Services
This is a 30 minute visit. Visits can be scheduled 7 days per week. For Pet Sitting while you are away, most dogs would need a minimum of 3 regular visits per day. Cats typically do well with one regular visit per day. Parrots and other exotic animals vary and will need custom visits.
Behavioral Problem Solving sessions: Do you have a manners problem such as jumping on strangers, barking, digging, housebreaking issues, and nipping? These classes may be for you. Consultations in your home or wherever the problem occurs so the dog can learn its manners in the settings you need. One of the best things that you can do for your loyal family dog is to prepare them for the changes that come with a new baby.

My dog needed a trip to the ER after using their daycare and has a ligament injury with separation of the carpal bones. No one knew what happened, more of a guessing game. I was told there was a "slight limp" and when I picked them up, they weren't bearing weight through that limb. Apparently their reputation hasn't caught up to the online reviews over the past year since their change in ownership.

I wish we had a warning about their lack of safety, staff and supervision, which is why I'm posting this (wish I didn't have to). I searched for more information and found review(s) from employees on indeed.com and heard from others in our doggie community confirming my concerns. If you care for the safety of your dog I would advise against taking them here.

Great people who understand dog's behavior. My dog always gets there happy and leaves wanting more time playing there.

WGD has been a part of our life for 3 1/2 years. My Doberman is my first dog, and we got her into WGD daycare services as soon as she was old enough. WGD provides daycare, boarding, puppy-school and grooming. I do not think my experience as a first time dog-mom would have been as great as it has been without WGD and their team! They have become family over the last 3 years and I am so grateful I have found them.

They are accommodating beyond belief. Countless times I have called on my way over in the morning (early, before work) and asked if they could take Pacer for daycare that day - and not once did they say no! Pacer, who is a very shy dog, would walk in with her nub wiggling and it was VERY apparent she felt safe, secure and loved by all the staff - she would let me know otherwise.

I have also boarded Pacer for extended periods of time and felt very at ease knowing she was in a home environment opposed to being kenneled at night - something which she is not use to. During those boarding periods I was always able to get in touch with someone, check in and see how she was doing. I never felt unsure about leaving Pacer in the care of WGD.

The people here truly love what they do, love the dogs and you can feel that energy with all the dogs in the facility. Unfortunately we have moved and we can no longer bring Miss Pacer to WGD - and I am truly devastated about it. It is going to be incredibly challenging to find another daycare facility that can live up to WGD. That being said, I thank everyone at WGD for providing an amazingly positive environment for Pacer to grow up in, learn, socialize and come home dog tired! I recommend this WGD to ANYONE. We will miss you WGD and thank you again for all your have done for Pacer

This is by far the best daycare we've found for our pup. Our dog is deaf and the staff are incredibly supportive of his limitations. I cannot overstate how thrilled we are with their services. Dianne has been extremely compassionate with our dog and has even worked with him on hand signals. You can tell how much he likes her from how excited he gets during drop-off. Thank you!

Technically, I've only been here for training provided by another firm. But the space is nice and they have a fenced in area for dogs to run around. That said, no idea what their services are like.

Was happy here for along time until the owner passed. Then my dog wasn't happy anymore, drivers always complained things were chaos. Came home with the wrong leash and harness, flea collars that weren't her's. Missed pickup days and showed up on non pick up days. The day she got 'Expelled' after 3 years of full time care with no notice, she came home with puncture wounds in her side that we were not told about, because they did not know, made me sick that level of miscare of my dog. We are much happier at this higher end spot in Milton. Good start, bad finish.

I highly recommend Wicked Good Dog for daycare and boarding. Gabrielle, the manager does an excellent job fulfilling dog owners scheduling requests. She responds to emails and voicemails promptly. My Lucy (beagle) has been going there since she was 4 months old. She's now almost 3 years old. Lucy goes 2/3 days a week for daycare and I have boarded her there many times.

The staff is so loving and caring with Lucy. They train all the dogs with the same rules and commands. I follow through with the same rules at home with Lucy. When Lucy was going through the "terrible twos" the staff helped me with training issues I was having at that time. The staff watches all the dogs carefully and play with them. When snuggles are needed they give great snuggles too!

