Puppy Plus

I had a great experience with Puppies Plus. The girls working there were loving to these animals, and the store is exceptionally clean. I purchased a Mini Labradoodle and she's this families world.

I was looking to purchase a puppy for daughter's birthday passed by because I was at the Starbucks next door. Their door was unlocked, so I walked in. The lady at the back looked me up and down, and when I asked what kind of dogs they had for sale. She then stated we don't open until 10 which is in 10 mins. Visually, their marketing doesn't show their store hours at eye level, so a customer like me would check the door because all of their neighbors are open.

I'm giving a 1 star due to lousy customer service and her response when I started to inquire. Not everyone is around to window shop. The last thing you want to do is judge someone. Be kind and courteous when customers want to spend money.

After my 17-year-old Shih-Tzu passed away it took me a year to have the courage to get another dog. I looked for the absolute best place to get my new dog and I could not be happier that I went with Puppy Plus. They really helped me choose the sweetest puppy and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and Abbie made sure I had everything I needed for my puppy. I couldn't recommend enough this place if you are looking to get your next fur baby.

Dropped off my puppy to be groomed from 8am, called twice after 11 for pick up they told me he can't get done because I want him early. Then charge just to wash him when I can do that at home. Absolutely awful service

I love this place. We bought our first Cavapoo from this store two years ago and have had the best first puppy experience! We came back on Sunday and picked up the cutest female Cavapoo. Everyone was super helpful at the store and ensured we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an adorable puppy!

We love puppy plus. We got our two beautiful forever puppies from there. Both are soo sweet and lovable, one is a Morkie girl now 2yrs old and our Maltipoo boy is 7 months. They are the best additions to our family. We also go there for occasional grooming- Christina and Juan are awesome! The puppies are soo cute, it is sooo hard not to leave with one or two.

I'm not sure why all the positive reviews? Be very careful buying a puppy from here! We lost our sweet Mini Aussie due to sudden liver failure at the age of 4. He just turned 4 actually. They are saying it was more than likely genetic. Found out our breeder was Donna Brown in Missouri. Please do your research on her she runs a puppy mill/factory. She does not care about her dogs/puppies.

Check out her place, the conditions are so bad. I am begging you please please do your research. I am so thankful and blessed that we were fortunate to have our baby with us, but the thought of him being so young just breaks my heart.

I brought my pup to get groomed for the first time here. WOW what amazing service. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my Benny. The store is clean and pleasant as well. I highly suggest Puppy Plus.

Joseph needs a lesson in customer service. This place is run like a zoo. The staff is rude. Plenty of other shops in town for quality grooming, this is NOT one of them.

They did the best job grooming my dog with a20% discount for first visit.

I ended up taking home a chihuahua and she's the best! i come here to get my mastiff bathed too and the service is definitely 5 stars. she's healthy and i'm extremely happy with the service : thank you!

Live locally and thought I would try their grooming services. Made an appt for Saturday morning. Friday morning I received several voicemails within a two hour span stating that I'm a no show for my Friday appt and since I'm not returning their calls my Saturday appt is cancelled. I called as soon as I received the messages to try and clear up the confusion.

The young girl I spoke to condescendingly accused me of being a no show for an appointment I never had, and told me I wasn't returning their phone calls so my Saturday appt was canceled. I was pretty surprised I was bring treated this way as I was a first time client and it was their own mistake of having me down for duplicate appointments. If they treat clients like this I can only imagine how they would've treated my pets! No one needs this aggravation trying to make a grooming appointment!

It's simple, it's an amazing store lots of nice people very clean and good service! But the only issue is that they are slightly over priced.

Well to start their puppies eat their own poop and when you tell the manager what he does is go ahead and hit the puppy in the head and tell him that he has food in front of him. Then he goes and accuses 2 people that are in front of the Starbucks fundraising money for kids and tell them that he is going to call the cops once the cops get there he goes ahead and tells them that the people outside said that he has aggressive dogs I really don't recommend the spot it grooms dogs also but the work is really bad overpriced I have 2 doggies myself and I took them to get groomed and they where really disrespectful and completely bad service. Don't recommend it at all. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THE MANAGER HE IS REALLY AGGRESSIVE

I bought my first dog from here a couple of months ago and i have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. from the professionalism that the entire staff holds to the cleanliness. the owner told me everything i needed to know about to breed, as the front staff answering all of my ridiculous questions. grooming staff is very knowledgeable and told me everything about how to care for my puppy's coat and whatnot. when it's time to buy my second pup i will definitely come back to here no hesitation. i would recommend puppy plus to ANYONE who's interested in purchasing a dog.

