Designed for discerning pets, these 40 sq ft luxury suites feature solid eight-foot walls with glass doors. Each room includes premium bedding with fresh linens daily, plus entertainment through family-friendly television programming. The climate-controlled environment ensures consistent comfort while maintaining visual connectivity with adjacent kennels for social stimulation.
Cat Condos
Our multi-level cat condos accommodate up to two felines from the same household. Each unit features elevated resting benches, soft blankets, and dedicated litter box areas. Questions
What are your check-in/check-out hours?
We accept check-ins and check-outs Monday-Friday 8:00-10:00am & 4:00-5:00pm, and Saturdays 8:00-10:00am. Closed on Sundays and major holidays.
What vaccination records are required?
Dogs need current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations. Cats require Rabies, Distemper, and Feline Leukemia vaccinations. Proof must be provided at check-in.
Can I bring my pet's own food?
Yes, we'll feed your pet's regular food at no extra charge. Please pack it in waterproof containers for longer stays or pre-portioned ziplock bags for shorter visits.
Do you administer medications?
Yes, our staff can administer medications with clear instructions provided. There's no additional charge for this service, but we cannot accommodate diabetic pets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, local checks, Venmo, and credit/debit cards (with 4% processing fee). Payment is due at pick-up for all boarding services.
Do you offer discounts for long stays?
Yes, we provide a 10% discount for stays of 20+ days in indoor kennels and a 10% military discount for active service members with proper identification.

We boarded our puppy with Ellie's for 5 days. We were so impressed with their care and friendly environment. Their facility was spotless and well maintained. We will continue to us Ellie's. We highly recommend Ellie's to anyone boarding their family pet.

My dog LOVES it here always comes back happy and healthy and gets excited when I drop her off, they even gave her cute little treat bag and a frisbee! Would 10/10 recommend! I feel comfortable with my dog here and know she is in such good hands! Great price and great variety of rooms!

Best pet hotel around by far! My dog absolutely loves this place. I cannot say enough good things about Adam and his family. He was so nice and responsive when I checked in on my dog. I couldn't ask for a better experience or people to care for my dog.
