Paid for a kitten for my son Christmas gift & had her for 7-10 days and noticed she was sent with me with a ringworm took her back to the shelter so she could receive treatment. At first the service seemed great but during this process no one kept me updated and seemed to become irritable when I called I paid $250 getting my house treated and disinfected.

The 10th will make it a month and she still isn't home and no updates. No offer to help refund my money for the inconvenience on their behalf. NOTHING I'll never make another purchase from this shelter in my life

They had a special on a Saturday to get your pets vaccinated and tagged if you needed. was a great idea. managed to get ALL 3 of my min pins yearly vaccines for $120.00 which if I had taken them to my vet it would've been probably close to three times that. and now that they are vaccines they are getting their spa days at the The Grateful Groomers again! It was a WIN, WIN! Oh and the girls were all awesome and very efficient!

Called for help for 2 2 week old kittens. That someone just opened their car door and dropped off in Sylvania. Their answer was we dont have any fosters available for kittens that young. What kind of a rescue site turns animals away.

So Happy to have called Toledo Animal Rescue! We had a very sick kitten: Michaela &Steve were so caring & got us in ASAP. We had 5 Feral kittens that we had to surrender. They reached out to us with in hours of the call. Just so Happy for the kittens to find a forever Home! thank you

The staff here helped our family to select a new best friend. They truly care about animals and work hard to get them to families who are looking to adopt and not shop. We have had Percy for going on 6 years and he has been an absolute joy!

In the process of adopting and when I say they took time with my current dog and her new brother to get to know each other they were amazing! We did a meet and greet and they helped take the steps to make sure our home would be a happy one. We are so happy we went to this rescue!

This is where I had adopted my dog. We go by about every 6 months and make a donation. They do a great job taking care of all the animals. The place is so ver clean. No odor when you go in. Great friendly people.

Wonderful establishment. Amazing it has been around since 1927. Clean, well lit, the staff were gentle, loving and professional. Just wish that more pet owners were responsible so we didn't have to have so many strays living here. :

All l can say is wow! The staff was wonderful and the shelter is so clean. l adopted a puppy all shots and spayed up to date on everything stool checked. They had me bring my other dogs over to make sure they all got along which they did. So when we got home everything went great they even gave me a bag of Hills dog food to mix with my dog food so she adjust to it. Had a wonderful experience with the Toledo Animal Shelter if l decide to adopt this will be my first stop. Thank you to all the Staff at Toledo Animal Shelter
