What are your pet boarding requirements?
Pets must have up-to-date rabies and bordetella vaccines. We recommend DHLPP for dogs and FVRCP for cats, along with flea/tick prevention.
Do you offer dog training services?
Yes! Our upcoming training programs include basic obedience and behavioral improvement sessions led by experienced professionals.
What amenities are included in deluxe boarding?
Deluxe boarding includes 4+ hours daily playtime, privacy walls, premium bedding, interactive puzzles, and a free full bath with 2+ nights.
Can I schedule doggie daycare visits?
Yes. We offer flexible daycare packages with discounts for pre-paid sessions and transportation options via our Doggie Taxi service.
Are there holiday boarding restrictions?
We remain open during holidays but charge a 20% premium for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weekends to accommodate increased demand.

I like taking my dog here because he gets to be beside other dogs and he has a little stretch of space to run. The owners are pretty friendly.

I bought my dog from Sweet pea a few months ago, she's 8 months old now, and I have nothing bad to say about my experience! They were super cooperative with my girlfriend and I. We love our Georgia (our GSD's name). She has a very high drive and she's insanely smart. We definitely plan on getting another GSD from them in the future! They were very patient with us and answered every question we had.
I'd recommend buying a puppy from them any day. You can tell they're very careful about the blood lines in the dogs they breed to ensure a healthy dog. They put a lot of pride into their dogs for sure!

We purchased a German Shepard Puppy from Sweet Pea in April of 2019 We could not have asked for a better tempered puppy and dog. She is/was just the best. Recently I discovered that the dog has a fatal Liver issue. I called Steve and let him know that my dog is dying. Steve was very empathic and caring and he stood behind his health guarantee. The guys at the Kennel offered me a new puppy, and we picked her up two weeks ago.
If you are in the Market for a quality GSD I highly recommend Sweet Pea Kennels. These guys run a first class operation and they are professional and care about the breed and quality of their animals. We will be using Sweet Pea when we buy another dog in the future. Thanks guys.

They have watched our German Sheppard since he was 8 weeks old and now he is 3 years old. Best kennel around unless you like those kennels that puts them in cages. Go to these people. You will not regret it.

I always bring my dog here when we go out of town for more then a few days & weather is bad. Never had an issue. Staff is super friendly and very nice. I know my dog is safe here with no worries.

Outstanding place. The animals are pampered. I was so relieved that I found someone that I could trust with my babies. Also with having an aggressive dog I was very much relieved that the staff knew what to do and how to handle my boys. As long as Sweet Pea Kennels are in operation I for sure am a returning customer.

This is the only place I will board my fur child. We have boarded him twice now and each time I've been more then happy with the service they provided. The kennels are huge and they have plenty of room to play out at this place. The staff are amazing. I even got text updates on my baby when we had him there for a week and I was nervous about leaving him for that long. This place is beyond amazing. My baby doesn't like very many people. But these people...he loves.

This is the only place to take your family pets they are well taken care of and have plenty of room to run and play my dogs get grilled chicken with every meal and they even heat it up for us plenty of treats when we turn down sweet pea lane my girls know where we are art and are excites to be there don't take your family pets any where else this is closest thing to home you can get thank you to Steve and all the staff

Fabulous people and place! So happy we found Sweet Pea Kennels. They offer services above and beyond any other kennel, and they have so much outdoor space for the dogs. We were happy to know that our high energy dog would have tons of outdoor playtime while he was there. The owners have put a lot of thought into both the facility and the care they give. Bonus--the kennel stay included a bath! Awesome! This is the only kennel we'll use. Thank you!

My family took our dogs to Sweet Pea Kennels for boarding while we went out of town for four days and our dogs loved it there! We love how well they take care of them and allows them to run and play in a safe environment. We also had our dogs nails to be trimmed and given a haircut. Lori did an excellent job! She called to get instructions on how we wanted our dog's hair trimmed. We couldn't be happier with Sweet Pea Kennels and Boarding!

The owners listened to all my concerns about leaving my 3 pups including one elderly dog for a 9 day trip. They stayed in the new kennels which had their own run and they could be out on nice days. All 3 came home looking healthy and happy. All pups were clean when we picked them up. Steve even checked with us the day we picked up to see when we were coming to make sure they were ready when we got there.
I like that they had the freedom to go in and out at will. Since I had 3 I chose to do the deluxe boarding in 2 kennels next to each other so they could choose to go in whichever. This worked out well for us.

We had our fur baby at SweetPeas for the weekend and he had a blast. We NEVER leave Fritz and we are very protective (over protective) of him. They didn't mind us calling to see how he was and even sent us a picture of Fritz. He is 12 years old and is very much "one of the family". They were so loving to Fritz. Fritz made new friends and had fun running outside. They even gave him a bath because he had too much fun outside!!

Sweet Pea Kennels has more room to run than any of the kennels in the area. My dog the group play and tune to run. It is also great that they are open until 7 pm so I don't have to miss work to drop off and pick up.

I boarded our three babies August 31 to September 3. They were well cared for and clean when we picked them up. Loved the security cameras. Also like that one of the owners live right next door. I called every day and was reassured that they were fine. Last but not least it is kept very clean. Will use them again.

We picked our German Shepherd up today after our week long vacation and we have to tell you, we were thoroughly impressed with the environment for our dog to run and play, the owner and employees, and the overall experience. Zeus came back to us well groomed and well taken care of! The pictures that were emailed to us while we were gone were comforting. We will definitely be repeat customers. The only kennel we'll use. Loved knowing that our high energy dog was staying somewhere where he had tons of outdoor play time. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, happy, and clean! We recently moved to Cape, and needed to find a kennel for our dog while we went on vacation. Leaving a loved pet requires finding someone you can trust. The Sweet Pea team took good care of Buddy and let him play with another dog who became his friend. He came home clean, worn out, and happy.
