Services
Luxury Pet Boarding
Our private cottages and family villas offer luxury stays with temperature-controlled environments and built-in drainage systems for hygiene. Each room features steel doors with tempered glass visibility, individual daily walks, and music therapy. Pets enjoy cage-free spaces designed for comfort and safety, with 24/7 staff monitoring to ensure their well-being during owners' absences.
Dog Daycare
Two separate play areas for small and large dogs provide safe socialization opportunities. Temperament testing determines appropriate play spaces, while daily cleaning with pet-friendly solutions maintains hygiene. Our staff tailors play sessions to individual moods, offering both active engagement and quiet rest areas to balance physical exercise with emotional well-being for all canine guests.
Holistic Grooming
Organic, locally sourced products form the basis of our skin and coat restoration treatments. Certified groomers use cage-free methods with hand-drying techniques, focusing on nourishment and exfoliation. Services include customized shampoo regimens, hot oil wraps, and microbubble therapy for skin conditions, all delivered in a low-volume setting prioritizing individualized attention over high-volume throughput.
Spa Treatments
Specialized skin therapy combines traditional and modern techniques using herbal ingredients and probiotics. The upcoming microbubble system will address skin allergies and wounds through ozone-infused water treatments. All services include breed-specific conditioning, ear cleaning, and nail care, with optional add-ons like lavender facials and hot oil wraps to enhance coat health and overall pet wellness.
Temperament Testing
One-hour pre-boarding evaluations assess each dog's socialization needs and play preferences. This process determines appropriate daycare grouping and identifies special care requirements. The testing ensures safe integration into play areas while helping staff create personalized care plans that maintain positive behaviors and minimize stress throughout the pet's stay.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT UPTOWN! Beautiful family that treats your pet like their own! Cinder is shy and they take time to ensure that she feels safe and secure when boarding and/or at daycare. Absolutely adorable facility. I'm SO happy I found them!

Can't say enough good things about this mother/daughter duo that runs Uptown Paw. Our dogs Oakley and Bodie love them, and even though our dogs can be troublemakers, they are ALWAYS so happy to see them and so attentive to them!

We've been all around for de-shedding our Husky. Quite a few places don't even offer the service but bar none, Uptown Paw does the best job for our boy, Bo. He always comes back smelling great and the coat looks extremely healthy and we notice minimal shedding for him. The full service with de-shed is also a great value and the staff is always friendly and they truly do care about the animals they have as their guests.

They are just loving at Uptown. I feel comfortable bringing my cats in when i travel. Especially our older one who needs medication every day. The great thing is that the cats and dogs are completely separated from eachother's areas. My friends have brought their dogs as well and are always happy when they leave. I've referred to them. They also have nice boutique clothing. Just love em.
