We offer only nonprescription forms of products that are available by prescription, and we do not offer any prescription medications. A vaccine shipping charge of $29.95 is charged for all orders containing vaccines or items that need to be refrigerated. This is a flat rate fee regardless of the number of vaccines or other items you purchase along with your vaccines!

Placed an order for an item. Good price. Item did not work for my dog as advertised so cancelled auto ship. Cancellation confirmed via email. Two months later I received an email notice that I was shipped the item and charged $95.55. When I called to discuss how this happened I was told that after I cancelled the auto ship they changed computer systems and so all cancellations were ignored and products would continue to be shipped.they proceeded to ask me, "do you want me to cancel your auto ship?" UH YES.I ALREADY DID THAT and although there was NO authorization to charge me for an item I didn't order, they said they wouldn't credit me until they received the item back.

I live out of town and that is why I order stuff online (convenience). They told me to refuse the order, however, here FedEx drops the package and runs. They told me I would have the inconvenience for returning the package or the charge would stand. The customer service rep was rude and gave no information otherwise for how to return the package that was shipped. So, now I am irritated because I am burdened for their company's error.

When I am telling them that this is unacceptable, that they have sent and charged an item I didn't order, they tell me I am being rude. Well, maybe I am, but I have no faith in this company to not randomly charge me anytime in the future and now have an unauthorized charge for almost $100. I persist in asking how I know I will get my refund? Clearly (as expressed in other reviews) the company has a problem issuing refunds, and they certainly do not have reliable computers on which to run their business. So, the rep again says I am being rude (I guess trying to get answers that make me feel comfortable with their subpar business practices is rude) and hangs up on me.further failing to instill any confidence that I will get a refund for cancelled, unordered, unauthorized items.

I have now been burdened not once, but 3 times by an order I cancelled 2 months before their computer decided for "forget" my cancellation and staff who treats this error as no big deal. I don't believe in doing business with companies that treat their customers like the company's failure is the customers fault and burden. Based on other people's experiences laid out in these reviews, I see I am not alone in the experience. If any of these reviews persuade one person to buy their items somewhere else, I think that is a good thing.

Same experience as other ONE star disgusted customers. KNOWINGLY sells a product, NOT IN STOCK, and makes me wait weeks to finally call to find out what's going on, only to tell me. " your order is not it stock, and we don't know when it will be." "Would you like to wait, or cancel your order for an immediate refund?" I told them I would like an immediate refund. Had to file a Paypal case over $18? Pretty pathetic business practice over under 20 bucks. Save the "owner" chain apology message for the next chump. -0 star

My last transaction with EntirelyPets was an absolute mess. Out of the four items I ordered, one was backordered and three were misrepresented on their website. Backorders happen. I get that, but I was never notified. I wondered about my order status so I called them after about two weeks. I had gotten emails that had no tracking info so I didn't know what was going on.

About one week after that, I received a partial delivery from them. I had ordered a four tray pack of cat food mixers but was mailed just one tray. I called again about the missing items and was told that the info advertised on their website was wrong. The price I paid for a four pack was actually for one unit. Customer service gave me nothing more.no explanation or resolution.

What I got was an off putting "whatever" kind of vibe. I ended up canceling the remaining items. Good customer service should ALWAYS be key and that's definitely not what I received. I won't be using EntirelyPets again.

I placed an order on 5/16/21 at 3:00est I also paid the extra 59 bucks for 1 to 2 day delivery under there site it says delivered threw FedX wrong they use USPS and I still don't have my medication which according to the site wasn't mailed until 5/17/21 at 7pm oh and best yet the tracking label hasn't even been created it's now 5/19/21! I want my shipping cost returned!

I tried to place an order on line today. As I had problems processing this, I called for customer support. Before I placed the order, I went into my account and redeemed rewards to use towards this order. The customer service rep was totally incompetent. Besides having problems with what I wanted, he proceeded to tell me I did not have a reward in the amount I said.

I had taken a snapshot of it, along with getting an email confirming my reward. He basically told me I did not have this reward. After 25 minutes with him on the phone and being totally frustrated, I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was told there wasn't one there and another person got on the phone. She also told me I did not have this reward and I should have taken a snapshot of it.

I told her I had, and that's where I got the numbers to give them. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by giving me the $$ value of the rewards. I am very upset and will be calling back to talk to someone higher up the food chain.

Excellent products and customer service! I have ordered from Entirely Pets for years and have always been pleased with their products and customer service, when needed. I had ordered the large bags of Pure Bites from Amazon in the past, and every time I received my order, the bags had not been packaged properly and were compressed leaving the treats crushed, in crumbs with a lot powder in the bag (because they are freeze-dried, they are more delicate).

I have begun ordering through Entirely Pets, and each time the order arrives promptly, well packed and in perfect condition. During the last order I tried to place online, the website was experiencing some issues, so I called customer service. I spoke with Yarisma Contreras, who was wonderful and able to assist me in placing my order quickly over the phone. Yari was very helpful, professional and efficient. I am happy any time I can support and recommend other/smaller businesses which offer you great products, prices and customer support like Entirely Pets. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! I order a medication for my dog's heart that is hard to find and often has long shipping times. Gary helped me find my order, updated my account and expedited my shipment! I am so grateful to Gary for helping me keep my dog healthy. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

My dog passed away and I asked the company to stop the refills of her medication via their online chat option. They assured me they would, but my card was still charged and the refills still arrived. For multiple months. I've reached out multiple times since then via email, via chat, via phone, and cannot get them to refund me the money from all of the refills sent to me.

They have opted to refund one refill, but not the other, even though I was told the refund would be issued. It's been exhausting trying to communicate with anyone at the company who can provide a timeline and answer.

Placed an order for several items on January 28, 2020, and was advised within 24 hours that the items I had ordered were ALL out of stock. I heard nothing more from Entirely Pets for three months. I sent a followup email on April 29, 2020, requesting a refund. I received a "boiler plate" we're looking at your request email almost immediately. On May 11, 2020, I again emailed and advised I had heard nothing from them.

As of today (May 18, 2020) I have heard nothing from anyone at Entirely Pets. I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend them - in fact, just the opposite. As with other reviewers, wish I could them a "NO STARS" score. No communication = no stars.
