The staff throughout this entire animal hospital is great. I had my rabbits neutered here and it was very quick and easy. I also have had my elderly cat treated here and they were nothing short of fantastic with her. They answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right treatment option for her. The billing was surprisingly less than I expected it to be which was great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and gave us updates on my cat and rabbits while they were under their care.

The professionalism of the staff at Three Trails Animal Hospital is second to none. They are kind and courteous. In addition to being so helpful, I feel that they are extremely well qualified and able to take great care of my cat! I will always recommend them and always count on them for my vet needs.

We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our 15 year old cat. The staff was amazing. They were compassionate and caring. The doctor's kind words during the process helped us tremendously. I don't remember her name but I could never articulate how much it means to me how gentle she was and the supportive words she said. Isabella was in the best hands.

The whole staff is so caring and pleasant. Clean facility. Conservative pricing. On top of all that the assistants and reception was so busy one day I was surprised that the doctor answered the phone for his staff. Very impressive. You can tell the vet really cares and loves what he does and treats his staff right!

I have been taking my 7 year old golden retriever here for 3 years and have always had an amazing experience! She had to have surgery on both knee's due to ACL tears and they have a visiting dog surgeon who comes and does the surgery. It was comforting to know that she was getting specialized care. Just this last week, I got a new puppy and was concerned about him having worms. I called on a Thursday morning and they got me in that day! Again, I felt well taken care of and have received care from 3 different vets here.
Recommend all of them! The front desk staff is always awesome about handling my pet insurance paperwork also! I will say my only negative would be that sometimes they are a little hasty on the phone when you call, but this past week when I took the puppy in I didn't have that experience so I think that has changed!

I learned the hard way that lilies are harmful to cats/dogs, but a lesson I will never forget! Mia stuck her face into a lily and after learning this could be fatal I lost it. I called Three Trails and they had me bring Mia right away. They admitted Mia for IV fluids and testing, once again I lost it. Leaving my girl was THE WORST but I knew she was in good hands. Ashley up front was nothing short of amazing!
I brought up some food the next day since Mia wasn't eating and Ashley asked if I wanted to visit with her while I was there! Getting to see Mia literally made my heart not feel so broken. Mia is doing great and I am so thankful for Three Trails for acting quickly and saving my girl!

I love Three Trails Animal Hospital! I take all my animals there including my asthmatic cat and my greyhounds who have special care needs due to the breed. They are very knowledgeable about greyhounds which is extremely important to me. They are always very thorough and even follow up with me after my appointments to see how everyone is doing and if I have any more questions or concerns. They will also do research and call other vets if something different and rare is needed or if some confirmation is needed.
If they say they will get you answers, they will and will get back with you ASAP. I trust them with my animals wholeheartedly. All the vets are fantastic and I'm so glad that Dr. Rhoads is back. She's amazing and we missed her! The staff are friendly and my pets love them.
