A dog's bark may be worse than his bite, but most of us would rather not find out one way or the other. Growling, baring teeth, snarling, snapping, and biting are all aggressive behaviors-but dog aggression includes any behavior meant to intimidate or harm a person or another animal. Although these messages are among the handful of communication tools available to dogs, they're generally unacceptable to humans. Because humans and dogs have different communication systems, misunderstandings can occur between the two species.

Horrible experience! This company was used as a third party to a rescue I was going to adopt through. Because of Michele's lack of professionalism on the phone and via email and trust me much more she's responsible for providing a very poor life quality to a pup that really needed a loving fur ever home. Lack of communication being blamed for poor to no WiFi signal which is greatly unacceptable when you're doing a paid business/job.
I would give deep thought and interview before using this company/Michele's services. A dog's life, protection, & happiness was further delayed because of the outcome of this mess of a company/business. Also going to report to the BBB!
