NEVER bring your fur babies to be groomed there! We took our almost 2 year old 80 LB Great Pyrenees there! Dropped her off at 1:30 PM finally able to get her at 8:30 PM ( Never taken that long anywhere else we brought her ) She is COMPLETELY bald! Made up some lie about her being completed matted! Absolutely not the case! She did have some but that is the reason we needed her groomed! NO call about needing to shave her!

No communication at all A groomer should know that is it NOT OK to shave a double coat Great Pyrenees! It is the only way they can regulate their body temp! So thanks to Woof Woof she cannot be outside for more than 5 mins until her hair grows back! I gave ZERO stars but had to put at least 1 for it to post!

I can't say enough great things about Woof Woof! We've gone to Woof Woof for training, daycare and boarding and it's been a wonderful experience for us and our dog. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they care about all the animals. I highly recommend Woof Woof!

I am on my third dog at Woof Woof. My first dog was the first Woof Woof client in 2002. I highly recommend them. They are a first rate facility. I bring my current dog there several days a week, I have also used there boarding services, I have never had a complaint. I know people love to whine but the bad reviews here are just not true. In almost 20 years of service they have always treated me and my dogs as family.

I bought my dog here for the day and it was a very chaotic experience. This facility lacks the proper communication needed to ensure that your pet is prepared for a successful day with them. Upon my arrival, the owner, Kaitlyn did not advise me on where to put my dog's food. I left it in his bag on top of his crate (thinking that was what I was to do).

When I arrived to pick him up, I checked his bag and his food was never touched. I questioned one of the workers and she apologized. I was really disturbed and disappointed at how they allowed my dog to go 7 hours without any food. Why didn't anyone contact me about his food? Very odd and cruel. I asked her if he was given any water and she said yes. When I arrived home with him, he ran right to his water bowl and drank for several minutes. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Just awful!

Woof Woof is more than just a Bark Bark Dog Park, it's a loving environment where your pet will thrive with its own pack of superbly treated pups. The staff has always been super enthusiastic and caring for my dog Junebug. In fact everytime I head to the car Junebug desperately tries to get in thinking I will take her to Woof Woof! We started with 1 day a week visit during quarantine to socialize our pup, but have since converted to twice a week just because Junebug loves it so much. Cannot comment on boarding services, but with the amazing staff here, I don't think it would be anything less than top tier.

We have been bringing our 5 month old samoyed to Woof Woof from the start. He is ecstatic to go to daycare on the days that he goes. He can't sprint in the door fast enough (we take that as a pretty good sign). The staff is very friendly, attentive, etc. The daycare rates are very fair. We're very pleased. We also had to board him here for a week, and they did a great job with that, as well. They kept us posted via social media often during the week as to how he was doing. I recommend them.

We recently adopted a puppy and needed help with her training and socialization and Woof Woof has been a great resource. Our trainer is always very flexible with scheduling and responsive if we have any follow up questions. The lessons learned have also been a huge help in creating a better relationship with our pup and bringing more structure to our life with her.

As far as daycare, we can't get our pup out of the car fast enough before she sprints to the door. She loves getting to play with the other dogs and we feel comfortable knowing that each dog is evaluated for specific age and temperament groups as well as vaccinations and vet checkups. She comes home at the end of the day tired from a day of play and it helps tremendously to curb her puppy frustrations and energy. We're thankful to have Woof Woof near our home and so it our puppy!

Our first experience with Woof Woof was private training for our puppy. After one session you could already see the difference. By the end we had all the information we needed to be successful in training him. When we pull into the parking lot he gets really excited to be there. We just recently boarded him for 4 days and could not be happier. When we checked in on him we received a prompt response and update. We will definitely use them in the future.

I have seen woof woof grow over the past 10-15 years with the needs of dog owners. What sets them apart most from their competitors is their dedication to a two core values, first is family. Woof woof runs their business like a family, when you sign up a pup for woof woof you sign up for a new family that cares about your dog as much as you do. Next is specialized care. Woof woofs intuitive staff are great at identifying what your pooch needs to ensure that every dog gets the most out of their experience. Love for dogs and people radiate from the staff at woof woof. I would recommend woof woof to anyone looking for a group to treat your dog like one of their own.

