Jeff has been great! My dog is typically a bit weary of strangers, but within two minutes of our consult, my dog was ready to be his best friend. I work long days so it gives me great peace of mind that he can come by to give my dog the interaction and exercise that she needs. I would highly suggest to anyone that needs daily walks or long term care.

Jeff has been incredible to work with. We have four cats and two dogs, so traveling comes with complications. Jeff makes it as easy as possible for us to leave home with minimal worries. My animals all love him, and he takes the time with each of them just like we would if we were home. He provides that bit of comfort animal parents need when leaving home for several days.

We've had two excellent experiences with V.I. People & Pets and they definitely deserve our 5-star rating! We have two cats - Daisy is feisty and requires meds via syringe every day, not always an easy task. When we returned home, Daisy's condition was stable, which would not have been the case unless she'd received her daily meds.both cats were in good spirits, happy and playful. Jeff communicated very well while we were away, making it easy to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our pets. V.I.

Jeff is wonderful. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and boarding them can be extremely expensive. Jeff comes by multiple times a day to feed, walk, and interact with all of my pets and they love it. He gives plenty of updates while we are away and I never have to worry that my anxious animals are doing ok because they don't have to leave their own home. As a result we are able to take more vacations as it is easier on our pets and our wallet.

I was looking for a new dog sitter after my previous sitter retired. Very happy to find Jeff. He went out of his way to do things I never expected. He picked poop up outside and I couldn't believe how clean inside of house was when I got home! I have 3 large shedding dogs and normally I have to vaccum/clean as soon as I get home! My dogs were all calm and happy when we returned! Highly recommend Jeff!

Let me start out by saying that I am very particular about who comes into our space and is around our fur kids while we are away. So it's kind of a big deal to find someone that I comfortable and at ease with. Jeff Ball has been our pet-sitter for a few years now and has truly been a blessing! We are so grateful to have someone that we can call on whenever we are going to be away and we really appreciate him for taking such excellent care of our (fur)babies!
He respects our home, communicates well, calms our separation anxiety, and accommodates our (my) quirks. P.S. Apologies to Jeff, as this review is overdue -- not sure if I am subconsciously worried that it would be hard to book time-slots with him if he gets too busy, or maybe because I put the "pro" in procrastinate, haha. Jeff provides the best pet care we have ever experienced. He is so good, our cat misses him more than us. Our cat was in great hands during both short and long periods. Jeff came through for us, sending us daily updates, giving great attention and affection to our cat. Jeff is very reliable.
