Our dog boarding service provides spacious runs and four daily outdoor play sessions in secure, natural-surface yards. Pets receive individualized attention, twice-daily feeding, and medication administration per owner instructions. The facility maintains strict vaccination requirements and offers live webcams for owner peace of mind.
Dayboarding
Dayboarding offers supervised playtime in separate yards, fresh water refills, and run cleaning twice daily. Dogs enjoy socialization opportunities while owners receive updates through website webcams. Not available during peak holiday periods to maintain quality care standards.
Pet Bathing
Professional bathing services include shampooing, nail trimming, and coat conditioning using pet-safe products. Baths are available as add-ons to boarding reservations or standalone appointments, with pricing matching our dayboarding rates.
Live Webcams
Real-time webcams allow owners to monitor pets remotely through two camera systems with 16 views each. The free Lorex Cloud app enables viewing of indoor and outdoor play areas, providing transparency and reassurance during pet stays.
Nail Trimming
Nail trimming services maintain pet comfort and mobility using professional-grade tools. This service is available separately or combined with boarding/dayboarding, performed by experienced staff trained in stress-reduction techniques for anxious pets.

What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs must have current Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella vaccinations. Bordetella must be administered at least one week but less than one year prior to boarding.
Can I view my pet during their stay?
Yes! Our live webcams allow real-time monitoring of indoor and outdoor play areas through the free Lorex Cloud app, with two camera systems providing 32 total views.
What are your peak booking periods?
Peak periods include Thanksgiving through New Year's, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Spring Break weeks, and the entire summer season between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
How do you handle pet medications?
We administer medications as directed by owners. Both owners and staff sign documentation to ensure accuracy, with special instructions accommodated through our pre-arrival portal system.
What happens if my pet gets sick?
Our staff monitors pets continuously. If illness is detected, we contact owners immediately and coordinate veterinary care, with medical expenses billed to the pet owner.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes! We provide baths, nail trimming, and coat conditioning services available as add-ons to boarding reservations or standalone appointments.

Pet Shack Resort took the best care of my dog. I would never hesitate to use them again or suggest them to anyone. Being able to see my buddy throughout the day gave me peace of mind as well and the owner is a wonderful person!

They are the best. From our challenging Border Collie pepper yeara ago to our current two rescue dogs. They can deal with all circumstances. Recently my mother passed away. Leslie and team got our dogs right in and gave us piece of mind knowing our dogs were in good hands, as family and friends were in and out of the house all week. Thanks for all your help Leslie and team your the best.

First time boarding my boys was smooth sailing! I am currently stationed at WPAFB and travel a lot. I have two large Pitties who are my best buddies. I just moved to the area in Sept 2019 and had my first trip last month. I asked my co-workers about a place to take care of my guys while I was out of town. Two of the three i asked recommended Pet Shack Resort. I decided to check it out. I met the owner, Leslie, and she gave me a tour of the place. I was surprised at how clean it was and how big the kennels were. I went ahead and brought my guys to stay for 5 days. I came home to 2 very happy, good smelling pups. We will be coming back!

It's always hard to leave my dog, but I know he's being taken great care of at PSR. Leslie truly loves dogs and always treats him like one of her own and it's such a comfort to know that when I'm away. Also, as someone who travels frequently and for long periods, I sometimes have to adjust his stay length and they always accommodate me in such a great way so I don't have to worry about my dog.

Leslie and Pet Shack have been a blessing for our dog Lillie. Leslie has been doing mid day visits with our dog because she was just diagnosed with a chronic illness. We wouldn't trust anyone else! Also have had great experiences with boarding too. Would highly recommend!