I recently bought a cavapoo from here and the staff is absolutely phenomenal, professional, and super friendly. The grooming staff is also well trained and very helpful, they explained thoroughly how to care for my new puppy and how to brush her. If you're looking to buy a puppy/ find a groomer please look no further. When the time is right I'll definitely be back to purchase my 2nd.

I'm so thankful that I found this facility while in Florida for training. I am not one to shop but after many months of fruitless applications to adoption services and rescues I reconsidered. I was pleased that the shop was not loaded with puppies. They were all in clean pens with at least one buddy, maybe two, to keep them company. The woman at the desk was very friendly and let me take all the tome I needed sitting with my, now new chihuahua baby girl.

The prices are the prices not too much higher than any local breeders I have seen. Our first vet check up in Maine with our own vet went great and all the staff is already in love with our new family member. She is lighting up our lives as and taking notes from her chocolate lab big sister

We have had our pup for just over a year now and she still is quite timid. Glad we are giving her a much better life than what she was previously subjected to but why would anyone purchase and support anyone capable of doing that to any animal?

Before you buy anything from there, do your homework, look at the lineage and make sure you arent directly supporting an abuser! If so shop elsewhere. "Madison was cited in December 2015 for keeping small, short-haired dogs outside when temperatures had been as low as 29 degrees and not giving the animals adequate protection from the wind and rain." My son has allergy issues so we had to get a pet that was safe for him which is why we couldn't just rescue any dog.

I had a wonderful experience this past weekend! Renee was so helpful! From her bubbly personality, to her vast knowledge, she was great. I look forward to purchasing my forever friend in the near future! Thank you Renee!

This place is terrible. They take advantage of people around the holidays by hiking up their prices. Then they attempted to change the amount they were charging me, luckily I caught that before they charged my card. After I bought my dog here, she was sick and I took her to the vet she had parasites and respiratory infection. They try to make you use their vet who tells you everything is fine but after her throwing up for days, a different vet told me she was very sick! I would NEVER go here again. The owner was rude about everything too.

I got my puppy here today. of course I'm obsessed with my beautiful Brownie, but to write this review, if I could talk about something, I would talk about Abby. she helped us with EVERYTHING! Well, I have one word to Abby: AMAZING She really love all the dogs, gave us honest and precise inputs. overall, I would definitely recommend this place because of Her! This entire establishment is incredibly friendly, helpful and still able to do a fast and reliable job. I am more than pleased with the way they treated me and my dog especially. I have a 7 month old female German Shepard and I felt like they truly cared about my dog! She was very nervous to get her nails clipped but they made sure to talk her through the process and try and calm her down instead of just pinning her down and clipping the nails as fast as they could like most groomers or vet techs would do. It's very hard to find people to trust with your pets but I am very confident in the care I receive for my fur baby at Puppy Plus! Thank you for being so comforting and welcoming! First time i come here i bought my german shepard and its a beautiful bread my kids they are in love and the owner is honest and he told me all the details about my dog before i even see it and when i got the dog was better than i thought

We had a really good experience purchasing our puppy here. We've had Lia for three weeks and we couldn't be happier We went to many stores before we decided to purchase our puppy from them and we visited regularly before we found the perfect puppy for us. I loved that people are not allowed to play with the puppies unless you're a serious buyer. Puppies get attached very easily and thats the main reason why you go to other stores and the dogs are depressed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them

We love Puppy Plus they are the best at what they do. My family love to drop off our little baby girl to get groom. This place are clean especially very friendly, we love Maric. She is good at what she do and very professional. Come and give them a try you won't be disappointed.

After much deliberation it was Nala that won our hearts. She's a sweet Cavapoo. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their puppies are healthy and happy. It's very difficult not to fall in love.

