Lone Mountain Animal Hospital has a large section of the facility devoted to boarding your pet that includes large and extra-large runs for large-breed canines, and comfortable cages for small-to-medium breeds and felines. Ultrasound (also called sonography) is a diagnostic medical procedure that uses high-frequency sound waves to produce dynamic, real-time, 2-D visual images of organs, tissues, or blood flow inside the body. At Lone Mountain Animal Hospital, we have vaccine and wellness schedules available for ferrets, rabbits, pigs, and goats.

A proper vaccination series is necessary for the health and protection of your pet. Newborn puppies and kittens obtain antibodies from their mother. Over the course of the first few months of their life, these maternal antibodies fade and leave the pet susceptible to disease. Booster vaccines are given to stimulate the puppy or kitten's immune system as the maternal immunity is wearing off.
