This was the 2nd time I took Sam to The Dog Salon and they did a phenomenal job with him. Today his groomer was Mariano who said he was a sweet boy who likes to nibble on his feet (which is true) his 1st visit was with Stephanie and she said the same thing. B/t the 2 of them I was very pleased. Definitely will continue to go back to them.

The Dog Salon always does a great job with my pup, Riley, she's been going to them for I think about 3 years now. She only needs a bath, no cut, but MY GOSH she comes out so soft & smooth & not to mention I stay staring at her lovely trimmed nails! And now they offer CBD bath & treat! Our last experience sealed it for me though: I was awfully late picking up my dog from the groomer (wish I remembered her name) & Liz the receptionist, she was the last pup out but they stayed with her, played, & took her out for a walk, & made sure she was comfortable. I couldn't be anymore appreciative of them!

I do not recommend the dog salon. My dog got a groom there for the first time a few weeks ago and they were not careful while washing around her ears. About a week after I noticed some sensitivity around her ears and decided to make a vet appointment. Finally when she was seen they said it was a bad ear infection. They said it was really bad and came from water in her ears and asked if she had a bath recently.
Well the groom was her last bath. I am always super careful when I wash around her ears and have been for the 7 years I've had her and never an infection. Also, that groom was her last "bath". We have only washed her paws off. These people are supposed to be professional and totally unhappy they were not more careful.

Was a little nervous to leave her because of past experiences at other groomers but The Dog Salon took great care of our girl Ivy! Shes so soft and smells so great! All staff was so friendly and you could truly tell they genuinely care about your dog! Will definitely be back!
