Rio GRAN Dog & Cat Boarding

The staff treated my old cat with a great deal of love and respect. When the bill was more than I expected as there were unforseen issues, I felt respected myself. I am excited for my cats followup grooming.

This place did a really great job on my matted up golden doodle. He was really bad and they shaved him perfectly. Also has a school. For cheaper prices after your first visit.the girls I met were very nice and knowledgeable about what they did and what to do to keep it from not matting up. Really like them. My first price was a little expensive but understandable.and we had a scheduling problem once my dog was there but they helped fix the problem and accommodated me very well

Have been using them for 3years and have never been unhappy with the work. Have had to cancel and was able to still get our dog in with in a couple of days have tried 3 other groomers cost twice as much and was not happy with the work or the way the finished way our dog looked will stay with them as long as we have dogs.

To start off my dogs groom was solid. Most of my issue is how I feel like I was treated. I picked this one because I needed a broom and I could get in quick. They seem to be fee happy with many upcharges and fines if you don't pick up the dog on time. I'm used to smaller shops and more of a feel like I was part of the process. The grooming charge was average. I'm sure they are great for most people, just not me.

Didn't get past the phone call Called and they wouldn't make an appointment without every detail of my information and then said it was the law that they have this info. It's not. They also want a card on file, I don't like giving all my info over the phone so they gave me to the owner who's name was Karen and instead of any compromise or willingness to work with new clients she talked over me the entire time repeating herself. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. I found multiple groomers closer to the cities that are far more worth it.

Adjusting my review after Rio did call me back and try to work with me after my missed appointment. They listened to my feedback and I did leave the call satisfied. I'd like to reiterate that the grooming has always top notch, my complaint was about scheduling.

We've been bringing our 2 huskies to Rio Groomimg for nearly 8 years now. They do a fantastic job and no other grooming business has ever come close to the quality of work. Even though we don't live very close, we make a special trip every time, because we believe it's worth it!

Rio is such an amazing place to get your animal groomed. I have an Australian shepherd, and they have a specific haircut, because of their double thick fur. They handle him with such care, I refuse to bring him anywhere else! Plus their add on services are superb, and affordable!

I recommend Rio to everyone I know. My dogs live on a farm and are super smelly. Every time they visit Rio the come back smelling like blueberries for a month. Great service and always on time. Love the covid safe car side pickup.

First time taking our four dogs here. We've driven by many times but finally made appointments. Wow! Totally blown away by the entire experience and customer service! First, they have a very nice website, very informative. When I placed the initial call I spoke with Karen. Very helpful and professional! Told me all the details about the grooming services, dropoff and pickup time, and answered all my questions.

Also received text message and email reminders. Arrived five minutes before the appointment time. In the foyer you're greeted with very nice aromas. Fresh smelling! The lobby is quite nice. Nicer than most hair salons for people. Was met by the groomers for all of the dogs and asked about any concerns and special requests. Received a card with pickup time and contact phone number.

The dogs were complete at the stated time. They look great and appeared to be anxiety free. Very satisfied! Also, they have nice accessories for purchase and doggie bakery items. First time I've seen mini-bundt cakes for dogs. Very dope! Completely satisfied and will definately recommend to others. Bravo!

My dog's haircut looks great. Nails were nearly trimmed. She smells better too. No way I could have done as good a job at home. Worth every penny!
