The vet here was amazing she didn't hesitate to help me with my little kitten and then when I had more questions and I called them the vet got on the phone with me personally. Simply wondful place

Great folks, and they care about your pet. Highly recommend these fine folks. They take care of all three of my pets.

I went here to get my cat spayed because all other vets around here have the most ridiculous hours, the other vets are very hard to reach for someone who works second. They didn't seem friendly, but they got the job done. Just as long as if they aren't rude. But, when I asked about my cat having ear mites, all they did was clean out his ears, did not prescribe me anything. Day 2 after surgery and his ears are already filled with nasty mites. Would only go here in an emergency.

I'm not one to leave a review on anything, unless it's great service. I wouldn't even leave one star if I could. We had a buckling who was very bloated and dehydrated. We normally try to care for our animals ourselves, but nothing we did was working. This was on a Sunday night. We don't have the money for an emergency visit which is why we did everything we could think all night until Monday morning.

I called first thing this morning and told them the circumstances, told her he was bloated, dehydrated, couldn't stand and wouldn't even try to drink anything. He couldn't hold his head up. I had seen good things, and the website says it's an "emergency" vet and that they work on livestock, so they were really my best bet at the time. When I called she asked if I wanted to come in today?

I obviously said yes, my baby is dying. She said I could come at 1:30. We got him through the night so I just tried to accept that. An hour later he just kept getting worse, so we hopped in the car to head there. We called on the way and told her we were 20 minutes out and that he's not going to make it until 1:30. She said we would still have to wait because they had other appointments.

Before we got there, he had stopped breathing and we just had to turn around and come home. I used to work in a vets office and any type of emergency, especially the symptoms I was telling her should've been a circumstance to bring him in immediately. I'm not saying they could have done anything to help him with the point he was at, but it just seemed very unprofessional and inconsiderate, honestly. I won't make this mistake again.

My blue heeler is almost 13 years old and has been coming to Dr. creel since she was 1. She has been on incontinence medicine for bladder leakage that Dr. Creel put her on when she was 6 due to damage to her bladder. I have been getting this medicine filled through valley vet and Alliivet for almost 7 years now. They send a prescription request to Dr. Creels office and they approve it.

My dog hasn't been to the vet since 2019 because she is old, blind and crippled. It is not an easy task what so ever. The new vet that has taken over Dr. creels office does not take into consideration what he did for his senior patients. The new vet wants to charge me a $38 office visit and have me to bring my 13 year old blind, cripled, urine leaking dog in for an exam before they will sign off on the medicine she's been taking for 6 years.

They are denying filling this medicine that she needs until I do so. The next time I take her to the vet, it will be to put my poor girl to sleep. They do not have compassion for their senior patients what so ever!

Very professional and informative. Put me at ease concerning my pug who is scheduled for a spay. Everyone was kind and seemed to care and understand how much they mean to me.

The doctor and nurses are very friendly and listen to what you have to say about your furbaby and they take very good care of them. I love this place and my animals will never go anywhere else.

Dr Creel & His Staff Are Super Helpful & Confronting! Our Mama Dog needed a checkup after birthing her 1st litter of pups ( Chainsaw & Muggliston Blue & Tan Bulldogs). Prices are extremely reasonable! WE felt very educated on the care we needed to provide at home before we left! Our Zena wasn't rushed in & out of the office visit- we felt she was definitely taken care of medically! Thank you all at Red Barn Animal Clinic!

This is my favorite vet in the area. Dr. Creel is a sweetheart once you get to know him and so is Rhonda his wife. Both had owned dairies, when there used to be a lot of dairies in the area and so have a love for cattle, especially Jerseys (which I have). Many people have issues with Dr. Creel and say he is expensive. I checked his price with another vet who everyone seems to love and I don't see him out of line with spaying or neutering and all shots.

He does insist on fecal testing on all animals, and some take issue with that. You don't need an appointment, which is great. He does not do housecalls which I don't like (for my cows)--but thankfully he is right around the corner. He has all the latest and greatest equipment, his own lab, and pharmacy. My vet friend in CT was very impressed with his practice.

He even talked to him when our cat got sick shortly after moving here. There is another vet who does do housecalls for cows, but I don't plan or hope to call him any time soon. Another thing is the staff. You are always greeted with a smile and hello can I help you, which is more than I can say about the vet everyone else seems to like.
