My wife and I were walking around saratoga with our dog and decided to stop into this establishment. Upon walking in, everything looked nice. but the woman working never greeted us and then proceed to follow us around the store as if we were going to steal something. We were letting our dog sniff some of the toys to see if she liked any of them, at that point the woman working said to us "you can't put the toy in your dogs mouth." Our dog hated every toy we put in front of her and she never even made a move as if she was going to try and put it in her mouth. If I could've given this place less than a 1 star I would. I highly recommended walking down the street like we did to the place called "Stinky Dog." That place is amazing.

Same as all the other bad reviews. I used to have great interactions at sloppy kisses, but I will never go there again. I went in with my dog and was barely greeted by the blonde woman behind the counter. She watched us walk around the store, and my dog sniffed a toy. She said "if your dog does that again, you're going to have to buy whatever she touches." I asked her why and she claimed it was "for hygiene reasons".

It's not like I let my dog chew on it? I had never heard of this rule before, not sure if it's new management or she is just trying to ruin the business. Definitely not a pet-friendly place anymore. Such a shame.

Not sure if the blond women behind the counter is just a sales person or owns the place, but she couldn't have been more rude or uncaring if she tried! If she's the owner. shame on her! If she's a sales person. she should be fired without recommendation! I came in there looking for something and she never once bothered to get up from behind the counter to help me.she barely pointed at a rack and continued to look as though she hated everyone.

It's a pet store. people in pet stores are supposed to like pets. or at least pretend in order to make a sale. Not this lady, she couldn't have cared less if she tried, which is hard in Saratoga since everyone here seems to love dogs. Also, when a ton of shops in town put out bowls of water and biscuits, wouldn't you think that this pet store would have them out everyday too? Nope!

Just another example of how uncaring they are. I read all the other reviews regarding this store. why is it still open? I guess the unsuspecting tourist. I would never give them my busniess again!

Like most others, I was stalked while walking around the store by the rude blonde lady, who obviously thought I was going to steal something. She literally was in the middle of checking someone out, saw me go to the back of the store, and stopped the transaction just so she could stare at me looking at the outfits in the back of the store. I took a dog outfit off a hanger then put it back the way I found it, and she marched over to me and took that outfit and the outfit behind it and put it behind the counter.

Then after that, my sister was looking at a dog water bottle which was with a bunch of others in a tin bucket. When she was done looking, she put it back in the bucket. The blonde lady marched over to that and aggressively rearranged the water bottles in the bucket while giving us a death stare until we left. It was a very uncomfortable experience and definitely deterred me from buying anything. Will definitely never go back!

Great place for dog treats when I lived there. Of course they sell other stuff, but the treats were awesome. The first time visiting, we ended up buying a Whoopie Pie and the dog devoured it in a minute. Lots of variety and the choices seem pretty decent.

I recently went to Sloppy Kisses to look at the inventory as my friend's dog was turning one in a couple days. When I walked in I was greeted by a blonde haired woman and she said "If you have any questions please let me know." I said "thank you" then continued to the back of the store, as I always like to go to the back of the store then make my way up.

As I was looking at the clothing, she came from behind the desk and kept staring at me. Everywhere I went in the store she would continue staring. I felt like a shop lifter or a criminal. The environment was very off-putting and the inventory could have been much better. When I left, I told her "I hope you have a great day" and the response I got back was a blank stare. There is at least two more pet boutiques in Saratoga (one right across the street), so no need to ever go back to Sloppy Kisses again!

I can't believe all of these reviews! I didn't realize this happened to so many others. I went in today because they are "dog friendly" and the blonde lady was pissed I brought my dog in! She was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable when I was looking at the dog clothing she came back and stared at me and watched me like I was going to steal something.

I was so uncomfortable I immediately stopped shopping and left and wouldn't give her a single dollar of my hard earned money. Learn some manners lady and maybe find a job where you don't have to interact with people since your AWFUL at it.

This is not my first time there. The first i met a salesman a young man so helpful and I bought 2 chilly dog sweaters. Next time I was greeted by a blonde lady who acted so superior to me and unfriendly. My dog hadn't caused any problems and dressed in his sweater she was so curt I felt OH Well she is having a bad day. But this time around xmas season, I went in with my 2 lb chihuahua and she never acknowledged me nor my dog but then Jose pee.d on a corner of a table.

He doesn't do this un less others had done this before. Before I could even ask to take care of it. I was reprimanded. Given a tissue and told tho clean it up. She then told me to leave the store to get rid of this tissue since she has no place to put it. I was embarrassed. There wasn't a garbage can to put this in outside. Others in the store I left quickly and had planned on buying a sweater for him.

I have but one thing to say this is the most pet unfriendly or person unfriendly store.a pet store. I shall never return and i shall tell all my friends of this i place in Saratoga. She ruined my day. Be sure you know this is the shop sloppy kisses on the main street with an owner who is a real snob. I wanted to say Merry Xmas but I know she would say OH HUMBUG or just get you and your MUTT out of here.she would of said.

She really ruined a day out with my family and pet. And she has verified all feelings why I like dogs better than people al least this person. who I would give a zero to if I could.

Sloppy Kisses is FANTASTIC! I brought my dog in to get a new harness and leash, and the saleslady fitted my dog and found her right size. The saleslady was so nice, kind, and caring! I went to the other dog store and they were rude and did not help me because I had a "small dog". Sloppy Kisses has products for all types of dogs; big, small, girly, boyish. everything!

Along with my harness and leash set I got an Antler- and my dog hasn't chewed through it. I LOVE this store! I go back every week or so to get my dog fresh baked treats that she adores :
