Highly recommend Lauren and her dog walking team! They take amazing care of my King Charles Cavalier, Frankie. He runs to the door when Apollo arrives. And Frankie is out for almost two hours a day. A true gift. Lauren and her team are punctual, kind, considerate and like family. Five stars all around.

Find a someone who looks at you the way Hiccup looks at Rob. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire team at WLTDO including Lauren and the fabulous Rob! Hiccup absolutely loses his mind every time he hears Rob at the door. He comes home completely zonked after every walk with his pack - sleepy pup, happy pup! I appreciated Lauren's immediate response and that she came out to meet us at home.

She found the best pack to fit Hiccup's energy and our schedule. I feel so lucky to have found Lauren and Rob after researching so many dog walking groups in the city. The only reason we have to say goodbye is because we are moving. Hiccup will miss his pack so much. If you made it this far, then pull the trigger and call Lauren today!

Lauren and her Team are Fantastic. They have a overall socialization and no leash group program you can enroll your dog in that is much more than just dog walking. Awesome service!

We've used Who Let the Dogs Out for 2 years now for our pupper, Monty. Monty goes out 5 days a week with his walker, Thomas. The service is great. Thomas is prompt and super communicative. The dogs are well looked after and I feel very confident in Thomas' care of Monty. He always comes home happy and ready for a nap. Lauren, the owner, is also great at giving thoughtful suggestions for training, local vets, best harnesses, etc. She is a wealth of information. We're very happy!

Great service for anyone who can't give their dogs the walks the dogs are happier with. My dog enjoys daycare once in a while, but I work long hours so it was becoming too much time at daycare for him. Fortunately I discovered Who Let the Dogs Out. All dogs are different and the crew at Who Let the Dogs Out was patient as my dog adjusted to this new routine.

Now my dog loves his crew member, and I've seen it because I've been around a couple times when he's been picked up. He jumps to him like he jumps to me when I'm back from work. It's really nice to see. My only tip is that if your dog is new to this type of thing, make sure you get a meet and greet set up with the crew member that will be picking up your dog.

Everyone at Who Let the Dogs Out was amazing! Lauren during our first talks was extremely attentive, answered any questions and just genuinely a nice person! Always easy to communicate with and could tell has a real affinity for pups! Thomas was our dog walker and was always also just as great--communicative, flexible, punctual and our dog Pluto just loved him! It was such a great decision to sign up with Who Let the Dogs Out, I'd highly recommend it!

Not going to lie; this is the first time writing a review on Yelp, and it's because the service of WhoLettheDogsOut is amazing! We have a super energetic corgi that if he wasn't eating or sleeping, he has to be playing (especially with other doggies). When it is around time to go for his walks, and my phone sounds, Basil is already at the door ready to go, and when he comes back, he is always tired and naps for hours (which is great for us because we work from home).

They also send us pictures and videos of him at the park, which is nice to see how he plays with all doggies. Lauren is excellent since the day we start the service (over a year). She always asks us about hows Basil is doing and always willing to help if we have any questions. Definitely recommend it to anyone with a dog!

My dog, Scout and I love WLTDO! I first connected with the owner, Lauren, soon after getting a puppy. As a puppy, Scout began daily walks with Benji to get regular exercise and socialize while I work from home. Each day, she is so excited to go play, and is always ready for a good nap upon her return. Lauren and Benji are both knowledgable, kind, and great with dogs! Lauren has helped us with some training sessions throughout puppyhood, and I trust them both implicitly.

It is so wonderful to know that Scout is in a safe environment to have fun, learn and socialize, and I have doggie 'experts' I can rely on for training, socialization, and overnight/daycare when needed. I highly recommend WLTDO for puppy socialization, training, pack play, daycare, etc.

We enrolled our 5 month old puppy, Harvie, in WLTDO and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. Harvie started out being shy and skittish around other dogs, but he blossomed socially and became a sociable and friendly dog! We love taking Harvie out to local dog spots and admiring his progress. We really loved Danny, who picked up Harvie reliably every day. Harvie would start jumping in excitement as soon as Danny pulled up in the big red van.

We will really miss WLTDO. We would have continued indefinitely but we had to move. We would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to socialize their dog, or show their dog a great time on a daily basis!

I have been very pleased with WLTDO and their service. My puppy Avah was 4 months old and needed to be socialized with other dogs. Avah was shy with other dogs and terrified of big dogs. Danny (dog walker) has been amazing, patient, and truly loves dogs. Avah is always happy and excited to see him. In just three weeks, she was a social butterfly among her pack and random dogs that go to the enclosed park. I know it could be a bit nerve-wracking to trust a stranger with your furry animal. But I would highly recommend Who Let The Dogs Out! Thanks, Danny, for your awesomeness!

We love Danny! Jackson has been dog-walking (going to the local dog park) with Danny since July. It is exactly what a now 7-month puppy needs for daily activity. He's so excited to see the red van and Danny every day and comes home a tired pup. Lauren runs a great operation. I love knowing that Jackson is out with a dog walker who is always helping my puppy learn good behavior. Love WLTDO.

