Bought a product for my cat from them. It didn't work from day 1. Contacted them to exchange it, their customer service team either doesn't exist or doesn't care. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Just love their packaging that says designed in USA and made in China. They should make a better product or at least pass it through some sort of quality control.
