweet girl! She loves and cares for her as if she were her own. One of the things we love about her is her experience in the vet world. If Pixie is not feeling the best, she gives great advice on what we should do! Highly recommend using her! We love her!

I've used the services of Priority Pet Sitting since May 2009 and will ONLY use Jennifer Robertson for the care of my cats. I NEVER worry when I'm traveling about the care she gives my babies. Have and will continue to recommend her to others for any pet care they may need, short or long term. She is hands down the best at what she does and can be trusted to give the same (or better) care that I would give myself.