The staff is careful to watch what dogs get along with each other and which don't and separate them into appropriate play groups. My Lucy loves being at Wicked Good.when I drop her she can't get inside the lobby gate fast enough.it's like "see ya Grammy I have to go see my friends." I never worry about the staff caring for my Lucy. I highly recommend taking your dog to Wicked Good.

I will start out by saying I have had my sweet pup to three different doggie day cares and by far Wicked Good dog is the Best! The staff are wonderful! They are always friendly and professional. They have been so flexible, accomodating and patient with my unexpected schedule. And my dog loves it! Cant thank them enough for all they have done for us!

Had an appointment for training class. After training classc we set up for puppy daycare. We mentioned our puppy had had parvo, but was all clear now. Was told to get an all clear from our vet and there wouldn't be an issue. Spent $140 for a negative parvo test, and our vet spoke at length with owner explaining all was well and no issue with parvo. Had an appointment at 7:00 am. At 6:30am received an email from management saying they didn't feel comfortable with our dog coming. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

Very uncomfortable and upsetting experience with the doggie daycare operation. To begin, it essentially takes an act of congress to get scheduled and booked for services. Voicemails and emails often went unanswered for over two work days. Next, there is only one gentleman there that is patient and caring with the dogs. All the female staff scream at the dogs excessively.

At first I thought it was just an isolated incident, but then the yelling and screaming at the dogs became excessive. Every time I went back to pick up my dog I heard screaming at the dogs. I just kept attributing it to normal daycare operations.then the following happened: I recently picked my dog up and he was terrified, crying, and overly anxious.

When I went to try to settle him and help out by putting his collar on, a lady snatched my collar out of my hand - and then abruptly closed a door on me. She never apologized for being rude or unprofessional. I was told by a different gentlemen that they are 'learning'. When I expressed my concerns on email, I was told the following: "I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our daycare.

Discipline is a part of it to maintain the safety of the dogs and our staff. We will be using your feedback in discussions with the staff" - not one time did I receive an apology. This is not 'discipline', it's staff who are inpatient and hateful. I don't have children, so my dog is the equivalent of a child to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

All but one staff member need to re-think their choice of profession and evaluate their skill sets with the dogs, communication skills with people, and organization of being a 'daycare'.

Terrible, left them a voicemail and emailed them with my number over 2 weeks ago and never got back to me. Must not want any new clients.

I cannot say enough about Wicked Good Dog! Twice a week, we bring out basset puppy Gus there for day care. He loves it! He has been a totally different dog since he started there, so much more calm at home. When we drop him off he runs in with his tail wagging. He loves his friends (both dog and human) at Wicked Good Dog so much. Recently, my husband and I went away to Ireland for a week.

We had Joanne from WGD come stay with Gus and his older brother Stan. She was nothing short of outstanding! I didn't know how she would deal with separation anxiety (mine, not the dogs) but she was reassuring and so patient. She sent updates with pictures and videos and although I missed the kids like crazy, I was never worried. She is amazing and I cannot thank her enough. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

Michelle is amazing. I have never used her before, but my wife and I had a last minute family gathering that we couldn't miss and a dog that would have been stuck in his crate for way too long. She met with us for an intake interview and had a walker set up within the few short days that we had. I called around, no other dog walking service in the area offered anywhere near the service and attitude that Michelle and her team seem to have.

It was wonderful to see a note from Kristina about how good my dog is, and exactly what he got up to without us. I will use them again, and I would very highly recommend them to anyone that asks, or even just those that will listen.

In 2 weeks I have called 3 times and left voice messages to inquire about their puppy training classes - & never heard back. I live locally and was excited to see the positive reviews, but unfortunately they can't be bothered to return calls to prospective customers. I'm wondering if they still offer training, as their website says next session starts 9/22/2010.?

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle, Bob and Wicked Good Dog. Our Lab comes home absolutely pooped from play group. I would absolutely recommend Wicked Good Dog for anyone in the Quincy area. They are fabulous!