We have been customers of the Woof Woof for 15 years. The owner, his family, and the staff are tremendous. Our previous dog loved them more than us! If we drove by, Daisy would cry if we didn't stop. Their empathy and care as our dog aged is something we will never forget. Our new pup is just as happy and enthusiastic about the staff and her canine friends. True professionals. High recommend this ethical business.

Woof Woof has provided a friendly environment for my dog. I found the staff to be friendly and concerned, engaged ad helpful. The facilities are clean. I have been using the business without an issue for over 8 months multiple times a week.

Very bad experience. If I could give a zero I would. Employees were young, inexperienced, and poorly trained. Supervision of our dog was lacking.

This place that I expected to care for my dog and after 9 months of going there I was informed that he bit someone and has been aggressive since he's been going there! This is the first time I'm hearing about this. I was told in all the years of being in business this is the "first"time a dog has bitten anyone. Why am I hearing about this now?

New manager Caitlyn is an idiot and does not know what she's doing very unprofessional when sue was there, there was no bs all in all a place that I thought was a safe and happy environment for my dog turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had with a business. Beware this place has gone downhill since the new manager

I'm attaching a pricing list given to me at the start of 2019. I do this because it is very difficult to gleam any information about pricing from the website. They are more pricey than other dog daycares in the area. That being said, the staff is great. They handled our unruly puppies with kindness and they came home so tired they slept all through the evening and night.

The manager called mid-day to update us on our dog's behavior which was nice. I was hoping to see a pic of either of our dogs on their Facebook page, but none that day of any dogs at all. I think they can do a lot better in this department to show a video of play or something for their customers on their social pages. I don't love how close the building is to the main road. Feels a bit risky with excited dogs when bringing them to/from your car. They will cancel your stay if the parking lot is full of snow, ice, etc. Overall a good stay, but they need more competitive pricing.

I can honestly say I would not recommend this day care. Everyone started out pleasant but within the first week I was barely acknowledged when dropping off my dog. Not an adult in site to speak with when they started having issues with my dog. Staff stated they were putting him in time outs in a crate but was without suggestions on how to correct what they said was negative behavior.

Within two weeks I had him back in his previous day care. When I explained the issues that staff at woof woof had told me, I was told that was traits of my dogs breed and they were sorry that woof woof employees were inexperienced and should have known this. A very negative experience for me.

This is the best place I've ever taken my dog to! I've been taking him there for years, for both doggie day care and boarding. They treat my dog like he's family. He runs in there, when I take him in, and he never wants to leave. Caring and wonderful staff! I wish I could give them more stars! They have a great outdoor area, and they take out pools for extra fun in the warm weather. the hours are so accommodating they are open early morning and late in the evening! I've been to other places that stick your dog in a crate most of the day or alone outside! This is NOT a place like that! :

A real toss up on this dog daycare. I will say a majority of the staff is amazing and show a genuine love towards my dog. However, as with other posts, I unfortunately did experience some negative experiences with one person in particular. I was bringing my dog regularly- at first the whole crate thing was not easy but i was ok with having my dog become accustomed to crates as the staff was so understanding.

One woman in particular would always point out how annoying it was to have to privately bring him out back each day vs me putting him in a crate out front myself. Mind you, my dog is not small (130lbs), and i personally don't feel he should be snugged into a smaller crate, however i was understanding and appreciated the fact he was walked out back each morning.

I was bringing my dog to daycare on average 2-3 times a week. And this is where I was completely turned away. This morning, I went to drop my dog off, as I always did a Monday/Wednesday/Friday drop off. Not once have I ever made a reservation or had any issues. Today, I was told, they were FULLLY booked and could not handle one more dog. No accommodations, no genuine sorry, and no let me figure something out for you.

