I've been a member since 2009! We have awesome, knowledgeable instructors in all areas of training! I recommend our classes to everyone I know that gets a puppy.

I've taken many classes with our dogs throughout the years--including an enormous, chaotic puppy class that was awful (with archaic dominance exercises)--last fall. But this was different! Without a doubt, Queen City's Basic One obedience class with Tyra & Mary was the best dog-related group training I've ever had. (Yogi would concur.) These two patiently led us through training exercises that helped further our bond with our pups, and provided great wisdom and insight about training. They made themselves available to ask any time about personal training issues, and are just terrific dog-loving human beings!

Great trainers who listen as well as offering lots of practical tips and advise. My dog enjoyed it too.

I called to inquire about enrolling my German Shepherd in their training courses. I spoke with a woman (I will not call her out) that was extremely rude to me. I said "I was wondering if we could take a tour" she said no, due to Covid regulations, totally understandable! However when I asked about just flat out signing him up and starting classes without touring, she asked his age (6 months) and rudely exclaimed to me "well, he is too old for our puppy class!" I said, "okay, well whatever class he needs to be in, that is what I'm interested in". Then, attitude and all, she goes "okay, well I don't have anything until January, so good luck" I'm hugely disappointed in this customer service and will absolutely NOT be enrolling my dog into any class at this facility.

This establishment came highly recommended from our vet, whom we trust and love, so I was shocked to be spoke to this way. This was really quite unfortunate as it seems many people have had positive experiences. Time to look at other schools!

We just had our first training session with Joe at our house and my husband and I are completely impressed! In the first session, we learned how to walk our dog on a leash correctly, go in and out of the house on command, how to keep the dog off the furniture without permission and how to keep the dog from barking at the cats. We also learned down and received some potty training tips. We can't believe the change in our dog's temperament already! Looking forward to the next session! A. Dunn

Our first visit in many years, since before their expansion. Plenty of crating space for the dogs, roomy aisles, ring turf was great, bright airy building, great HVAC, and the people were great. Very comfortable for both the dog and the handler. Will definitely go back when we have an opportunity!
