Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium

Our experience was so kind, gentle, loving and understanding of our two fur children, Kona and Zoey.

My dog died suddenly last week & they made an appointment for me right away that morning. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and our emotions.

I cannot give Lasting Paws enough stars. My heart was broken and a part of me was lost. Losing my Gizmo was the hardest process of my life! Lasting Paws were beyond anything I could have imagined. I brought my girl in and from the start, they were caring, compassionate, respectful, and understanding. They let me be in control of the arrangements and process.

They provided an amazing grieving space and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Never once did they pressure sale me. Every step was walked through and all decisions were respected. They respectfully handled my girl and were very responsive and transparent about the options and process. Once Gizmo was ready to come home, they placed her in the urn of my choice (*which was ordered elsewhere for my needs and I was not pressured to accept an in-house option; which were beautiful options BTW). Gizmo and her extras (nose print, paw print, and ceramic paw print) were beautifully packaged and beyond perfect.

Each keepsake was protected and handled with grace. Everyone was just as caring and supportive at pickup as they were during the arrangements. While we always hope to never need this service, I am so grateful that they are here

The brochure at our vet's office didn't list an option for a plaque or a paw print, so the salesperson asked which one we wanted and for the information on those "included items." My husband was very clear that he wasn't interested in paying for additional items, and the salesperson assured us that they were included in our package, unless we went over four lines of text on the included plaque.

She sent me an email with the options to choose from, with no prices attached, because of course, they were included in our package. On completion, suddenly the plaque requires an additional $36 and the paw print costs $45. The salesperson claims she "tried to explain" the plaque only included one line of text, which she did not, but even if that were true that doesn't excuse the absurd lie about the $45 paw print. Nice little racket they have going on.

Horrible communication, price.customer service etc. bad enough when you lose your pet. Shouldn't have to deal with a pushy incompetent staff. Took them a month to get my animal back to me at a cost of over 200$ for a 15# "partial" cremation to be told after that it's cheaper to drop them off at a vets office beyond horrible experience with this place a most definite never do again

Our family just lost one our dogs right before Christmas. My family and I appreciate the extra mile that Morgan, Donnie, and the rest of the staff have taken to make sure our dog Muffin was well taken care of during one of the worst times of the year to lose a pet. Thank you all for the great communication and and the additional touches you all added to Muffin's cremation services.

Our beloved Sasha unexpectedly passed away a little over a week ago. My husband and I were in shock and devastated. She was our first canine fur baby. Not knowing what to do, we called our vet and they said they can help us with the cremation process. The vet sent Sasha to this amazing company. We are very grateful that they put her ashes in a nice urn and her paw print came out perfect. Thank you, Lasting Paws

We lost our pup Saturday, so soon, and we were so devastated, Tuesday I went to pick her up and they had engraved the box beautifully and were so kind to us, the same night I checked the mail we received a condolences card from them as well. This was our first dog as adults we had, it meant the world to us to be dealt with so kindly when our world was flipped so fast. Thank you for your kindness, we made sure to put your card on the shelf next to our baby. Thank you again, sincerely.

Thank you for your kindness and compassion. When I mentioned that I intended to have some of my dog's ashes crafted in a glass memorial piece, you immediately offered to put some aside for this purpose. You helped make a horrible time in my life much easier and more beautiful.

One of the worst services to need, but an exceptional experience in our moment. The staff member was friendly, compassionate, empathetic and extremely respectful of the brevity of the situation when I arrived. She helped me to remove our beautiful girl from the blankets and offered me more time with her if I needed once I started almost ugly crying once more.

Most importantly, she gave me faith that they would respect our pup through the entire process, which gave me great relief in such a tough time when I had to say my final goodbye. We know that Rosie is in the best hands for the final phase of her journey. Thank you so much Lasting Paws.
