Dogs like structure. We offer a structured environment for them. We keep their play and sleeping areas separate, unlike daycare operations that allow animals to run freely all the time and to sleep on the furniture. The on-site manager lives in an apartment located on site and is available to secure the building and handle any emergencies. Our facility is completely air conditioned, heated and properly ventilated to keep pets comfortable in any season. Our goal is to have a spotless, nice-smelling facility where pet owners can feel comfortable leaving their pets.

I debated writing this review because I don't like to cause waves, but I am concerned that there is a systemic issue with Stone Mountain's boarding. I learned last weekend that if you do an overnight under 48 hours they may or may not give your pet the bed and toys you brought with them. My dog stayed one night and was brought out to me without his bed that he came with.

They lost it. I refused to leave without his bed as I dropped off late and picked up early and knew his bed was there. I went to the back to look with them and they then mentioned that if he was only here for one night they might have just thrown a blanket down and not given him his things because that's something they do if it's only one night. I went back to look for his bed and they found it in another dogs kennel, completely dirty. Basically, my dog slept on a concrete floor and another dog had his bed.

The manager told me it is not corporate policy not to give a pet their belongings, but rather just something they do in the back. which is NOT OK. He told me he would work to try and fix the issue but said if you tell them at the front desk when you drop off that my dog needs his bed for the night when you check in they'll make sure he gets it. People pay a lot of money and trust that their pet is in good hands, and I am just really bummed because I liked bringing him here for daycare and overnight stays, and now feel like I can't. Edit - I posted this review in 2021 when the incident happened and just noticed my review was not appearing, so reposting to make sure it was documented for Stone Mountain.

Our dog, Sammy, loved his stay for the week. A staff member gave report when we picked him up to let us know how he did. We will plan to use them again when needed!

The folks here will love your pet like their own. Grooming is always an A+ and the day care services are fantastic. They even offer web cam footage of your furry kids while they play! But do be prepared to spend 10+ minutes at check-in/check-out. Speed is not a priority.

The staff at Radisson Road are so helpful and accommodating. They show their love of animals daily. Facility is clean. My dog is always super excited to go there.

Our a large and a med size, high energy, 2 yr old dogs love this place. We have taken our 78 pd lab mix to other daycares and he is has had too much energy to stay there. Our tip is to send a meal of kibble and treats with when going for a full day. The dogs gets so much more activity plus it give them a couple of awesome quiet time to chill between playing. Have a great day at daycare!

Do NOT send your pet here at any cost. Our dog was absolutely neglected in that facility for 7 days straight. They did not follow any of the written instructions provided (they rushed us at check in and never added our written instructions in the system) and did not wipe his mouth after eating or drinking for 7 days straight. We picked him up and he had WARTS all over his mouth (the vet said this was from interacting with other dogs - we had to pay EXTRA to keep him contained and separate because he's not neutered so HOW did he get warts from other dogs if he was contained?) and if he was contained, it was from negligence from staff.

We had to call to check on him while we were gone - they said he was completely fine. We picked him up 2 days later and he had warts all over his mouth and bumps all over his body. The manager saved face while we were there and said he'd work with us with a refund/contribution to vet bills - it took him a week to get back to us only to say it wasn't their problem and wasn't taking any accountability.

There is one thing that is true. We dropped him off with no warts or bumps, and we picked him up with warts and bumps. Something happened in that facility. Do not send your pet here. It is unclean, you pay $850 for a week of care for them to do nothing special. And their poor customer service with no empathy and resolution was the gravy on top.

The facility is nice and large to allow your doggo to have some fun! Prices on are pretty average on toys and treats. We enrolled our puppy into kindergarten and were not very impressed with the overall quality and effort and wont be enrolling into the next class here.

Nothing makes me more sad than having to leave a member of our family behind on a trip. Especially with people who don't understand the difficult journey Eli's life has been. This was our first experience with Stone Mountain (but not with a boarding facility). The prices are high but comparable to the area. When we got home I had a hand written note about how well our dog was and how much they enjoyed giving him belly rubs and cuddles.

This melted my heart and made me feel better about leaving him there. The only thing that would make our experience better is more pictures/video/written updates on how he did. It's hard with "bigger" boarding facilities to know who actually took care of your baby. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, care and attention to detail. Great job Stone Mountain!

Be sure to have your photo ID on you for pick up and drop offs, they take detailed notes of supplies left for your pooch, and they remove your dogs collar while they're inside the kennel. It is also recommended to bring in your own food. I definitely recommend the Blaine location for its professionalism and care.
