I walked in and the receptionist Ashley was so friendly and helpful. We were seen on time so there wasn't that much of a wait. I especially loved the eagerness to meet and greet my pet for the first time.the care, the patience and the overall help was a feeling of relief. I will and have recommended people to this particular location. So if you are looking for a new "Home" for Vet care for your loved ones.this is just the spot for you. Bond Vet - Cobble Hill had a same day appointment at a super convenient time (after work!) for us. I brought my fur baby in and she was seen super quickly. There were delicious treats in the lobby while we waited. The receptionist was super kind and greeted us as soon as we walked in. When we saw the doctor, she was extremely thorough, professional, and overall lovely.

She explained everything with so much patience and was so transparent about pricing and options. I would 100% recommend Bond Vet - Cobble Hill to any pet parent who is seeking great care in the neighborhood. At the end of our visit, the tech came out with meds and explained the instructions thoroughly and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the care my dog received and am eager to continue her care at this amazing location.

Bond Vet is the best Vet I've taken my puppy to. The staff is extremely friendly and already knew my pet's name and acknowledged how big he had grown since his last visit. He's only been here 3 times and it's already as if we have known them forever. The doctors are extremely thorough in explaining different treatment options and give great recommendations without pushing anything on you. They have amazing treats for your pup and even give you a puppy starter kit bag on your first visit! Highly recommended this vet! You won't regret it.

Bond Vet is the most professional and best veterinary clinic that I have ever gone to with my dogs. All the doctors are kind, caring and knowledgeable. I especially like Dr Palermo. He makes me feel very comfortable, he takes his time in explaining all details and what to expect, etc.

I love Bond Vet and trust them fully with my Golden Retriever. They treat him so well because they are incredibly patient. When I initially went to them in 2020 because of his stomach issues, they helped me identify a new food without charging me. They also have consistently been able to help us find solutions to anything that comes up. I always recommend them as #1 to my friends and family

Bond Vet was wonderful. I have a cat who needed emergency care and luckily it was during office hours. Bond Vet let me come in the same day and the expense was much more manageable than it would have been at an emergency Vet. The office was very clean and very nice, all the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and kind and very helpful. They listened to my concerns which included financial concerns and helped me work through what procedures to have done. I have my kitty home with me now and he seems to be feeling much better.

Bond Vet was a great experience. The office feels very bespoke, and we were taken back quickly at the time of our appointment. Dr. Bloomfield and the assistants were incredibly gentle with my cat, Jimmy. Hoping we're not back any time soon for obvious reasons, but in the case we need a vet, I'm happy Jimmy's is at Bond.

It was my puppies first vet visit and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Everyone was so so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable! Dr. Bloomfield was absolutely incredible! He made my dog and I so comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He never recommended things that we didn't need and took the time to explain everything we were doing very clearly. It's great to have a vet that truly cares and puts the safety and health of your pet first!

Honestly love Bond Vet because of its consistent service across locations and convenience! We were UES visitors prior to moving to Cobble Hill and we really appreciate that our pup PULLS every time we near Bond Vet. She really wants to go in! Part of it is that she gets to socialize a bit with other pups in the waiting room, but I think she just also gets treated well by the staff.

The vet techs are always so patient with her when they coax her onto the scale to get weighed. Plus, I love that the pups get a complimentary goody bag of single ingredient treats every visit! It's always an enjoyable visit every time we need to go to the vet and we hope Bond Vet continues to pop up in more locations throughout the city while maintaining the high standard of care and quality! Also, love their phone concierge service- honestly the most convenient thing ever!

Everything is very smooth and professional. They definitely wow you with the interior and branding, but that comes with a price. I was nervous it would be for show, but the professionalism extended to the care my dog received. The vet was warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. She explained her thought process and was very forthright. My last vet would always avoid this and condescend, which is why I left to try Bond.

Although they are upfront about costs as they say, the costs are higher than other vets in the area and they do price out every potential procedure which is both shocking and pressures you to say yes to it all. I wish they would do a better job of saying "let's start with this and see." I wish I could afford every single test every time but it felt excessive.

Over $1k for my dog being mildly sick is much more than I've ever paid. My last vet it would have been half that, but with less considerate care. So ultimately, I left happy, but still unsure about the price.

My experience at Bond Vet was great. I was able to make an appointment for a weekend appointment about a week in advance. I was seen almost immediately. The vet tech and vet showered my pup in tons of compliments and were very gentle with him and understood he was scared! The fees and procedures were all explained to me prior to processing. I got a new dog owner goodie bag with a lot of useful things too like a toothbrush, poop bags, portable water bowl, etc! Also the aesthetic of the place was very nice :

Bond Vet has lost our dogs samples (blood and urine) TWO TIMES! My dog has HIGH ANXIETY and needs to be medicated to go to the vet. And TWO times out of 4 visits they've lost the samples?!. What system is in place to assure these samples are taken care of?! I seriously cannot believe I just got the email that they've lost the samples again and we can come back for free to take them all over.

Meaning I have to medicate the poor guy AGAIN. Plus every visit takes 1.5 to 2 hours. I'm very upset. I like the vet that we see and she explains things well. But now my already traumatized/diabetic dog (who at home has to do two shots a day- and is very upset by it) has to go back AGAIN because of lost samples?!?! Totally unacceptable. Very disappointed. I REALLY like the atmosphere, aesthetics and location of BOND Vet and I really wanted this to be our place for the dog and cat but c'mon with losing the samples 2x.

Everyone at Bond Vet - Cobble Hill was supportive, welcoming, and had a great bedside manner with my puppy, Ollie. The nurse was so kind and helpful, especially when it came to evaluating an affordable treatment to help Ollie get better soon. They even texted me this morning to let me know they found Ollie's favorite toy that I accidentally left behind after our visit and will be holding it for him until we're able to come back. Plus, they even gave Ollie a cute new fashion accessory! I would highly recommend giving Bond a shot if you're looking for a vet.
