The entire staff are professional and friendly. My dog loves going to the vet and being petted by everyone. I appreciate the dialogue about what she eats, flea and heartworm treatments, dental health and all issues concerning a happy, healthy pet. I've never felt pushed into buying anything I don't want or need. The premises are always clean and orderly. Overall every trip to the vet has been pleasant and I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to take their pets.

Couldn't ask for a better team of vets and techs. We have an affinity towards Dr Northrop due to her awesome diagnosis and care for our previous dog's end of life care. (Rare cancer) But all vets, techs, and staff are amazing at this facility. I have visited, used and left many (16) facilities in S Cal. This is by far the best!

I love Dr. Dewey and all the staff at Alicia Pet Care. They are always so helpful, quick to listen, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and genuinely care about the animals they take care of. I only trust them with my fur baby! Taking the time to go through all her exam with me and answering all my questions. Really they took the time to explain everything and it's always appreciated!
