A standing appointment for dog grooming means just that, it's standing, it's yours and no one can take it from you. Beginning this year any two no-shows or last minute cancellations will forfeit a clients standing appointment slot unless they are willing to pay for the missed appointment/s. Any non-standing appointment no-show or cancellation not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
