Really cute store! We passed it on our way back from Grand Teton. Chris was really helpful and friendly.

I hate that stupid rat with fur you call a "dog" that runs around the store barking at customers and try's to bite my leg I wanna kick that stupid thing like a football!

The perfect little pet shop for all your needs. Sonja and the rest of the crew are the kindest and it shows in their love for your pets and the customer service!

Workers here were having very inappropriate conversations in front of customers about other customers. Apparently they let you buy inferior products that aren't good just because they don't like you. Overheard them saying how they allowed someone to buy an antler bone without any marrow in it and they didn't tell him anything because they didn't like him. And I'm wording it nicely. Why have them out to sell to begin with?

Teton tails has everything I could need for my dog. The staff was very friendly and showed us around the stocked self-bathing station.

Really cool products for your furry friends. We bought a jacket and some treats at great prices. Treats were 9$ for 3lbs and he loves them and the jacket was affordable as well. Would definitely recommend visiting if you like plenty of choices for you pet.

Purchased some dog booties for our pup knowing I might need to return them for a smaller size. The lady was kinda rude when I asked if I could come back and swap them out. I would have left a 2 star but my return went smoothly with a wildly nicer pleasant employee! I can't blame this company tho because it really seems like EVERY store in Jackson has polarizing help. Some are good some a total trash, this company is no exception sadly.

Love this Place! I'm from Minnesota and this is by far the best pet shop I have ever been to! The dogs that are there to greet you are the best! Great service and awesome workers!

I just used the dog washing station for the 1st time ever. It was real simple to use. Great height for my little dog. They charge by poundage, so was very reasonable. Now she is clean and smells good.

Incredible customer service! We bought a dog jacket here and it broke 2 weeks later. When I went in to ask if they could help fix it they immediately exchanged it for a new one, no questions asked.

Terrible customer service, the employees aren't helpful. Only once out of the many times I've shopped there was I greeted and asked if I could use assistance. I asked if I could receive the locals discount and or the discount that applies from working for a company that works withe Teton tails and they had no clue about the discounts they offer for their customers, nor did they bother to check. What's worse is that every time I've been checked out I feel like I'm intruding. I'm barley even acknowledged because they're so caught up in carrying conversations with their coworkers and will continue their chit chat while ignoring me as they scan my items. Cute shop but the employees attitudes completely kills the atmosphere. Don't recommend.

Friendly staff GREAT selection of cbd treats They also have the cutest dog beds I've ever seen! We used the self dog wash and they had plenty of great products, towels. Great place!

They had a good selection of high quality products but the customer service was awful. We were ignored when we asked for help and just generally felt unwanted. At one point one of the staff physically moved my girlfriend out of the way (shouldn't have laid hands on her ESPECIALLY during COVID!). We can't get over how rude they were.

This store is so well merchandised that's I wanted to buy many things. I was only there for gifts for some dogs in my life. My own dog felt that she needed some nice items as well. They have a large variety of item you could need for a dog including the following food, treats, toys, beds, outdoor gear and bakery items. My only complaint is that I tasted the homemade dog cookies and they where very surgery. I had to eat then myself instead of giving them to my dog. She was bummed but I rather enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

This place is great! I have a Rottweiler and my brother has two German Shepherds, and we were able to find the perfect souvenirs for them. I brought back bison bones for my boy and my brother got the elk bones for his. We also found a couple gems as we approached the election :

Although I was looking for a specific food, which they did have, I opted not to purchase due to feeing like an unwanted visitor instead of a customer.

Very helpful and friendly staff, huge selection, but inflated prices. Oh well, it's the cost of not buying pet necessities before you depart.

I love this place. My husband and I stumbled upon it during a rainstorm and I am so glad we did. Amy, the owner, is awesome and knowledgeable. Also, the selection if items was expansive, but not overwhelming, and terrific. Loved it! I will go back any time we're in Jackson.

Small store, but it has a pretty much everything you could need for your dog. Located right in town so very convenient. Prices are a bit steep compared to chains, etc., but that can only be expected in Jackson.

An awesome local pet store! They have lots of Jackson Hole items for the animals & tons of bones (at a lower price than I can find else where)

Helpful and well informed staff. Dog and cat supplies including food, beds, toys, treats and supplements. Their foods are all holistic and they even offered to special order my food for me.

Knowledgeable help and great products. Highly recommend for all dog and cat lovers.

I stopped in to this place while I was walking around town. A nice doggy boutique with kitty stuff too. Amy carries a whole bunch of holistic and high performance foods, tons of good looking toys that look like they will last a while, beds, coats, cute little dog clothes (the bitches love me!) and bowls. Teton Tails also has frozen raw diets, so if you feed frozen, give them a call. I can't imagine there is a dog in Jackson that doesn't deserve a special treat from Teton Tails.
