I would absolutely not take my dogs back here under any circumstances. We are always wary of boarding kennels but after how they handled my friend's dog being seriously injured on their watch, and seeing how the grossly mishandle these situations as well as a huge safety concern with their fence, my three dogs, and my parents and in laws dogs (four total), will not be using their services ever again. So disgusted and disappointed.

Always happy to leave my dogs in their care. We know our dogs can be very loud and obnoxious while we're gone but they happily take them in and give them the VIP treatment every time. Never had any problems at this place even for up to a week at a time.

We've been going to this boarding facility for years and are sad to not be able to go back. A friends dog was there over the weekend and got seriously hurt and no one could tell her what happened or how. just that he was bleeding everywhere and needed to go see a vet. Never asked her how the dog was doing but made sure to ask to "charge the card on file." My parents, in laws, and friends also take their dogs here and I can't say they'll be going back either. Really disappointing to see how their dog was treated and honestly makes me wonder about what's gone on with our puppies when we've left them in their care.

We have brought our dog Tracker here multiple times throughout the years. Our dog has some anxiety and gets nauseous easily in new situations and the girls here take such good care of him and do everything they can to make him feel comfortable. I feel bad when we do have to kennel our dog because he is uncomfortable around strangers but I wouldn't trust anywhere else locally but here. Thank you for always giving us peace of mind when we have to leave our fur baby. -Heather-

They are so good with my dogs and the place is clean and the kennels are a good size. The people that work there are very friendly and if you want them to feed your dog a certain way or take them on a walk they will take note and do it. One time I brought my girls there and there was a shepherd mix running back and forth in the kennel because the kennels are big enough for that.

But ya know, it wasn't home in a cage while his parents were working. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to drop their dog off to a safe place for just a day or even while they are on a vacation.

This is the 5 or 6th time we have paid for grooming services and have not gotten her nails trimmed. I overheard the grooming girl telling two different pet owners that she couldn't get their dog nails either. Seems like if you charge for a service and you repeatedly can not deliver you should do your customers a favor and offer to refund their service charges.

We paid for a bath and our dog came back smelling worse than when we dropped her off 4 days ago. The staff leave the dog food bags inside the kennels and we get the food back in chewed up bags. Today her chewed bags were given beck in a trash bag. No manager on site for 4 days to speak on the matter. Not sure how often the owner checks in on their facility but the girls running the place are not delivering professional service and are not being accountable to the charges we pay. Unacceptable behavior.

We will not be bringing our dog back to this facility. For the prices we pay you would think we could get someone on the phone to explain why we were charged for services not provided. Advertise first class service while delivering sub par service at best.

Great people who clearly love the dogs that are in their care. We've used them several times for both of our dogs- they come home happy and healthy.

I brought in my two Saint Bernards here and I could tell they loved it! We got nothing but good vibes from this place, The staff was super friendly and they treat your pets like family. They gave them baths when they'd get messy and they were sure to let me know that my pups stomach's weren't doing too well and they even offered solutions on how to help.

Their dedication and care towards my Saints was impeccable. Tail Wag Inn is by far the most friendly and super affordable boarding facility I've taken my pups to. 12/10 recommend!

I was really worried to board our Piggies, because they're all different. They've been great with keeping their routine similar while we're away. Everyone there is obviously an Animal Lover. I feel really good about them and don't worry while we're away. I think they really enjoy having Furball and Ballofur for a few days now and then.

The people working here saved my dogs from a bad dog sitter by letting me board them same day, while I was on the other side of the planet. They did me a huge favor, and were very communicative and took great care of my dogs. I will definitely be boarding my dogs here in the future.

The team at tail-wag inn did a fantastic job on our Great Pyrenees. They took an **extremely** dirty dog, with matted hair, and returned a beauty. Our dog is sensitive and skittish but they handled her perfect. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience boarding our cat at Tail Wag-Inn. I found the facility to be very clean and nicely setup with plenty of room for Nermal. The girls were personable, knowledgeable and took a interest in caring for Nermal. We will definitely be back when it is time for Nermal to board. Our THANKS to a professional and caring facility, S. We had a family trip planned to Dundee and dogs were not allowed to stay with us. We decided to bring them and board them close by and I was very impressed with the whole process. Everything went very smooth and it was very reasonably priced. We paid extra for some play times and it was still cheaper than most places I have seen. I would use them again!

We have boarded our German Shepherd here several times. She is a skittish girl and we worry. They have always been amazing and the groomers are the best in town!

I have been taking Riggins to Tail Wag Inn, on and off for quite a few months. The on and off part is only due to their location. I live in McMinnville and work in Salem (bummer). There are however those times where we have to go to Portland for the day or we are going to be out of town for a period of time. When those instances arise, Riggins always goes to Tail Wag Inn.

Like other reviewers have said, Riggins is personally welcomed with his name on the board. I like how the front office asks that you keep your dog in your car until you are checked in and they give you the "go ahead" to bring your dog in. Just makes for a more calm overall experience when you don't have to worry about any surprises. Riggins can be a bit "snarky" when it comes to other dogs (he's insecure) and I like how the employees will care for your dog based on temperament and personality.

This is a huge plus in my book. Riggins is always happy & healthy when I pick him up (oh yeah, and very tired). They are also very accommodating with respect to last minute appointments. Sometimes it just can't be helped. They are also very quick to respond to emails, and the online registration is AWESOME SAUCE. Yes, getting into and out of the driveway can be a bit daunting, but hey, we will do anything for our dogs, right?!

The thing that makes this company stand out is how the caretakers really get to know the animals that stay with them. When we picked up our dog, we asked about a temperament report. We figured we would get notes from handlers throughout the day as they came into individual contact with our dog. What we received was a verbal report from memory on both the positive and the negative things our pet had done, and how she had interacted with each person who she came into contact with, all spur if the moment and from memory!

This showed us that they had really paid individualized attention to our pet. Our dog is a rescue pet so we know she has quirks, it was good to hear that her caretakers recognized this and truly got to know her. On another note. Turning into their sight can be a bit dangerous based on traffic. 99w through Dundee has more traffic in a day than I5 does between Salem and Eugene in a day, so be careful!

Once you turn on to the property, though, head way back off the highway and your pet's vacation home is a very quiet spot. Our dog was greeted with it's name brightly written on the welcome board. We were checked in by welcoming staff who took down our dogs feeding schedule and place her food and toys in her own special bin. We were allowed to walk our dog back to her kennel and put her blanket down for her and make sure she had her toys before we left.

We opted for the romp and play package and had her groomed When we picked her up, she was one happy dog. We have been recommending this place to friends for years, but used them for the first time ourselves this year since we usually leave our pets with family. (We also previously had a very negative experience and traumatized dogs boarding with a vet's office which kept us from wanting to board.)