It was very poor service and perhaps when you sell $300 packages to your customers you should encourage and educate your customers how to make reservations and appointments, as it has never been an issue in the past. I was in complete disbelief - 30 minutes away from home - and 30 minutes from work- forced to bring my dog around all day with me. Of course I loved having him but it was an extremely busy day of work hence why i depend on daycare. Lucky for me, my package had expired anyways. I will not be back due to this one person. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I'll say, I'm stuck between a 3 or 4 star review. My dog has been coming here for a few months. I LOVE to have a place right around the corner where I know my dog will be well taken care of. But there are some disappointing things being a helicopter mom that I am (self proclaimed), as well as some awesome things 1. They just recently installed a ton of security cameras, but that doesn't mean us dog parents can look in and see whats going on.

We have no access. 2. The hours definitely fit our family's needs. I leave for work at 630 am, and don't get home until 6 or 630, and their regular hours are 630 to 630, so isn't that convenient?! 3. I was hoping when I first brought my dog in they would offer me a tour of the place, but it was just a 'drop off and feel free to call us to see how it's going' situation.

A few weeks later I asked if I could have a tour, but they said they only did that during morning hours, and well, I don't have time to go explore in the morning. 4. Dogs have to be spayed/neutered by 7 months, and these days when they say it's better to wait as long as possible, I really don't have that option, because I don't want to leave my dog at home when I am at work. 5.

Every month they have a Howl at the Moon/ Free Yappy Club Party, meaning you can leave your dogs here late and not have to pay the extra cost. So, this gives mom and dad a wonderful opportunity to go out on a date and not have to feel guilty about leaving the dog at home. And when you go pick them up after date night, you can have some beer and wine and socialize with other dog parents! 6.

They close on snow days when we get a lot of snow.but only posted it on FB, and if I didn't happen to ask a question about the next day, I wouldn't have known I couldn't bring my dog in because they were closed. 7. Their website claims they give "report cards", meaning they hand you a slip of paper to see how your dog was during the day. Nope, I have never gotten this, and I feel like if I ask for it it will just annoy them. 8.

They split up dogs into smaller groups, and from pictures it looks like they have a great outdoor area available. 9. I know they really do care about my guy, which is why I continue to send him here rather than go somewhere else.

We love woof woof! I was really nervous about putting our Sam in day care-I cried when I dropped him off for the first time, and was a complete wreck! But the staff was extremely kind to me and reassured me he was out having a good time when I called. Sam hadn't been socialized to other people or dogs when he started here but he now runs into the arms of the staff with a wagging tail and gets right into playing with his new buds! Next to rescuing him taking him to woof woof has been the best decision we've made for him.

Braydon our Plott hound mix rescue dog comes to Woof Woof to play with people, other dogs, and enjoy the safety and comfort of their facility. Safety is paramount at Woof Woof and the dogs are always carefully supervised so that they play and enjoy each other and the staff. Braydon needs to play as a young dog and adores the staff who are always respectful of the animals there.

I have been bringing my standard poodles to Woof Woof since 2004. They have always been highly professional and give the pups the best treatment. Woof Woof moved into the new place on 28 and it is welcomed. They definitely outgrew the previous facility and now all the pups have plenty of room to romp and with the videos they post, I can keep track of the trouble my two cause.

I also bring my dogs there to board and I have always gotten them back happy and tired. If they need special attention such as medication, they have been very accommodating! I am thankful Woof Woof is there when we need them!

We have been customers of Woof Woof for more than 3 years now. We love them and their staff for the love, affection and joyous environment that they provide for our small dog. We have used their new boarding and highly recommend it. The proof though is in how much the dogs all want to go there. They sprint from the parking lot into the building because they know what a truly special place woof woof really is.

We have also used their professional training services for helping us to train our puppy. This place is by far the best. The ownership and staff give a quality of service that is unparalleled. We have the gold membership - 12 visits per month for daily care.

MY family and 1 year old pup love Woof Woof. We use the doggie care 2x week and my pup plays all day with other pups and comes home super tired. The staff are very nice and they upload pictures and videos on their Facebook page so you see your pup play during the day when your at work. The place is clean, and looks safe. Communication is good but there is room for improvement. We pay for the silver pass membership (8 visits month) and this is a good value.
