I had used them before and it worked out. Sam did a great job This time Sam said 2-3 hours. I showed up at 3 hours and the front person said she would go check She came back and said it would be another 45 minutes. That would make it Close to 4 hours Heres whats wrong- i live north of ft collins and NOBODY called me about the delay. The front desk person was rude and gave no explanation. When i finally picked up charlie she was shaved and it doesn't look like they cleaned her teeth. Sam, who usually brings her out, did not come out.
I asked if i could talk to her and the front desk person said no I felt dismissed. I teach customer service and this was horrible. If something happened to cause the delay all they had to do was apologize, use a little empathy and tell me what happened. I will not go back there.

Love these folks. Being taking our 2 little dogs there for 3 years and Jessica has been a fabulous groomer and other staff are always nice and helpful, even when they are super busy. Highly recommend!

I love supporting small businesses and this one is super cute and clean. I took my pup there for the self bath. Their customer service was great! No breed discrimination which is always nice to see. Price is super reasonable even after I tipped the person cleaning the tub for me. The only issue (which is unavoidable in a public grooming setting) was there were really noisy, crying dogs getting bathed that were freaking my dog out. I might try to go during less busy hours and see if I get luckier.

The customer service is amazing and the self serve dog wash is awesome. They give you literally everything you need all for a great price. The ladies working on 06/16 are so wonderful. My dog made some new friends today and I will definitely be back!
