WagVille At WagVille, while our services and commitment are extensive, our basic philosophy is simple: Dogs are remarkable beings which bring us invaluable joy and love; we owe them the respect and care befitting their position in the universe and in our lives. WagVille's holistic philosophy means we help you care for your whole dog. We understand that health and behaviors are directly linked to exercise, nutrition, and stress levels. Did you know that a proper diet will bolster a dog's immune system, and can even dramatically affect their behavior?
Services
We offer a variety of comprehensive services to attend to your dog's physical and mental well being. Daycare will help your dog socialize and exercise during the day. A dog boarding here will find a fluffy bed to get needed rest on. Training will help your dog bond to you and learn appropriate behavior so that she can exist and communicate better with those in the world around her. The treadmill offers soft on the paws exercise. Field trips feed your dog's spirit by allowing her to really experience being a dog out in nature.
Our caring, professional staff are all certified in CPR for pets. They also undergo a rigorous in-house training program to be able to recognize dog behavior and to care for your dog in the best way possible. Each staff member will get to know your whole dog inside and out by learning the information you share with us regarding your dog as well as closely observing behavior on our playground.
Your dog may attend doggie day care by the day or by the hour. Our trained, caring staff makes sure each dog gets plenty of fun and exercise. We open early and close late, and we offer meal service, field trips, and convenient pickup and drop off service. Dogs planning to board must attend WagVille for one day of daycare prior to coming to board.
Dogs staying for the night will spend the day in daycare, and at night may either snuggle in fluffy beds and on comfy cots together, or sleep with their very own attendant in a snuggly bed. Fully alert staff are on site through the night to make sure your dog gets everything he or she might need. Dogs planning to board must attend WagVille for one day of daycare prior to coming to board.

This place took care of my girls. I loved being able to get updates when we were out of town. The videos were very accessible when needed which was fantastic. The only thing I had to say was one of my dogs had some play scratches but that's normal for dogs and for kids. The management didn't let us know but it was easy to take care of. They sent us adorable pictures of our girls after we picked them up.

They slept for so long because of how tired they were but they loved it. Highly recommend, they did well with the play date and interview! Our girls are our world and we will do anything for them. We were afraid but we were very happy with how it all went. Here are the pictures that they took!

Wagville is amazing! The staff are so caring and kind and I love that I can watch my pup on the web cams. My dog absolutely loves it and gets so excited when we pull up to the building : so happy we found such an awesome place for doggy day camp!

I've been taking Oka to a lot of daycares and Wagville is our top favorite. Staff at Wagville are so friendly and responsible! Though it takes some time to write the info online before assessment, it totally worth it. They also have webcam so I can watch my dog at anytime.

Great place, been bringing my dogs for years. The indoor/outdoor facility is awesome and they have lots of attentive staff. Expensive but that's the dog boarding market in LA. Not their fault so I still give it a 5, but my dogs have come home sick several times with something they caught from another dog.

They were excellent. Only problem is no parking so you have to take time to park otherwise they are delightful can't wait until I have my groomer- wanted a cut that day but will have to wait? When Tia gets then I really know.

We love Wagville but it's inconvenient that they still stay open only until 7pm instead of 9pm as it used to be. This makes us not go there as often.

Wonderful doggy daycare and boarding place. Our dog walker recommended it to us and we're really glad she did. It's been tough to get socialization in for our puppy due to COVID but Wagville visits has helped his personality shine. Now that its safe enough to travel we have used it for boarding and really take delight in being able to check in on the webcam. Our guy comes home super happy and tired. I also really appreciate that they require the dogs to complete an evaluation and daycare stay before boarding.

Left my dogs there for a weekend getaway. They have a camera/webcam where you can see them. Discount given for multiple dogs. A bit pricey than some other doggy camps but you get what you pay for. Service is awesome. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Will use their service again.

Our dog, Shadow, has been going there twice a week for the past 3 weeks and she absolutely loves it. I love how their employees are attentive and caring to all the dogs. Watching their Webcams have left us at ease. We trust them. Thank you so much WAGVILLE! I would 100% recommend them. It is a little bit more expensive than previous place, but definitely worth the peace of mind.

When she comes back from WAGVILLE, she comes back exhausted but happy. From previous place, she would come back exhausted, but fearful and would not allowed us to touch her and if we would touched her, she would cry and get away from us. Therefore, WAGVILLE is definitely the place for our baby.

We love taking our pup here. Great staff, and pup gets to socialize. LOVE the live webcam and can check in on pup throughout the day.

While I haven't had the need to bring my dog here since Covid due to working from home, this was and will be again my go to doggie day care place. We really love this place, friendly staff, easy drop off and pick up. And best was the amount of exercise our large (usually lazy!) dog gets. We look forward to coming back!

I don't usually write reviews unless I'm complaining, but I felt the need to respond to some of the negative reviews here. WagVille has been our "go to" for day care and boarding for all three of our dogs. They have been excellent. When our younger puppy Archie became ill and we were out of town, they were really on top of making sure he got the medical care he needed and doted on him until we returned(to be clear the medical issue had nothing to do with the facility). We've never been told there was a wait list.

