The entire process from scheduling pet sitting, to the meet and greet prior to the first pet sitting appointment, to processing payments is seamless and streamlined. Everyone in the office and the pet sitters are positive and caring about the pets and the pet parents. Each visit includes text visit summary, pet pictures and written notes which keeps me at ease while I'm gone. I highly recommend Cathy's Critter Care!

Cathy's critter care is amazing! We were gone for almost 3 weeks for our wedding which is the longest we've ever been away from our pets. We were both nervous about it, but the service we got was incredible and completely eased our nerves. They came by 3 times a day and sent an update with pictures at every single visit. We have a very shy kitty, and within just a few visits, she was already coming out to play and be scratched on. Michelle, Charlie and Alexa were all amazing and took great care of our babies. Can't recommend Cathy's critter care enough!

We left for a week with peace of mind knowing our fur baby would be well cared for. Even though he can be grumpy, he has warmed up to Hannah. She took good care of him and sent me an update with photos every day. All my care instructions were followed and we came home to a happy kitty.

I love the team at Cathy's Critter Care. I've used their in-home visits for years. It allows us to travel and know that our pets will be well cared for. Our dogs and cats don't go through the anxiety of leaving their home, and they get plenty of play time and loving! The caretakers keep me updated with emails and pictures; and that eases MY anxiety! I highly recommend them for your pet care needs.

We've been using Cathy's for just under a year and have had a great experience overall. This last visit one of our dogs unexpectedly got sick the day we were leaving. Cathy and her team went above and beyond to take good care of all of our babies especially the one who was under the weather. It put great ease to our minds knowing our pets had such attentive care while we were away.

We have been using Cathy's Critter Care for many years and have never been disappointed. The CCC team is always helpful in the office for scheduling and changes needed. The team members that come to our house are so nice and send us notifications they are at our house and send pictures of our puppies. They leave a report of what they did with our dogs and anything we need to kn9w about that visit! Highly recommend!

This group is very organized, professional, skilled pet sitter organization. The best part is they love the pets they sit. I just completed a 3 day trip. I have 10 kitties and they were all loved on, fed, given insulin for 1 cat, and litters were scooped. Very happy with the staff and care of all my fur babies. Thank you CCC!

I've used Cathy's Critters twice now to care for my dog and cat. A caretaker came twice a day to my house (once in the morning and once at night) to feed, take my dog out and give attention to my animals. She always sends photos of them and a message on how they're doing afterwards. I can tell she cares about them and I feel they're in the best hands when I'm out of town. I also have the ability to increase the number of house visits if I feel like the animals need it. I definitely recommend Cathy's Critters if you prefer your pets to stay in their own home while you're away! They'll get the best love and affection.

I have been using Cathy's Critter Care for years! Between Cathy, Jena, Jessica, Clare and all the rest of the pet sitters, I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I have entrusted all 5 of my cats in their care every time I leave my house! Actually, 7 cats, I have 2 strays outside! They were so kind and caring when 2 of my furry babies passed on. We have used Cathy's Critter Care since about 1999. We have always had great service and great care for our dogs. When we are out of town, we are confident and comfortable with our pet sitter taking good care of our pets, as well as our home. The service is outstanding and extremely reliable. The pet sitter has always gone above and beyond, collecting our mail from the mailbox as well as even helping during our extreme heat recently by watering our plants. Cathy's is recommended without reservation to anyone in this area. Your animals can receive no better care while you are away from home than from Cathy's Critter Care.

They did a great job caring for our pets while we were out of town. We have several pets, and it's a lot of work. But they did a great job. All the animals were happy and the house was tidy when we got back. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else who needs their pets cared for.

Cathy was absolutely amazing. She spent time learning about each dog, she was so kind with them and stayed around to give them love at each visit. She didn't just pop in, feed and leave. She made me feel comfortable about leaving our babies at home while we went on vacation. The communication is amazing. Plenty of pictures so I knew how they were doing. We will absolutely be using her for "critter care" again! Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience from Cathy and her team! From the initial point of contact to our return home. We had clear and concise communication every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help us and address our concerns. Cathy and Laci were our sitters and I know my dogs missed them upon our return home! This was our very first experience using a sitter and I would refer my family and friends.

We did a meet and greet and one full visit prior to the start of our service. This helped our dogs very much and it helped set us up as well on what to expect. The texts and pictures were helpful and updated us on how they were doing. They alleviated the stress of having to leave our dogs and we were able to have that peace of mind and enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend Cathy's Critter Care for all your pet sitting needs! They are very experienced with all pets and breeds. They work great with our pets, and are always very communicative during their visits to let us know how they are doing while we're away. They are very reliable, and trustworthy. Their sitters always go above and beyond with caring for our pets, and with random household chores, like bringing in packages, checking the mail, etc. I highly recommend their expertise for caring for your pets while you are away!

Due to my high volume of pets, it's been super difficult trying to find a service to trust my pets to. One of my dog's acted out at the first meeting. This service had the owner come out to assess my pack and asked if the sitter assigned to my house could do a redo while I wasn't present. This pup has OCD so he's a little special and difficult to read. The second time was a success and everyone behaved.

I was able to complete my delivery of rescue animals in peace knowing that my kids were in good hands. I will definitely use this service again. Thank y'all so much from the bottom of my heart! PS They took pictures every day to keep me updated on my dog's status. Invaluable!

We get live updates, a log of when they come in and how the visits went, and even pictures of our pups. These are trust worthy folks and I'd recommended them to anyone in need of pet care. I have been using Cathy's Critter Care for a few years now. They are always reliable, aways on-time, and they always spoil my little Corgi mutt as much as I do. I have complete and total trust in them to always give Chelsea the best care. Obviously they need a key to my home to pick her up, I didn't give a second thought with trusting them with a key to my home. Due to my work schedule, I have to go in really early and I get home really late, I would never consider anyone else to take good care of my dog.

I HIGHLY recommend Cathy's Critter Care for anyone looking for the best care for their furry friend. The pictures below represent just how worn out she is when I get home, she has the best time playing with her friends all day.

We have used Cathy's Critter Care several times over the past year and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to take care of our dogs. While we are away Cathy's ensures our dogs are walked, fed, and they spend extra time interacting and playing with them. They even send us pictures of our dogs to let us know that everything is ok. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a part time pet sitter, or a reliable pet service over an extended vacation.
