My goal is to make sure we're running like a smooth sailing ship! That means keeping a very passionate & dedicated team on board, and giving them the credit they deserve for the success of Rover's Playhouse. We're always looking to raise the bar when it comes to customer service, pet guest service and keeping our team motivated!

Always friendly staff. They have been able to take my dog for boarding even on a short notice when I was in a pinch. Will always use them no matter what part of town I move to.

My dogs love going to Rover Playhouse 2-3 days a week. Reggie kennels a lot better since he figured out it was normal thanks to Rovers Playhouse.

Do not prepay if there is a chance your plans could change. Used services here for years but lately my dog has been often getting sick when coming home after a weekend boarding. But the big thing that made me stop using their services is we prepaid at dropoff which they ask you to do, but is not required. However, due to weather our plans changed and we picked up early. We were told there would be no refunds or credit for the time and services not used, but I was also told that if we didn't prepay we would have paid less. That's predatory.

They treated my baby like a queen! I picked her up and she was smiling because she was playing with all the other dogs in the wading pools!

We were going to go out of town, so a daycare screening day was necessary. That day seemed to go ok. They said he did great and gave us a report card of his day. He got the green light for his two night boarding. When we picked him up, his feet were wet, he had an off odor, had a lot of other dogs hair on him. No report card was given, no details of his stay, just a generic 'he did fine'!

Once home, as expected, he slept. However by late that day he was coughing. It's four days later and he's still coughing. Yep, he has kennel cough even though he was vaccinated. Research shows that poor ventilation, especially in boarding kennels is often the cause. It often will heal itself but can take up to three weeks and it is contagious. We will not use Rovers services again.

We were referred to Rovers by other family in town and we couldn't be any happier with our decision to bring our beagle Quinn to Rovers for daycare. Having a Beagle nose and curiosity makes it difficult for her to stay home while my wife and I work, and daycare has been the best for her. The entire team knows Quinn and constantly tells us about how her day was and who she played with that day. Boarding services have been great and Quinn absolutely loves her time.

It's the great mixture of friendliness and getting to know both our dog and us that have made us super fond of our experience with Rovers. They go above and beyond when it comes to fun activities like arfs and crafts day, valentine's gift exchange, and more.

Love this boarding place. It's a bit pricey.but to me so worth it. The staff is always friendly and makes me feel at ease leaving my dog. Plus, they have a web cam to check in on what's happening. I have left my dog for short and long stays and was always satisfied. If there was any issue they always notified me right away. Some boarding places have left me completely nervous, but not this one.

They have small enough play groups/ enough space that my dog has FUN and doesn't have anxiety. Playtime, treats, pools in summer. They are attentive to all the dogs and truly care! It shows.

I have used rovers for boarding a few times and my dogs had loved it. Until the one stay where I had their nails trimmed. Ever since that time both of my dogs freak out and get aggressive when I take them to get their nails done. So much to the point that we had to sedated my younger dog. One dog is almost 4 and has never had an issue, the other one is 1, never was thrilled about nail trimming but tolerated it. I have heard stories of other people having this happen to them as well. This really breaks my heart to think they were tramazied so badly while they were there.

I refuse to take my dog here. The play areas and outside areas are small. The place appears clan and the staff appears friendly. The manager, however, is rude and unresponsive to emails. Also, rates are very high for the disappointing facilities. I'll stick with South Bark.

Shortly after I left my first review of Rover's Playhouse I was contacted by the manager who was very concerned about the poor service I received. She was very kind and willing to do whatever was needed to make things right. I was very impressed that she took the time to converse with me and address my concerns. She even sent me a thank you/apology card in the mail this week. After this I will be more than willing to give this place another shot if we ever are in Fargo and our pups need a place to stay.

Wow I love it here I can check out the bitches And pee anywhere (The ONLY drawback to this place is that you need to bring your doggies in to 'try out' the place before you can board them here. Other than that, it's flawless. The staff is caring, helpful, and genuine. The facility is excellent. the dogs get to socialize and play with each other. the kennels are clean. and there is a 'doggie webcam' where you can watch your little pup. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Highly Recommended.)