Perhaps that's a nice way of putting you off if you or your dog are psychotic? Also, OF COURSE you need to do some daycare before boarding, that's how they VET your dog! That's for the safety of all dogs in the facility and frankly, I'm grateful for their thorough review of all dogs in their care. Keep up the good work WagVille.

So wag those the good two place for my dog. At 65 lb, you bet she's in the big dog side. If you need to board your dog over any major holidays make sure you book it over a month in advance in order to get a spot. I made the mistake of waiting too long for Christmas and had to go on a wait list. I was pretty stressed out about this because I couldn't find another place that I liked, but fortunately they called me a couple weeks later and said there was an opening. Don't forget to bring your food! They'll cover you with house food but it's expensive.

Our Dog Luna Tuna loves Wagville! We go to daycare a few times a month and do a few overnights a year. Our dog can be a little shit, but gets along with everyone at Wagville. Since she is a high energy young pit, we worried she would be turned away, but Wagville is the perfect fit for her. The staff is awesome and we love watching her on the webcam!

We feel totally included there and wish we could send her more. It's a bit pricey but pretty on par with other places in the area- totally worth it. Our little baby is looking forward to her next holiday vacay at Wagville.

Wish I could give zero stars to the management. All the workers are nice and caring, but the management just plain sucks. Took our dog here pretty regularly at least twice a week. His photo is even featured in their lobby, and was also a regular on their Instagram account. After picking him up after a few days of boarding, we noticed that our dog was acting strangely--super restless, walking into walls, barking at nothing as if he was hallucinating. Took him to the emergency vet who told us that his heart rate was just racing, despite all efforts to calm him down.

Our vet said that based on his experience this looked very much like a result of NARCOTICS INGESTION. After a stressful night at the hospital, he eventually recovered. We brought it to the attention of the management, and on principle asked for a refund of our dog's boarding fees. We still wanted to take him to Wagville in the future and figured this might just be a one-off event.

After literally spending THOUSANDS of dollars here as a regular customer, you'd think a refund of less than $200 would be no big deal. The manager said that they would refund us the boarding fees only after we presented proof with the doctor's documents. Plus, our dog "WOULD NO LONGER BE WELCOME AT WAGVILLE." This is how they treat their most loyal customers--with mistrust and disrespect.

We are so insulted and never went back to collect our refund, as it was just too upsetting to set foot at that facility again. To the management: here are the documents you requested. Keep the money.

When you have your pup boarded overnight, they will provide a "report card" on how your dog did and what friends they made. It's a very nice touch, I usually put it up on our fridge.

Been taking my dog Olive to wagville for five years. They are the best. I don't take her as frequent now that she is older but when we walk in one of the employees still recognizes her by name. Super impressive memory. These folks love dogs! Last night I called frantically because I was going to be 5 minutes late for pickup (9pm closing) and wasn't sure if Olive was going to have to stay overnight. They were so cool about. Stayed open for me and didn't charge me extra. Such incredible customer service. Thank you Wagville!

This review is for Nicole, the most amazing groomer I have ever met. I cannot believe I have not given her a review before now. My 8 lb rescue toy poodle mix has been seeing Nicole for a couple years now. In the seven years we have had him, we have been to half a dozen groomers. I've even traveled to the west side, but no one can deal with my little guy like Nicole. (A couple of those groomers even suggested, politely, that I find another groomer. ) My dog is terrified of the groomer.

He fear pees and poops at almost every grooming drop off. Nicole is honestly the sweetest, most patient woman I have ever met. She handles him like a pro--more than a pro. She has developed a relationship with him over time and she tells me he is an angel during his sessions, after the initial drop off fear has passed. She gives the BEST cuts of anyone we have ever gone to.

She hand cuts his little puppy face and he looks adorable every time. But beyond that, she is FAST! At other groomers I had to wait 2, 3, 4 hours to get him. Nicole rarely takes more than an hour, which alleviates so much stress for my guy. She is so attentive to the needs of each individual dog, it's unbelievable. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough and shame on me for not writing this review two years ago.

This place is pure awesomeness for my puppy Fergus. I visited a few doggy day cares but was most impressed with Wagville because of their facilities and staff. Their attention to detail and wonderful caring way with the dogs is always evident and I saw it from the second I went there for an evaluation with my pup. They pick up on little things, like when my puppy developed a little rash, they noticed and let me know right away.

I also witnessed a dog and its owner being turned away in a most professional manner because the dog presented a safety issue to the other dogs. They really do pay close attention to this daily. My only small complaint is the location can be tricky to get in and out of with heavy traffic but it's a small annoyance to put up with in exchange for terrific service and staff : thank you Wagville!

Review for Grooming/Nicole.my chihuahua is the sweetest little baby you'll ever meet.as long as you're me. Otherwise, she resents you for not being me. So any situation that requires her to be handled by someone other than me is very upsetting for her. Despite this, after only the initial few grooming visits, my pup became quite comfortable with Nicole.