Lauren and her team of dog walkers are the BEST! We had the good fortune of getting introduced through another family we met at the park, and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care, play, and convenience once we signed up. They pick your pup up right at your apt and bring them back ~2.5hrs later after a through round of play time with ~6 other dogs. Our dog just loves her pack, and her walker, Ben. Highly recommend!

Signing our Samoyed Nahko up for Who Let the Dogs Out was one of the best decisions we made as pet owners. Lauren, the business owner, is a joy to work with. Before Nahko started going to the park, she met us and Nahko in person. When Nahko needed dental surgery, she texted us throughout his recovery to see how he was doing / if we had any questions.

She cares deeply about her work and the dogs. We're thrilled she's in charge of WLTDO. Nahko's walker Flynt is the best part of the whole service. Every morning Nahko waits by our window for the red van to pick him up. He is obsessed with Flynt and becomes ecstatically happy when Flynt comes to greet him. Flynt has done an awesome job socializing Nahko and perfecting his recalls.

Because of his dental surgery, Nahko has had to wear a muzzle while playing with other dogs at the park. Flynt has made the muzzle adjustment easy for Nahko and has helped us feel much better about the surgery / subsequent months. When Nahko comes home after his time with Flynt, he is happy and calm. Thanks to WLTDO, we can get our work done in peace and rest assured that our puppy is in great hands.

Absolutely love and recommend WLTDO. We have been using the service for months now and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Our puppy (a corgi) has had exceptional benefits for a few reasons -- 1) This has gotten him comfortable + loving car rides! It used to be a nightmare and he would throw up every time. 2) He's learned great manners on how to play with other dogs 3) The constant socialization with other dogs (and people) has made him very friendly and social with everyone he meets 4) Separation anxiety is gone!

Because when he leaves us, it's to a fun playtime with other dogs, it's the ultimate reward. He is very comfortable being away from us now. I couldn't recommend the founder Lauren, our walker Danny, and the rest of the team who we've interacted with more. We look forward to continuing to use WLTDO for a long time :)

I've been working with Lauren and WLTDO for 6 months and they're amazing! My 10 month old Golden loves his walks with BJ and Alejandro, and he always comes back with a big smile and wagging tail. The company is responsive and accommodating, and I feel my boy is in good hands with them. Highly recommend!

The groomers at Who let the dogs out! are absolutely outstanding! They are so nice and diligent- my boxer has a skin allergy & they are extremely gentle and always ask for an update and make sure to let me know they carry the special hypoallergenic or oatmeal soap for him! I trust them and they are by far the best guys for washing my boxer! I can't say enough about them!

He reluctantly tolerates baths, but he likes them so much, he wiggles and licks every time they take him for a bath. I love that they come to the house & make it super easy for me and him! They are 5 stars

I sent my dog for a full groom with bath for $140. Unfortunately he came back looking scruffy as though he hadn't been brushed at all! Attempted to contact the company who forwarded me to the owner who never replied. See attached pictures which were taken immediately after the "grooming."

The first issue was the grooming it's self. The guy shaved my dog practically down to his skin for no reason, and this was not what I asked for either. On top of that he clearly didn't even take his time doing that because there were a whole heap of missed spots and uneven areas. My dogs ears we completely different lengths after. Then I also found a cut on him which the groomer completely failed to mention to me.

Before and after photos are attached, so have a look for yourself. My dog has never been matted enough to deserve this, except for when he was rescued off the streets of San Jose, even then I think the shelter too better care in grooming him. Of course I emailed to complain and Lauren first of all it took 3 days to respond to me. Then even when she did, all I got was defensiveness and excuses.

No customer service what so ever. I've never been so disappointed in a small business owners response and behavior. They have truly lost a customer for life and multiple customers because no one I know will ever go to this groomer. Truly terrible treatment.

Just want to say that We've never had our little yorkie Maxi Loup groomed until today and I just have to say we could not be more pleased. Jessica from Who Let the Dogs Out did a FABULOUS job and we will definitely be sticking with her from here on out. Lauren your team is amazing. Thank you so much our Little Doll Boy looks GORGEOUS!

As a new resident to SF finding a new groomer to trust with my Bichon Frise "Rupert" was no easy task. Groomers are way more scarce (and more expensive) up here than LA so it took me a good 2 months to find Who Let the Dogs Out. Rupert is terrified of going to the groomer so I had been using a mobile groomer in LA for the past 3 years and knew I had to find another mobile service up here that I liked, who could also tackle the daunting task of grooming a fluffy Bichon properly.

Although they are on the pricy side, I love that they have different options for types of grooming (bath only, touch-up cut with bath, and full groom) depending on what your pup needs. Paola did an AMAZING meticulous job. I swear I have never had so many compliments on Rupert's grooming and it was hands down the best he's ever had. Everywhere I went people would stop me in the streets and comment on his new 'do.

The entire grooming took about an hour, and Paola was even kind enough to send a nice follow-up text with links to the grooming supplies she had recommended! So so happy that I found a great groomer up here in SF, and that I can enjoy the convenience of a groomer that comes right to me and Rupert. About to book my second grooming now!

I don't know how their driving is but the services I have gotten for my cat--Lion's cut + bath+ etc. are excellent. It was not easy to find them after I lost my original groomer, some "horror stories" there, but Melissa does a wonderful job.