Michelle and her team are fantastic. I have a two-year-old dog and Wicked Good has been with us from the start. I cannot say enough about her staff - our dog adores everyone on her team; he rushes to the door with smiles and wags when they pull in the driveway. They've helped us out with last-minute walks or feedings when we have long weekend events -- they've even come over on a late Sunday night with a spare key when I locked myself out of the house!

Top notch customer service. Our first meeting was the week we adopted Doug. Michelle came over and did a review of our puppy, talked us through the breed mixes in him and what we might expect with him. She gave us a few tips to get through until he was old enough to start training classes. She did a throrough review of the dog-walking practices and bios of her staff to make us comfortable letting strangers in the house.

We started him in puppy classes and mid-day visits and as he grew we upraded to playgroups. I trust her staff in my house. They leave notes to tell me how he did at playgroup. They've accomodated special meals and medicines at lunchtime and I really appreciate that. We have found that even when we've asked for a walk they occassionally take him to a nearby park and play catch with him. : My neighbors have even commented on seeing Doug and the walkers playing happily in the park - we love that, of course! They've watched him grow up, been helpful with behavioral and personality changes over the last two years and have honestly become just as much a part of my family as our dog has. So happy we found Wicked Good.

Company does not return emails. It has been over 4-5 days and no response. Also left a VM. Nothing yet. Oh well, guess I will go elsewhere.

Michelle and her team are excellent, highly recommend. We did Puppy Kindergarten, as well as private training for a mouthy puppy, which was very helpful. We have had dog walking for middle of the day, while at work but switched to doggy playgroup which has been awesome. Our dog loves her primary walker, Amy. The playgroup tires her out and she clearly has a ton of fun. The best service for working dog parents.

Great training, the owner Michelle is super helpful. But don't think they work wonders, you got to do the work yourself! Good prices and they do doggy play groups =

We used Wicked Good for training, doggie daycare and even a home training visit. We had a great experience. Michele really knows her trade. She's probably one of the best trained dog trainers around. I think we learned more from her than the dog did!

Best Dog walking service in the Quincy area. Michelle and her team walked our two year old pug Carmelo for the past few months before we moved. They were very reliable and professional. They more times than not left notes to let me know that buisness was taken care of and mentioned any new pups our dog may have met. I prefer one consistent walker to come into our home, which is why I gave them four stars - however I know this is not possible everywhere. Everyone who did come to our home was great though. Highly recommend that you use Wicked Good dog over any other agency in the area.

Just finished Puppy Kindergarten with our lab puppy, Boomer. We highly recommend Wicked Good Dog and Trainer/Owner Michelle. Schedules are flexible (you can attend more than once/week), prices are more than reasonable (you get more than your money's worth and aren't penalized if you have to miss a week or two) and training is positive and fun!

Unlike other trainers we've worked with, Michelle has a way of teaching without making the owner feel like every thing's their fault. And, she happily takes the time to answer non-class specific behavior and dog care questions. Most importantly of all, the whole family is welcome to participate. Our 7 year old learned just as much as our puppy!

Our puppy has made great strides thanks to WGD's training methods (especially the clicker) and we feel like we can teach him anything using Michelle's positive reinforcement concept. We'll be enrolling again for the next level classes in the fall. I knew that we had a good dog, now we have a Wicked Good Dog!

We just finished puppy K with Michelle and were very happy with the reults for our 5 month old Berner. she has learned over half a dozen commands in less than 8 classes. We'll be returning for graduate studies for our dog. Follow her advice and don't feed your dog before class and make sure you walk you dog prior as well since there is no place near the facility for your dog to eliminate.

I would recommend Wicked Good Dog and owner Michelle Carlin to ANYONE. In fact, I have sent numerous other dog owners to her for training, and all are pleased. She is sweet, informative and gracious all at once. She had the unique talent of being able to tell you that you are doing someting totally wrong without making you feel stupid, silly or dumb.

Because let's face it, half of training a dog is training the owner. She does dog walking, pet sitting, play groups and training sessions (private and group). She is able to answer individual owners questions and give solid advise while managing a class full of dogs and sticking to the assigned training plan. She is amazing! And the classes are cheap!
