Services
General Wellness
Our comprehensive wellness exams detect early health issues through physical assessments and diagnostic testing. We create customized vaccination schedules and parasite prevention plans while monitoring weight, dental health, and behavioral changes. This proactive approach helps maintain optimal health across all life stages for dogs and cats.
Dentistry
Professional dental cleanings remove plaque buildup while digital X-rays identify hidden oral diseases. We treat periodontal conditions, perform tooth extractions when necessary, and provide home care guidance. Regular dental maintenance prevents systemic infections and extends pets' lifespans through improved oral health.
Emergency Care
We offer immediate veterinary attention for critical conditions during regular hours with after-hours referrals to trusted emergency partners. Our team handles trauma cases, poisoning, breathing difficulties, and other acute medical crises. Continuous staff training ensures rapid response to life-threatening situations requiring stabilization and specialist transfer.
Grooming Services
Regular grooming maintains skin and coat health while preventing parasite infestations. Our services include bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat clipping using species-appropriate products. Professional grooming also provides early detection of skin abnormalities, lumps, or other health concerns needing veterinary evaluation.
End of Life Care
We provide compassionate euthanasia services with private consultation rooms for family goodbyes. Cremation options include individual or communal arrangements with memorial keepsakes available. Our staff offers emotional support and resource referrals to help pet owners cope with loss while ensuring pets' comfort during their final moments.

Hello! As a newbie to the area finding a new care provider for my furkids is not an easy feat. I probably spend more time looking a vet than I do for my own doctor. Greyhounds & Galgos have their lil health quirks, so a knowledgeable vet is both desired & necessary. Dr. Farrar and her staff are friendly, welcoming and my sensitive grey actually let them do his nails on his first visit! That with her recommendation & knowledge COUNT US IN! Plus the Paws Plan is 'greyt' value! #greyhoundvet #greyhoundnailtrim #uloveyourpetcomehere #galgovet

My vet Dr. Long is leaving but I've been fortunate to have her as my vet at Bay Glen Animal hospital for 16-17 years. She is everything a vet should be - caring, intelligent, and patient. My pet and I will miss her!

Dr Jong is the best veterinarian I have ever met. She is kind, compassionate, and truly cares. I used to be a vet tech at Bay Glen but even though I no longer work there, I still take my cat to her for care, that is how much I trust and respect her.
