I don't know if I will return here. They told me my baby kitten was a girl! Yesterday I had her in to be spade lol and found out my beautiful girl is now a boy! How does this happen!

Worst customer service! Rude staff can't help at all. would never recommend have no patience at all.

I try to go to places like this to support local small businesses. However, I just can't anymore. While some staff are super nice others are just so rude for no reason. This place is extremely overpriced anyways and there are plenty of pet shops in the area. Hard skip here

As I'm parrot-sitting Gerri currently, there's a lot to learn and I'm glad I was able to find what I needed here. Parrots love cuttlebone and natural pieces here are only 79 cents a piece! There's all kinds of food, perches, and toys too. May come back later for a bell and more cuttlebone if needed. Friendly and helpful staff. They were even giving away free car food! I got to meet their store bird, Chubby, who really resembles Gerri!

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my dog in for an ear infection, the first DR didn't offer us any type of testing to see what type of infection it was. He just prescribed a rash and drops that didn't treat my pups infection. Told me to come back in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I go back and another doctor wants to give me antibiotics for his ear infection. ONCE AGAIN NO TEST.

Keep in mind both doctors checked my dogs ear. I refused because the doctor was rude and I could t understand him due to his heavy accent. A week later I had to take my dog to his primary vet. He found a foreign body in my dogs ear that was causing the infection and pain. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED! They aren't careful and not professional at all.

AMAZING veterinary service. My sister and I had to bring our beloved kitty in for an emergency - his regular vet in Claremont was "overbooked" and would not even consider fitting us in. Pet Depot vet techs saw to us right away; the doctor diagnosed him immediately (as he was obviously in distress). Unfortunately the news was bad and we had to put him down but the doctor and staff could not have been more sensitive to our feelings and accommodating to our needs in saying goodbye to our dear Franklin. On top of that, we were not gouged in the pricing for the diagnostics or handling of his remains. Thank you Pet Depot vet staff!

Very poor customer service thus place has in my opinion. I had walked in and didn't even get acknowledged that I was there.it would of been. Ice for a Hi welcome. but nothing. I needed help and want d to ask a question. But we had employees chatting. With each other. bad experience here!
