The Anchorage chapter of Parrot Education & Adoption Center PEAC is a non-profit, volunteer organization committed to educating current and potential bird owners on the proper care of pet birds. PEAC started operations in 1996 in San Diego, California and in addition to Anchorage, there are chapters in Cleveland, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Unwanted or found parrots are accepted at PEAC.

If needed, I administer medication. I will bring in the mail and newspaper, and water your indoor plants. Pet sitting is done in your own home. I do not kennel or board pets, and I do not stay overnight.

We're not currently accepting new huge dog customers. We have two waitlists one for huge dogs and one for tiny dogs. The huge dog wait list is so long that we're not adding anyone to that list until we're able to reduce the current wait time. The tiny dog waitlist is open. Small dogs are considered 30lbs or less at maturity.