Way more comfortable than I ever would have expected. Nicole is a doll and is so loving and gentle with my baby. Beyond doing a great job as a groomer, Nicole makes a stressful situation so much more comfortable for my needy little girl.

Still as good as it gets! We left our dog here over Thanksgiving for about a week, and it was wonderful! I was nervous leaving her overnight and for a long period of time, but they were extremely understanding and assured me they would take good care of her (spoiler: they did!) Before leaving, they also had me fill out an emergency form which reassured me that they would send her to an emergency vet if anything crazy came up.

I loved that we could check on her via webcam while we were on vacation and see that she was acting normally and playing with other dogs. We even caught her curling up on a cot at night with the rest of the pack. We never used to go on vacation because we were so overprotective of our dog. Now I feel like we can go anywhere and our fur child will be safe and in good hands.

It's wonderful to know that our pup is safe when we leave her here. We can use the cameras to check in on her. The staff is kind and competent. Wagville is clean! It doesn't have that smell that so many other doggy daycares have. Which means that they take good care to maintain the cleanliness.

This review is for the DENTAL CLINIC they do with QUALIFIED PET DENTAL. I couldn't be any more impressed with the cleaning job they did with my dog's teeth. My adopted dog had extremely yellow teeth. Two of his back molars even looked greenish-yellow-black. With that in mind, I was prepared for them to advise me to take him to the vet for the anesthetic procedure, but I figured I would try out a dental clinic first.and I'm so glad I did.

His teeth are SO white now! And the team was super friendly. I'll be coming back every 6 months to get them cleaned. I bought toothpaste, went home with some antibiotics for Max, and less than $200 later, I don't have to worry about my dog's teeth being yellow, smelly, or green. :

I've boarded my dog here once. I visited this place multiple times for my dogs to get groomed here. Employees there are very nice and the receptionists greet you right away. One complaint I do have is the odor in the back of the property. There's a small parking lot next to the large dog boarding area and it reaks of urine! Overall, I would still bring my dogs here. It's super close and convenient for me.

Loved it! Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, sent updates whenever I asked for them (boarded for 10 days), and the cameras are a great feature. Clean, no cages, and tons of friendly dogs!

Really great experience at Wayville! First-time doggie day care for us, and they were as thoughtful with me as they were with our doggie. Gave me a tour, showed me the webcams, gave me a report-out at the end of the day, really nice staff. I also love that they have two staff in the mix with the dogs at all times, to ensure healthy dog play doesn't get out of hand!

I did quite a bit of research before i left my dog at a day care for one week. I liked that you had to go through a thorough process as it helped me feel that they really try their best to minimize harmful situations. The staff is friendly and I called three times while I was away. The staff was responsive and provided me with timely updates. I also appreciated that they fed my dog the Papaya I packaged for her since she eats that every day.

They provided me with a report card at th end which I thought was sweet. The only "con" was that my dog didn't get her food on the last day because they said they don't feed departing animals unless you specify you want them to feed your dog. I had arranged for her to get picked up later in the afternoon on her last day in hopes they would feed her since I wouldn't be home until late. Now i know I need to specify in case I decide to leave her again. The cameras are great as I did check in often using the app on my phone and it helped me feel at ease.

WagVille is run by an excellent team. Everyone is professional and skillful and create a warm and playful atmosphere for our dog, Luna. We love the level of attention the dogs get and the nice routines set by WagVille. Your dog can play indoors with fellow pooches or outdoors in the wading pools. The webcams are such a nice touch and are well positioned.

Any time we need a sitter, we rely on WagVille. Long term stays are no problem. Just be sure to call ahead because they are in high demand as they should be. Raving reviews only.

Our 7 month old puppy had a great time at Doggy Daycare. It was a positive experience for him and also for us. It's really nice to know that we have a safe place to take him where he can enjoy himself and get time with other dogs.

We have used Wagville on a few occasions, both for the day and for overnight boarding and have always been happy with them. For Thanksgiving we left both our dogs, Guero and Geddy with them for a total of seven days, by far the longest time they have stayed there. When we picked them up we were so excited to see them we initially didn't notice anything wrong and no one mentioned any problems.

Later when we got home and went to take off the dogs collars we noticed scabs and bleeding under Guero's neck. (We've included photos below). We were shocked that something so bad was unreported too us. We had called Wagville after being away two of the seven days to check in with them and they had told us everything was normal and nothing was said when we picked them up.

We called Wagville immediately and sent them the photos. They told us it was normal to have some "chaffing" under the neck when the dogs are so active. Do the photos look like "chaffing"? We bought that collar two years ago and he has worn it everyday and nothing like this had ever happened. Wagville refunded our money, paid for our vet bill and did come to the house to personally check on him.

In the end none of that matters, both our dogs are part of our family and mean so much to us, to think that one of them was having a serious problem and no one noticed is terrible. We won't be using Wagville in the future.
