Love this place! They are so friendly, and their tubs are easy to use. Great control with their dog wash tools, multiple bathing products, strong dryer- great price. They do a good job with the nail trim for a reasonable price.

A year later update: we've been going here for a year and always saw Hannah. Ever since she left, it's not the same. Our dog is skittish and Hannah was so great with him that he's improving on his fear of water. But the last time we tried without Hannah was not great. Still felt soapy residue that we basically had to partially redo right after. And our doggo is so afraid all over again. It's too bad but don't think we're coming back. ------ The full-service bath with Hannah was exceptional.
Didn't have to worry about a thing. The cost is also very reasonable when compared to a few other quotes we got in the area. A cute little plaid bow tie comes with the bath as a bonus! Our pup is a rescue and very afraid of water. Hannah was super resourceful and gentle with him. She really tries and get to know your pet and tailor the bath to the doggo. Done excellent job with him! I can tell he likes Hannah because he'd go up and boop her when we went pick him up.
It normally takes him weeks to be that close with anyone! Hannah was great at recommending alternatives. Not just their products but also products we can get at big box stores for cost savings. Will definitely be back!

Normally I take my dog to Marymoor in Redmond, after a quick google search I found this location and was surprised that each booking was an hour long. It was perfect for our Aussie who needed a good brushing, some trimming (mom cut his hair and brought shears). We will be going back here on a regular basis and have already told all our neighbors. Staff were super friendly and they had all the hair products and brushes and treats we could ask for. Great business!

Staff has always been very helpful during my visits. Appointments are needed, which can be inconvenient because my day can be unpredictable. However, the appointments seem to prevent crowding which makes it a less stressful experience for both me and my dog.

I've been taking my mini Aussie here for a couple years. Arie HATES baths actually she hates water, it scares her to the point that she can't even be in the bathroom when I brush my teeth-so needless to say taking a bath at home doesn't work. Been going to dog washes for the past 10 years and they are the only place to get her clean;she's not happy but she tolerates it. Rub a dub dog is the only dog wash I take her to now.
They have installed bathtubs such as you would find at home. They're placed at a level that is easy to access. The dryers are super efficient and they also offer dryers as you would use at home to do your own hair. All the hair products you need are there and I'm actually able to use their scissors to trim Arie's excessive amount of hair. The staff there is wonderful and the owner she's always smiling even at the most stressful of times. She does the most wonderful nail trims. I feel so welcome there, why go anyplace else? It definitely gets a 5-star from Arie and me.

Very friendly staff. They supply everything you need and it's such a great price! My pup isn't a fan of bath time but luckily they have collars to keep them in the tub.
