They have been great with my dog on every visit so far. My dog has stayed there close to 10 times now in the last couple years. He's always happy to go and comes out super happy. I wish there was more online camera time to check on my dog randomly when I want but it's not a big deal to me and certainly doesn't impact the care of my dog. Staff is always super friendly and my puppers is always excited to see them on arrival.

My dog Poppy absolutely loves going to Bark Avenue. When we first moved here we tried a franchise doggy daycare and didn't have the best experience. I did some more research and found Bark Avenue. I called the office and spoke with Natalie about my concerns with the previous daycare and immediately after being on the phone with her for 5 minutes I could tell Bark Avenue was going to be such a great fit.
They are so knowledgeable, friendly, and truly love dogs and take such amazing care of them. I even got to take a tour of the facility which was pretty cool too! I feel at ease knowing my dog is taken care of, loved, and happy when we're busy with work or if we're out of town. Poppy has her first boarding weekend coming up and I feel at ease knowing she's in good hands.

Just worked with Ashley for grooming services for the first time and I was so impressed! My cocker spaniel and chihuahua mix came out looking beautiful and Ashley herself was very sweet and personable. The front staff is also always very nice and helpful! 10/10 recommend!
