Tidy Tails Bath & Grooming

I brought my dog here for a long time. Usually it takes 3-4 hrs before my dog is ready for pickup. But last week it only took 2 hrs and he's done. Yup they trim his hair but they didn't gave my dog a bath. My dog still smells the same when I picked him up compared to a newly bath dog. I paid $120 for a full service. I'm not going back to this place anymore.

Really nice people, dogs looked happy and not distressed. They made my mom's Yorkie look like a million bucks.

I haven't used this place, but on the website it says compare our prices to Petco. Well I would if prices were shown on the website. You could show them by weight. 10 lbs to 20 lbs $$$$ 20lbs to. 30 lbs $$$$ No they show nothing. Thanks I will keep searching.

Very rude when I called and asked about availability. The customer service was off from the jump and I decided to go with first instinct and not take my dog there.

This place is a DUMP! I walked in and the place reeked! I was already turned off by the odor, but I thought I'd give a small business a chance. That was a mistake! It was cluttered and filthy. There were dogs sitting inside a glass case with barely any room to breathe and there were at least 10 dogs that I could see who were being worked on. My appointment was scheduled for noon and I was told my dog would only take 2-3 hours.

I came back 4 hours later after not receiving a call and my dog was still sitting in the crate untouched. Their business hours indicate that they close at 5pm, but my dog wasn't even ready by 5. They told me he had already been bathed and they were just waiting for a cut. He still looked dirty when I arrived. So I left and had my husband return on my behalf.

When he arrived, they asked him for a tip before even turning over our dog! Not to mention we paid $70 and his haircut was choppy and botched, he didn't smell good and he's been moping around acting lethargic and different than normal. I don't know what happened in my absence, but NEVER AGAIN!

The best for your money and a fun time. My wife and I had fun. Lot a work with Huskies.

I've taken my 2 small dogs here for over 10 years. Every time they do such a great job.

I went in to get my dog toe nails cut and they did a wonderful job, I would recommend them to everyone who cares about their baby's toe nails

I absolutely love Tidy Tails Grooming, sure a warm Family, and the are perfection with taking care of my Tiny Yorkie, I have recommended and continue to do so.

I am so happy I took my poodle to Tidy Tails. They did an outstanding job, They were kind and very professional. I highly recommend them. I won't take my baby seven anywhere else. Thank you all so much.

Worst grooming ever. One of my fur babies has a cut on her skin. After almost four hours being there my dogs were rushed thru. Groomer did not tell us the dogs had cuts from them.

Uneven haircut and they cut my dog never going to this place again, everybody seems nice but I'm not sure if everyone else knows they're doing

We took our Bichon in today to be groomed. We asked that her head remain fluffy (since Bichon's typically have a full face of hair) and cut her hair around her eyes to clean up the area. We dropped our dog off at 12:30 and came back at 3:30 since they didn't call us. When we arrived she was locked in a cage and we were told it would be a half an hour more.

At 4:30 we came back (an hour later) to see that our dogs hair was butchered by the owner. CLEARLY she doesn't know what types of hairstyles reflect each breed of dog. Melissa in the past had groomed two of our dogs and did an amazing job. The owner however did a terrible job and we will not be back. If your appointment is at 12:30 your dog won't be ready until 5pm. I'm completely disappointed with how the owner groomed our Bichon.

The shop also made us pay $70- in advance. I see why, who would want to pay for her services. See picture attached. The picture to the left is Melissa's work and the picture to the right is the hack job done by the owner.

I took my dog in their shop last week. We wanted her pair to be groomed and cut. She is a mixed breed with border collie and something else she's a big girl almost 90 lb. When we arrive to pick her up the shop people put her inside a converted jewelry case. The jewelry case was there countertop where you paid for your services. The dog was underneath we're usually would be the jewelry.

The plexiglass was about an inch thick and there was only about and inch Airway going across the top and across the bottom for my dog to breathe she could barely fit in there and she could barely breathe I highly recommend you do not go to the shop. I tried to report it and there was nothing really they could do so I'm reporting it here.

I have been taking my dogs here for four years there customer service stinks the owner is a bully each time I bring my dogs she wants to go up every three months customer service is awful never will go back and they demand tips before they're finished

I was referrred to this groomer from my coworker to take my new puppy. My initial. Is it was okay. They seemed pretty friendly and said my puppy was being a puppy. So I decided to schedule him again, my 7 month old puppy. However prior to the day of my appointment they called me and asked if I wanted to bring him a few days early so I stated sure.

Upon arrival I was told his grooming would be more. I asked why because I knew for sure he was not matted or anything. I was told because he does not like to cooperate. I though mmmmm. He's a puppy but ok. 4 hours later I was told he was ready. I arrived to be told he could not return. I was told that it took 2 people to hold him down to service hi m and that they didn't have time to do this.

In addition. I was advised that he didn't get a proper cut because or this. They decided on a price, then asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which I did and I thanked them for telling me upfront that he could not return anymore because of this. At first I thought they were joking but they were dead serious. I thanked them again for being honest and telling me he could not come back.

Today I advised my coworker and she stated her dog is a true puppy. She stated they allow her to stay there while her puppy is being groomed. She was shocked and apologized but I told her puppies will be puppies.

