Top Dog

Had a blast! Staff was very friendly and it was easy to get my two Golden's registered and out back swimming. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately will not be bringing our dog back to board here. Had wonderful experiences for several years, but after picking up our dog for his most recent visit he had a case of "Happy Tail" at some point during his stay. Staff did not feel the need to treat or even notify us that it had happened. Picked up a dog with a bloody stump for a tip of his tail. Staff felt comfortable sending him home as in, I had to ask them to help me bandage. Tail will now need amputated. Disappointing end to what had been a nice relationship.

My first time getting my 1 year old Maltipo groomed here. I was extremely nervous because the last placed we took our new puppy for grooming, nicked our poor dog everywhere and did a terrible job. So I'm sure our dog was nervous and may have been hard to handle. But Jackie did an excellent job. Our dog did not seemed to be stressed from the experience. I am very pleased.

Awesome people so friendly and nice and understanding of any dog. They will always have my business and will always hold a special place in me for how they treated me and my dogs.

I did the basic obedience training with Corretta and my dog has retained alot from this class. My intention was to help my dog be more independent and it has helped her alot. She is a different dog when we go out, ppl are always saying they wish they could adopt her because she is such a good dog. She wasn't always that way her behavior improve alot from this course

We have left our dog here twice. Each time I just don't feel good about how she returns. It is like her spirt was broken. She does bounce back but it makes me think. Not thrilled about the staff, I think they could be more welcoming/friendly. I am trying a new location next time to see the difference.

We left our dog over the 4th of July weekend and they were amazing! It was our dogs first time ever being boarded and they were so great with her! She is a big Pyrenees so people are usually intimidated but they knew just handle it! They also groomed her perfectly! You can tell they really care about animals! Highly recommend!

Just picked our parents dog, Murphy, after his first week long visit and we will NOT be back. Booked luxury boarding, pool time, nail trim - he got none of that. No one can explain why and it's clearly written on his paperwork. Now we are wondering what else he didn't get. My mom even called a few days into our trip to confirm everything he was supposed to be getting and was assured everything was fine. Extremely disappointed!

We have been using Top Dog to board our dogs for a few years now. We have always been pleased. This time around, the exceeded our expectations. One of our dogs fell ill. They informed me and even took her to the vet. They truly cared about her well being and felt so sorry for her pain. This right here shows how much they care about our pets. I will not bring my dogs anywhere else. Ben did a great job today. Just fantastic all around.

Nice facility. Very friendly staff. So very glad they were not booked on Labor Day weekend. A breeze to make reservations at last minute. They even talked to our vet over the phone to get information about his shots when they didn't get the fax. Picking up was easy too. So glad to know we have a kennel here when reservations at our kennel in our home state doesn't pan out. Thank you for taking good care of Pudgy. He enjoyed his stay.

This boarder is my back-up boarding preference if everything else is full. They have always had availability and are very flexible if I have to change the dates of my pup's stay multiple times and/or at very short notice. They seem clean and friendly and my pup always seems to come back happy. Their rates are also reasonably priced and don't break the bank for a long stay.

They lose a star for lack of communication; I called to ask if I could pick my pup up a day earlier than expected and they said no problem, and I also requested she get a bath before I picked her up. The next day, I called to see if her bath was done so I could pick her up, but they still thought she was getting picked up the next day and so she hadn't gotten a bath. Seems that communication can fall between the cracks here occasionally.

Not a big deal, but I wish it were better. They also lose a star due to the condition of my dog when I picked her up today (see photo). Not a terribly bad scratch on her nose and I didn't notice it till we were home, but they didn't mention what had happened when I picked her up. I wish they would have.

Will NEVER go to Top Dog Ltd. ever again! Worst grooming experience ever by Rhonda. Took my 9 year old Bichon poodle to her to be groomed. Upon picking my baby up after grooming, I noticed that she had her right eye closed, it was running & very agitated. I spoke with Rhonda & asked her what happened to my Bichon poodle's eye? She proceeded to tell me that she hadn't noticed anything & suggested she may have a hair in it. Really?!

I took my dog to the vet to find out that she had an ulcer on her eye due to trauma from grooming. She also had a very noticeable nick from the clippers on her nose, so doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. The only positive thing I can say about Top Dog is that they did pay my vet bill after I went back to tell them what had happened to my dog while under their "care" & give them the bill.

Very disappointed to know that instead of apologizing & letting me know that an accident occurred during grooming, Top Dog Ltd. chose to act as if they never noticed anything wrong especially when my baby needed medical attention!

I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. We had to board our dogs in a very quick timeframe as we were. Wing evacuated. The staff was kind and efficient when biking the reservation, assisting me in getting records for my dogs. Then upon arrival offered to stay into their lunch time to accept my dogs so, that we wouldn't have to ride around town until they reopened.

Once we arrived they were wonderful with my dogs who had been in the car for a while. Even though they were busy, remembered me and what I had told them about my dogs. They were overly helpful when we needed to extend our stay and then opened early on a Sunday just so we could get on the road home earlier. When I picked up my dogs they were happy, looked great and the staff was patient.

Even giving me an itemized bill for insurance. I wish they were closer and I would love to give them more business. What a kind, caring and efficient staff! Thank you for making our experience seamless.

Layla spent the weekend here and seems to have loved it. She's so happy and we came home with pictures. She got groomed today and Kim did a great job! It's the best haircut she's ever had!

Unbelievable. A friend recommended Top Dog to me when I was having great difficulty finding someone to help me with an abused Pit that I took in, cared for and loved. In turn he was utterly devoted to me but could not be around other people due to his angst. Ben and Haley were Godsends as not only did they give him boarding when I needed to travel, but they spent time with him, trying to help him overcome his life challenges.

Since then, Top Dog is my go to as I don't think you will find a group of people so dedicated to ensuring the safety and happiness of your furkid. They are the best and currently my girls are spending a couple of days there getting the royal treatment. If you need boarding, Top Dog goes well beyond just bring a kennel.

For an update: the staff here DOES care about your pet. If there are any health issues, they will take action.and will let you know.

The guys are really nice, and genuinely seem to love your pet. The intake process is a bit too manual for me in that everything is done on paper. The intake forms ask a LOT of question (which are needed), but they could all be put online to fill out IMHO. It's always a positive experience for us and our Boxer.

We brought our dog Max to Top Dog when we were in a tight situation. It was our first time traveling with him and midway through the trip, he decided he wasn't going anywhere. At 140 lbs of dog, that's no joke. We were able to get him here and they really saved us a lot of frustration. They were great with Max, and he loved it there too.

They weren't annoyed when we called almost every day to check on him, and we felt very secure leaving him there. Everyone we talked to was crazy nice and really seemed to love animals. We were able to purchase extra play time for him every day which made us feel better about leaving him, but he probably didn't even need it because they gave him a ton of attention and had a big play area and lots of toys for the dogs to use while there. As for the price, it was significantly less than we thought it was going to be. All in all, we only wish we lived closer so we could take Max there every time we vacationed.

Love this place. We used to drop her off at Hollycest bed & biscuit. This place is so much better.