I'm very upset at myself that I didnt look at the reviews before I made an appointment with puppy plus. Called last Saturday and requested to have my cat groomed ASAP cuz he can't groom himself recently due to his health issue. They offered me Tuesday morning 11 am, as much as I didn't want to wait I gave it a try. They called and confirm the appointment on Monday and now 2 hours before the appointment, they wanted to cancel the appointment and said there was a mistake in scheduling, AND she sounded like it wasn't a big deal cuz we can always schedule it again!

I requested a time off from work because they said they prefer to have cats in weekdays, my cat is suffering while he's waiting to get this done. so yeah it is a big deal my friend. I don't write bad reviews normally but this is so wrong in every aspect. Yes I can reschedule but I wouldn't be comfortable anymore to have your hands on my pet. You guys don't just deal with products, u guys are dealing with lives, please be more responsible.

My daughter has been saving her money she earns from her part time job, all year so that she can get her own puppy. We told her if she saved for it, plus extra for at least a year of vets visits and grooming, that she could pick a pup out and buy it. We recently moved to Parkland and noticed this puppy shop next to Starbucks. She's been in at least once a week for 3 months and this past week, finally found the puppy she wants, a mixed breed, Shihpoo puppy.

We told her we would come back on her next payday to pick up her puppy, if she decided to adopt him after having a one on one play date with him in the shop. Today, we dropped her off, with our son and her best friend, since they were all so excited about this day, and we went to Starbucks to get coffee. When we came out, we were expecting excited teenagers to be waiting, but my daughter, who's 18 by the way, said the owner is a jerk and when she asked if she could play with the puppy, he told her no and she's lucky she's even in there with everyone right now.

She was upset, feels sad for the puppies who will never be able to meet forever owners due to the rude and profit hungry owner and staff, and angry that she was spoken to like that. She's a woman. Not a child. She was ready to pay the ridiculous $2200 for a mutt from this jerks store, because she told me that she viewed it as rescuing a puppy from being thrown back into the horrible business should it get too old to sell at their store.

We are now on our way to Hollywood where we know of wonderful puppy owners who will give my daughter the respect she deserves in the very serious process of adopting a puppy. Shame on this place

I took my one year old Maltese to be groomed today July 8. Juan was Groomer, he comes out to meet you and your dog, asked how you want to see them cut, you can ask questions if you want. (I did) I was very please with Juan and Doodles hair cut Thank you. Please dont ask for Juan, I dont want him so busy I cant get an appt for him! LOL

Juan did a great grooming job on my Buddy today! I really like it! Called at the last minute. I'm from out of town. Thank you!

My dog came out of grooming with an eye closed shut, a cut in his ear and his derriere shaved so close that he was up all night scratching, scooting and licking at it. I called and they said he may have gotten hair in his eye from the blow-dry(?) I asked them what to do and they said they had an account with a local vet (?) I had to go to work so my elderly dad (83) brought my dog in to the vet for a shot of cortisone, eye ointment, and the doc said he did "not see a cut" in my dog's ear (I have attached pic of the cut he said was not there).

So far, no call backs, no apologies from them, no courtesy on the phone, no refund or responsibility taken outside of the vet tx (required as a result of their terrible handling and grooming). This is sad and unfortunate, as past experiences we have had there with our dogs, were ok. Not looking for miracles, just decent treatment for our pets that we entrust to these establishments.

This type of unprofessionalism showed us the type of person the shop owner(and manager, Kaitlyn) are. not dog lovers, just bad business people. I DO Not recommend-go elsewhere if u want your pup in good hands!

I have been taking my dog here for like 5 years and I've had many problems with the groomer KIM. One time she did a terrible job. She left bald spots on my puppy and left her smelling dirty and when she was doing her nails she cut one really bad that made her bleed so much. The owner of the place and I I had to take her to the vet to make sure they checked it so she didn't get an infection. Honestly if you are dealing with dogs you HAVE to be so careful I don't understand who would do that.

The puppies there were really cute and seemed to be well cared for but the girl who works at the front is out of control. She is beyond rude, opinionated and tried to push her beliefs onto me. She started arguing with me about picking a certain breed saying that it doesn't matter what breed you choose, what matters is the training. She was literally yelling at me about it when I was with my husband and two small children trying to pick out a family dog.

As if wanting to know about how the breeds differ in temperament and behavior offended her?! It was bizarre. There was another girl working there who was amazing and extremely helpful in answering questions I had about the different breeds.