The first time I took my fur baby I thought they were great. However, when I took my pet the following month the whole experience was horrible. My pet didn't want to go into the shop. They had him for an additional 3 hours pass the initial time frame they gave me. When I picked him up he is in the back by himself. I couldn't see him I could only hear him barking hysterically.

When I get him his cut seemed a little short but I didn't mind that. Until I got him home and I realized that they cut him to the pink around his private area and stomach. To top it off they did not cut his nails. He had the same groomer as the first time so I don't understand what went wrong, but I do know I won't be taking my fur baby back there.

Best grooming services my dogs have ever received. I've extremely long hair Pomeranians I cannot express how well they were groomed. They cleaned up their private areas with an awesome hygiene trim. If you are looking for a place that provides quality services at a reasonable price, call Bo. The final touch was a cute scarf for each dog. I'm recognizing Tidy Tails for the amazing and awesome grooming services.

My puppy got groomed here yesterday and has been acting different lately. Like she's scared. She sits in her crate voluntarily and has never acted like that before. Also, she's constantly licking her leg and foot like she's hurt. Also, I don't like how the older white man asked for a tip way before he even gave me my puppy back I didn't see the service on her so why would you ask for a tip? HORRIBLE customer service! Also, the lady working on the small pup strapped to the table by her neck left the puppy on the table alone for a while, which is not a good thing either.

My poor poodle had a Covid haircut from my husband. We were finally able to get him in somewhere. Not only did they do an amazing job. My dog didn't even want to leave lol.

They are the best! My two Mal-Shi pups always look spectacular after their spa day at Tidy Tails! When they closed due to covid-19, we were forced to go elsewhere, it was tragic for my dogs and for us. I highly recommend them. My dogs like them too and that says a lot!

I usually always recommend this place until today i felt like i was treated very bad. I took my husky to get a bath today and he was shedding a lot so as I'm drying him she came over turned off the dryer and told me i cannot finish drying him because his hair is flying all over the place and she has to clean it up. That is part of you PET grooming business you have to clean up the pet hair i definitely will not be supporting this business anymore.

For 2 years, I'd drive to Suisun just to get my dog groomed here! My yorkie was always treated kindly even when he's unhappy with nail time. Sad we can no longer enjoy their lovely grooming after moving. This place is small, but you won't be disappointed!

Never going back! I had an appointment for my dog at 11:45. I called at 3:30 to see if they were finished and just didnt have time to call. They told me they haven't even started on her and they had one other dog to start before her. They finally called me at 4:30 to pick her up after almost 5 hours. I asked why it took so long they didn't have an answer.

I told them if i had an appointment at 11:45 why did it take 5 hours she was like oh i didn't know she was here since 11:45. Umm really? Then she said well its the weekend before Thanksgiving. Seriously? Why make appointments to not follow them and over Book? 5 hours is ridiculous.

(See photos) I've been taking my Maltese here for years and they do a great work. I decided to take my terrier puppy in for her first cut and they did an amazing job! Definitely recommend to all small breed dog parents.

Sam is THE BEST! Treats our dogs like family and takes no short cuts getting our guys dialed in like show dogs (we have 5 freakin dogs) Sam is the sweetest and even comes to our house in Fairfield for in house appointments. We don't trust anyone else with our special pups. When she's done working her magic, these guys look like they're ready for the Westminster dog show. I'm sure they would all take blue ribbons in the toy sporting breed.

Tidy Tails has been a familial grooming destination for us. I think collectively, we've taken 4 different dogs there. And they all did great. The self bathing was always a fun experience and the staff is there to help and encourage, but not condescending like a lot of other dog places can be. I've taken my current dog here twice now. And he's a 70lb coonhound mixed with anxiety! Seriously, noises, strangers, and other dogs give him the body shakes.

But he did well didn't panic with everything going on when we got there. Even though he's not the "groom me" type, I still like the full work up of bathing, expressing, and nails. He comes out so soft with his wiry fur. So, more so I appreciate the non judgy, any dog can be pampered here. Cuz he's huge and a hefty boy, and they have done a great job!

If you love Your pets do not bring it here I brought in my cocker spaniel on Friday 19 October the staff was very unfriendly in addition the place was filthy and it smelled really bad. It took the staff over three hours to groom my dog when I picked her up I could not believe my eyes. I was so upset to what they did to my dog. They completely shaved her and didn't blend her hair.

To top it all off she is missing patches of hair on the back of her front paws. This is the height of laziness! The poor thing was trembling when I picked her up and normally she does fine when grooming. My dog doesn't even look like her self. She looks like they took her head and put it on a different dog. Never use these groomers!. Their customer service is horrible and they do a terrible job. I am giving them a star because I have to in order to write this review please see pictures attached.

I have been taking our family dog to Tidy Tales for about 6 months. I have always liked the customer service and my little princess always came home smelling good and looking great. Well today they rocked with customer service and care for our princess. At 2:30 am our dog when out to pee and found herself faced with a skunk! Let me tell you it wasn't pleasant smelling for the whole household especially our little princess.

I called Tidy Tales told them my story and they said sure bring her in we can give her a special bath. Let me tell you when I dropped her off she was surly smelling like a skunk even after 10 hrs. When I picked her up she smelled like a princess. Boy I can't tell you how they saved us time and stress about getting the smell off of Minnie. Hands down the best groomers ever!
