I'm new to cat ownership and was very stressed out about the prospect of boarding my cat for the first time. He has a ton of energy and a prescription diet due to being prone to urinary crystals. My sister told me to bring him here (apparently she had boarded him here previously before transferring care to me after the birth of my niece) and Shirley was very kind in walking me through the process and getting it all set up. Plus, based on the preliminary research I did, the price is beyond fair. Plenty of places in Portland charge way more for way less. If I'm out of town again I wouldn't think about housing Milo anywhere else.

Shirley is amazing! We left for a trip for 10 days and had to board our little 1 and half year old cat. Shirley was very kind and friendly and explained the entire process.
