Highly recommend!! I have used APC for over 20 years, and they are always fantastic! Dr. Brenda and Dr. Gordon have always been available to answer any questions, comfort and reassure me, and offer an abundance of love and cuddles to my fur babies. Dr. Will is sort of new, but no less amazing than the other doctors, and the rest of the staff. From the front desk to vet and kennel techs to the doctors, I trust them all.
I took my 2 puppies to get fixed this week, and again the front desk and techs were so thorough explaining everything and reassuring me. Dr. Gordon called after each surgery to give an update, and then put them together to recover because they all listened. I've had videos from Dr. Brenda before too, and all 3 have explained answers to my questions without hesitation.

This practice suffers from what all medical ofices in Hattiesburg suffer from, rude front desk and office staff. The doctor is nice and we have enjoyed him immensely, i just cant get into a snarky woman at the front desk, especiall when she condescendingly starts sayin ma'am a million times and telling me "thats our policy". I think if you are a patient for many years, you should work with people and not be rude about the whole thing. All of healthcare should be seemless from phone, to doctor, and everything in between. I hate to leave Dr. Gordon, but you seriously lose business with rude women at the front desk.

Don't ever plan to board your pet here on a weekend. It literally has taken 45 minutes every single time I have tried to JUST DROP my dog off. I mean what's the problem?!? All I need to do is hand him to you and you bring him to a kennel. Simple as that! Oh and don't plan on any grooming happening here while you board, because they don't. And unless you drop your pet off for vaccinations don't expect that to be done in a timely fashion either. Oh and I also pay more for vaccinations here than I have at any of the other 3 vets we have been to. The only positive is that the job gets done eventually. I guess.
